Shweta, Raju, Naveen and the team were wonderful hosts, attentive, responsive, helpful and super friendly. The villa has been superb as shown on the pictures, the open bathroom felt like paradise and the sound of the waves has been very soothing. We felt very safe. The beach is very calm and you have many places to have good food and buy everything you need. We also did a beautiful backwater tour with Melvin organized by Raju, which we highly recommend. Thanks for everything.

Entry to the property is not so good

- Very private (therw are only two bungalows of Agonda Beach Villa) - Staff was very tentative (and create wonderful dishes in their small kitchen) and flexible - bungalows were cleaned every day

Construction was going on next door and the restaurant next door also played loud music in the evenings, dogs

The location is the primary reason I chose this property and also that this was quite reasonably priced compared to the other villas nearby. The room was spacious and the AC and Fridge were in top working condition. The support of the staff is commendable, they help with every request you put through. Lovely place to stay.

The open roof bathroom took a little getting used to, and of course, being a beach property, you can expect some critters around, this was probably the only thing that took a little adjustment from our end.

- overpriced for what it has to offer. - owners non-challant attitude. - just want to put it out here. The place is not private. Apparently the land owners who are locals stay behind your property and they keep visiting your tents half naked once in a while. Clearly drunk. So if you are a couple look elsewhere.

The beach view from the room and terrace is amazing - you can hear the waves while sleeping. The stuff is always taking care about you and is super friendly.

There are many dogs at the beach which bark sometimes in the morning hours

1. Personnel. Super pleasant and punctual people! Great thanks for EVERYTHING to Naveen and Dinesh❤️❤️❤️. You can always bring your fruits and ask to peel, the breakfast Naveen cooks is simple but super delicious, I was having porridge, various kinds of omlet, pancakes with banana, cinnamon and Nutella - must try! Raju, the manager, showed much hospitality, every my reasonable request was fulfilled. All in all, as the villa has only 2 hurs, you are always paid 120% attention by the staff unlike some other villas with 10 huts and more. 2. Location. The villa is in the very right end of Agonda Beach, clise to cape. It has glass walls so you can see ALL i.e. the ocean, the beach and the jungle right from your bed! The ocean is 100m away from your bed space, so we were swimming in the waves whilst Naveen was cooking breakfast every day.😋 3. Fridge. Every hut has it. 4. Shower. It deserves special attention, you have small piece of a jungle in your shower place🥰

1. Hand wash had unpleasant odor, I would replace it. 2. Electricity disruptions, though it's almost common issue in Goa. Btw, the villa has its own diesel power backup, and guys launch it every time the power goes down.

The stay has been fantastic with great staff, amenities and an exceptional location. The best that I could get and at a great price! Totally worth it and more!

The stay at Agonda Beach Villa was more than amazing. Full marks for cleanliness, room service, food and security. The property was within walking distance of the beach. The beach was also quiet. The host (Naveen) at the property was very helpful and cooperative. Thank you for making our first trip after the wedding beautiful. Perfect stay!! Highly recommended!!!

Very nice property and it's worth the value. Beach an amazingly clean and good stay with the family and staff is very good. Room size and location are best in this area and provide fill privacy also. Internet provided is also good for WFH environment.

They don't have a proper kitchen in place but can arrange food on a request basis.

The cottage is located just on the beach and also on the quieter side of Agonda Beach.

This is a beautiful beachfront resort with an beautiful couch to hop on to in the balcony. The room is huge with a super king size vintage styled bed. The bathroom has an open air bath area and a beautifully designed green inside.This resort is located towards the edge of the beach so it was a beautiful view of the back water river side as well. The staffs were cordial helpful and always with a happy face. They arranged a birthday cake for us as well ( the cake was moist and tasty). There is WIFI in the room but no TV in the room( which definitely is not required as they offer you a beautiful view of the sea). Our package didnt include breakfast , they have breakfast menu available for 300 rs. We ordered for pancakes and European breakfast. The food is good ! Must try breakfast pancakes.

This resort is like a min walk from the main beach road. The road to the resort is just a muddy lane.
