we had a wonderful time staying at this property in tisno for dimensions festival for our second time. the house is lovely, and the deck was a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the views. check-in was a little confusing at first, as we had to go to the owner's office, but once we figured that out, everything was smooth. overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful apartment in Tisno, contact with owner was very slow. You have to check in at a boat rental near by. Did not feel very personal. Terrace is very nice with a beautiful view of the lake. House was very clean. It had airconditioning but it is very old so it did not cool the apartment sufficiently.

We stayed here during one of the many festivals in Tisno. Villa was beautiful and we had a lovely time. Although the cleaning lady did come a day early and threaten to remove us rather angrily. Other than that a pleasant stay we would return

Villa was lovely, stunning views. Unfortunately, there were quite a few things that need looking into. The roof on the terrace had cigarette ends, beer can and debris on it. The manager was rude and not helpful. We were told taxes were Euro 20 and he charged us Euro 49 before giving us the key. The towels were a disgrace, old, stained and not fit for my dog to use. we asked for more towels as we were there for ten days and a change of sheets. They never arrived. We went to manager's offer and asked again, we then called. Eventually some towels were left but they were disgusting. A five star villa - this is not acceptable. The sheets arrived on Thursday and we were leaving on Saturday. Clean sheets should be in the cupboard for guests together with acceptable towels. There is only one air conditioning unit in front room. The bedrooms were incredibly hot and there was one fan which was on its last legs and useless. It took the manager five days to open the laundry room even though we called him repeatedly. I do not know why we were charged Euros 50 for cleaning - nobody came to villa and we cleaned everything ourselves. The internet hardly works - an hour here and there. The TV in the front bedroom does not work. It is a real shame as the apartment was lovely but all these things let it down. We paid a lot of money for this apartment but did not feel it was worth it with the service we received. You also need to state on your website that a car is absolutely essential.

From his warm welcome to his helpful recommendations, his hospitality truly made a difference. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Tisno. The combination of the incredible balcony views and the delightful experience provided by Konstantin made my stay truly unforgettable. Gorgeous stay in Tisno. Great features to the house. Had an Absolutely lovely time with my friends here for Dimensions Festival. Amazing view. Felt like a Monet painting in the morning light. Debatably one of the best views in Tisno. Communication with actual host was limited to none and wifi was actually very poor. Other than that, awesome

very clean and tidy and fully equipped. The caretaker was very helpful.
