We had a good stay with very pleasant staff. we ask for a room overlooking the fountain, and w got that, we just have to climb onto the balcony...

we did not like the linen. there was NO mattress cover and the duvet was bubbles and hobble's, and the fact that there was only a fitted sheet and no flat sheet was not nice at all.! that was a little gross

Close to the theatro as we watched the Sound of Music show there. Very convenient

It is just like the photos, and very pretty, lots to do and see on the premisses without having to drive anywhere.

The staff were excellent; I enjoyed the location and being able to walk around the property. The room was neat and clean.

I liked everything

Breakfast experience was terrible. We waited 30 minutes to be seated even though there were multiple tables open. We were told we could not be seated until there was cutlery on the table. Yet you were so shorted staffed they could not get the cutlery on the table. We also were told that we could not wait outside because we would lose our place in the que. I am still waiting for the manager to arrive... We were 30 minutes late for our wedding function because of this.

All went very well. We have stayed there before and therefor we choose that hotel again. Staff are well trained, friendly and polite. Hotel food was excellent. Great breakfast.

When we got there, staff was very welcoming

when we got to our room after travelling for 7 hours, found that the aircon was not working. the bathroom door does not close and when one is having a shower the outside gets wet., did not explain that the wifi was open - we used our own data. Ordered room service for a pizza and drinks and after an hour the food did not arrive , had to call again to find out what the problem was. Breakfast - the first 2 days had a chef who was a know it all, did not listen, however on the last day the chef was brilliant

Location is good especially if that is the area you want to be at.

the only issue was that the wifi stopped working the evening of 21 Jan and did not come back up until the time we checked out out around 9:30am the next morning. This was unfortunately as I had work to do and could not.

We loved the breakfast. Everything was fresh and tasty. All the staff members were very friendly and they made us feel relaxed.

The bed was not all that comfortable and there was only one bottle of water. It would have been nice if there were two cold bottles of water waiting for us in the fridge after our hot trip from Rustenburg. Two sachets of hot chocolate would've done the trick before bed rather than normal tea or coffee but that's just us! 🙃

breakfast was exceptional best omelette made by the chef (really dont want to make a mistake with his name but he was a very friendly guy tall and full of jokes which gives a person a good vibe for the entire day )

The duvets are WAY too hot, not sure what is the reason behind his. They are comforters for european winter days, not 30 degree Johannesburg .. you need to give the option of sheets or something else, cooler.

I did not like the room layout, honestly I felt i am sleeping in bathroom, i really did not like the open sink concept.

No in room iron. Iron had to constantly be ordered up to the room daily. No speakers for music. Small little amenities that would of made the stay a bit more comfortable. Kitchen/dinning hall should provide morning lunches for guest going on extremely early excursions. Especially if breakfast had been paid for.

Breakfast was fantastic - good quality and well prepared food. Food were warm and tasteful. The staff were very friendly and professional. Great experience. Rooms are clean and feels fresh. Love!
