Location is fantastic. Very close to Tulane, walk to Superior Seafood, steps to amazing coffee and other delights at Mojo, phenomenal green mole tacos and good vibes at Val’s, and everything you could ever need at upscale Rousse’s market. we didn’t try the kolache place but it was clearly popular and also right there. very quiet at night (I was pleasantly surprised) as all the businesses were closed by midnight or earlier. also backyard was as pictured, very comfortable and nice.

the location was amazing, beds were comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed

the sofa in the tv room was too small and not comfortable and cleaning fee was too high considering the dishes were not too clean

The location was great! Easy access to a great variety of restaurants and local cafes. Easy drive/ walk to Tulane. Well stocked kitchen, comfy beds and living space plus smart tv.

AC unit is quite loud - bring earplugs. The home layout (shotgun style) is best for a family because you have to walk through a bedroom to get to the restroom in the middle of the night.

Very clean and comfortable, close to my daughters school. Loyola, and great little neighborhood for food and coffee our favorite was the high hat.

neighbors were loud and up late very kind people (students) but kept very late loud hours. neighborhood parking was limited we had to park our car about a block away nightly. missing a few essentials in the kitchen, hot mat. towels, etc. could have used a curtain in the window in the kitchen. neighbors walked past often and couldn't be in pjs etc.
