Odalar temiz değildi havlular kirliydi lavaboda böcekler vardı, taharet musluğundan ateş gibi su geliyor kendilerine bunu ilettik biraz bekleyin soğur dediler ama çocuklarınıza zarar verecek seviyede sıcak su geliyor yemeği ekstra alırsanız ücreti euroyla ödüyorsunuz ve kahvaltısı çok zayıf öğün yemekleri idare eder. En kötü deneyimimiz ise otelden başka şehire gitmek için otelin vasıtasıyla ayarladığımız taksi gelince otelin söylediğinden fazla ücret istedi ve otel bu ücreti bizim ödememiz gerektiğini söyledi gelen takside fazla para vermezseniz klima açmam deyip klimaları kapattı yol boyu bize kötü davrandı. Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig auf einer Insel im Nil gelegen. Es gibt 3 verschiedene Pools jeweils mit Bar, Snacks und Getränken und man kann Spaziergänge durch die komplette Anlage machen. Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet und gemütlich. Es gibt verschiedene Möglichkeiten zum Abendessen. Wir hatten nur Übernachtung und Frühstück gebucht, konnten aber auch spontan Abendessen am Buffet dazu buchen. Es ist auch möglich in einem der anderen Restaurants a la carte zu essen. Man kann entweder im Hotel Ausflüge und geführte Touren buchen oder sich ein Taxi rufen lassen, die vor dem Hotel bereit stehen. Auch empfehlenswert ist an der Rezeption eine Fahrt mit dem Hotel eigenen Boot zu buchen. Das gesamte Personal war überaus freundlich und liebenswert, angefangen bei den Kellnern, bis hin zu House keeping und Gärtnern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt und haben uns in den 5 Tagen sehr gut erholt!

Franchement cela est un détail mais le prix du buffet est assez cher.

就是可能靠近河边以及植被比较多，造成飞虫比较多（尤其是落日的时候）

تم طرق الباب في الصباح وانا نائم وعند عدم الرد تم فتح الباب ،، تصرف غير لائق بما أنه مافي احد رد لايسمح لك بالدخول وانا لو احتاج النظافة راح اطلب ،، فهذي النقطة اللي ضايقتني والرجاء النظر فيها وعدم الهجوم وفتح الباب ولم يأذن لك

Vraiment parfait. Services, propreté et taille de la chambre, différentes piscines avec vue sur le Nil, taxi à la demande avec tarifs compétitifs indiqués par l'hôtel. J'y retournerai et à recommander

Ich konnte bereits am Morgen einchecken. Nette Mitarbeiter; das habe ich vorher während meiner Reise durch Ägypten in keinem Hotel gehabt. Schönes, grosses Zimmer mit wunderbarer Terrasse mit Blick auf den tollen Garten. Super Frühstücksbuffet und auch dort nette Mitarbeiter. Wunderschöne Anlage, direkt am Nil. Super feines Essen (zweimal Zimmerservice) Gut ausgestattetes Gym

Die Mitarbeitenden im Wellbeing waren zum Teil zu aufdringlich, was das verkaufen von Behandlungen (Massagen, Kosmetik…) anbelangt. Immer noch gut für Ägypten, wo man belagert wird, dennoch hat es mich gestört, wenn ich am Pool im Liegestuhl lag und mehrmals gestört wurde.

Nous avons bénéficié d'un surclassement ... Ballade sur le Nil avec Ali ... Le personnel est merveilleux, que se soit la sécurité, les barmen, les conducteurs navettes.

La struttura è grande, dispone di tutte le necessità, con piscina, ristoranti, bar, un molo. Le stanze sono grandi, comode e pulite. Lo staff di aiuto. L’isola su cui si trova è sicura e ha forti controlli

I had a problem with the electricity (I had no electricity), and it took the technicians 2 hours to come. If I were just in holiday it's ok but I was working and I need my computer charged.

Hôtel très grand et chambre immense avec tout le confort nécessaire. Les piscines sont très grandes et le personnel très serviable.

The stay was very comfortable. Lovely property with Nile river view and good amenities

Breakfast buffet had very limited options.

Rooms were very spacious. We had two connected rooms with Nile view. Breakfast was good. Gym is well equipped. We tried Indian and Italian restaurants, both were really good. Staff were very nice. Heated pool.

Location is a bit far from centre but not a massive issue, just be aware of it.

It’s pretty, safe… nice views

The food, it’s mostly inedible. Secluded too so you’re stuck to their restaurants. The spa people are quite pushy to get you in treatments.

Location is great. Nile view room amazing. Pool very big and clean. Room very spacious and clean. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. Breakfast was full of variety. Breakfast tables overlooking the Nile.

This hotel made our trip more special and enjoyable. Everything about it was above the level: rooms were huge with a beautiful view of the terrasse, the service of the staff was more than we expected; very smiley and friendly, last but not least the food 🤌🏻 it was a bliss!! They had a variety of food so you can always find something to eat. Thank you for making our trip memorable 🙏🏼

Checkin - Checkin was smooth. We were greeted by lovely lady - Virginia and she was our contact point if we needed any information. Rooms - Room was big and spacious with kettle and tea/coffee sachet. Bathroom was also big with two basins. It was comfortable enough for a family of 4. The person cleaning the rooms was very polite and cleaned the room very well. Location - Location is a bit far from the main city but we were ok with using Careem App. We used the careem app to take taxi to and from hotel. On one occasion we asked hotel to call the taxi but I found Careem app much better. Food - Lot of options in breakfast with lot of bakery options and good option for vegetarians. Their falafel and croissants were amazing. Fresh fruit counter was also nice. Good seating space outside with a view of Nile. We didn’t had dinner in the hotel because it was only a buffet option and I found it better value to go to city to eat. Swimming pool and zoo - Kids enjoyed swimming in the pool and it was not crowded at all. We also liked the Zoo. Room service - you can order room service and I found the price to be just about ok. We ordered pizza for kids and it was reasonable price. There is a surcharge for room service which is also reasonable. Safety - we planned for a felucca boat to pick us up from the bank of Nile river which is on the edge of the hotel. As soon as the boat arrives, security person came to take all the necessary details from the boat owner. Which reassured us of the safety in the hotel.

Everything was great. We had an amazing stay. The staff was so kind and helped us with all our requests about tours and activities. They food provided by the biggest restaurant was fresh and delicious (we didn’t try the other restaurants). The rooms were perfectly clean and well equipped. The view over the Nile from the pool area was incredible.

We stayed at the Kings Villa. Spectacular views in beautiful setting with excellent service. Perfect getaway for a family who want to visit Luxor and be able to retreat to an oasis of peace after a busy day sightseeing.

They keep an amazing garden and birds flock. It's not the newest establishment but the room is spacious and clean. It's on an island, so quiet and you can enjoy the Nile river 360 degree...I would go back for sure.

Ottimo che era presente il bidet nella camera, il cibo era veramente buono per come si mangia in Egitto. Contesto molto bello, natura il Nilo ecc.

NON PARLANO ITALIANO. assurdo. Pulizia nella camera non sufficiente. Le lenzuola erano corte! Cuscino alto e non comodo

Hotel basé sur une ile extrêmement calme et verdoyant

Très beau complex. Un manifique travail des jardiers qui embellissent l'emdroit. Les chambes sont propres et belles. La vue sur le Nils et la Vallée des rois depui sles piscines et les differents emdroits du site sont trop beaux.

Difficile d'avoir de l'eau en bouteille sans payer (le cout n'est pas grand chose mais vu les températures ne pas trouvés dans la salle de sport et être rationné à 1/2 litres par personne n'est pas du standing attendu par ce type d'établissement. On sent un stress et une désorganisation au niveau management. Les personnels sont tous gentils et serviables mais ils ont du mal à prenrde à des décissions et sont souvent dans l'ambarrat.... Un detail m'a choqué mais c'est personnel le motif du carrelage autour de la piscine qui rapelle un triste motif de la 2nd guerre mondiale. Motif peut être pas utilisé en Egypte mais sachant que l'hotel appartenait à des europeens avant (Suisse)...
