The warm welcome of the hosts. Were always so polite and wondering if they could do something for us. Had an amazing stay because of them. The house itself is very spacious with a rooftop area, swimming pool, own kitchen, three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Location is perfect! Within 5/10 minutes you are on the other side of the river.

The only good thing about this place was the location. There were restaurants close and the ferry boat is within walking distance, however the location it sends you is not correct. It is about 1.5 blocks away from where it directs you and is at the end of an alleyway.

The beds and pillows were both solid as a rock. I like a firm mattress but this was like sleeping on stone. The house seemed clean because it was picked up, but the floors would turn our feet black. The back door doesn't latch or lock! The stairs go from the ground floor with kitchen, living room, and a bathroom, to the second floor with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, to the rooftop terrace which is open to the rest of the house. There were mosquitoes everywhere since nothing sealed closed. I was bit on the face twice while sleeping. It was almost like camping. The kitchen had almost no dishes and the ones that were there all had to be cleaned before use because they were so dirty. In order to clean them, i had to go to thestore and buy a sponge and dish soap. The bath towels were not all clean and some had to be washed before use with laundry soap I supplied. The shower in the master bathroom was broken and could not be used. There was half a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and then we had to supply the rest ourselves. There was no microwave and the stove/oven was falling apart. After washing a few towels, I started a small load of our clothes (about 4 outfits) and went to bed. In the morning the washer would not open back up. I re-ran the drain and spin cycle as was suggested online and it still wouldn't open. I contacted the owner and he tried to claim I had broken the machine due to misuse and would need to pay $20 USD to have a repaired get my clothes out. I told him there was no misuse and that his machine was broken. He told me that sounded like my problem! I told him we would move out immediately dispute the credit card charge for the stay and report him to booking.com to which he didn't seem to care. Luckily, his assistant Amhed went and opened the washer for us to get our clothes back. I washed the rest of the clothes I needed cleaned by hand in the kitchen sink and we checked out the next morning.

The villa is spacious, very clean & have a pool . Ahmed who incharge of key handover is very friendly, supportive and easy to deal with. The location is very strategic , in the town, near the nile river & luxor temple. There are numbers of restaurant nearby, jetty with boat, ferry, feluka, camel ride and shops. The is one of the best accomodation during my 2 weeks stay in Egypt. I recommend those who visit luxor to try this villa.

I didn't stay in this villa, lizards in the room, traces of poo in the toilet, very dusty and they took the money from me when I didn't stay the night

Good location nice spacious place and great pool.

Bit disorganised with the booking but quickly sorted by Ahmed when we arrived. Kitchen is a bit tired and needs a few more utensils but adaquate.

i like the place and the price it’s was good staying there specifically the staff Ahmed he really helped me in everything

maybe the mattresses need more care or change

the villa was more than perfect, it was very secure,clean and big, our view is the nile , we had so much fun in the private pool , thank you for everything ❤️ the owner is such a gentle and helpful man❤️
