Location is perfect, right next to the beach and city center is close by easy to reach with local bus or you can even take a walk there ( ca.3km). The appartment is very spacious, climatized and well equipped. Beds are really comfortable ( for me important issue😊). Elena, the lady at the check in, was very pleasent and helpful and even though she doesn't speak english or german we managed to understand each other very well.

The sofa bed in the sitting room can be used only for one person to sleep on it. Check-in time...hard to plan especially if traveling by car and it would be perfect if available after 15:00 hrs ( as usually is the case) so when you get there you still have some time to enjoy that day...

Wonderful apartment! Clean, fresh, modern, beautiful. A few minutes walk from two great beaches. Park and bus to centre around the corner. Excellent kitchen, and really appreciated there were things (herbs, dishwasher liquid, etc) left so wouldn't need to shop straight away. Two bathrooms and two balconies a bonus!

Bedsofa a bit hard to sleep on. Penalty fee for late arrival feels unnecessary.

There were ants everywhere! Lounge didn’t have blinds in kitchen so woke up early every morning from light leaks. Sofa bed in lounge didn’t have proper bedding and wasn’t comfortable. Close to a school so was very noisy every morning, couldn’t relax on balcony. Upstairs were doing building work so drilling and banging from 9am every day! Key to bathroom didn’t work so got locked in the toilet twice. We paid a premium price due to the festival, but it was very far from the Palais and Uber service was very poor so far out. For the price we paid it wasn’t a good deal as the stay was quite stressful and not up to the standard we would expect for the money.

not a criticism but apartment is a good 30 minute walk from the Croisette, so wear some comfy shoes for the pleasant walk up toward the centre of things.
