Warm welcome by the host. We got a welcome drink and food. The host was taking care of us and was nearby for every question.

The hosts were amazing, incredibly friendly, and consistently went above and beyond what could be expected from a villa host. The accommodation was fantastic, the pool, the sauna, the garden....all just beautiful.

Could not fault the villa or the hosts! It was useful having a car as the villa is on the mountainside.

This place is absolutely fantastic. Easily one of the best places we have stayed anywhere. It's massive, well presented, very well equipped and everything is spotless, even the countless outdoor settings. The pool is big and the location is lovely. This is actually like two complete apartments in one. I was shocked when she showed me around on arrival to find out we got all this space! We are a family of five and fit easily into one apartment and then there was another. It'd be great for a multi generational vacation. The host is also great, flexible and very helpful. There was a platter and a fully stocked fridge on arrival and the host's dad even came round with a platter of homemade food for us during our stay. I really can't say enough good things.

It's tricky to find the first time. Just make sure you follow the host's instructions exactly! My taxi driver thought he knew better than the host and went the gps way which got us there but i really dont recommend it :D

We really enjoyed our stay at Vila Nikola. We loved the pool. Especially our kids. It was a perfect temperature and so nice to return to in the afternoon after mornings of activities. We enjoyed bbq's on the balcony and looking at the beautiful views. It was also nice to watch the neighbours few cows trot down the road in the early evening. There was plenty of space for all of our family, including a cooler stone courtyard out the back. The owners were very friendly, great communicators and met us to show us to the house. We would definitely recommend Vila Nikola to others visiting Montenegro.

We loved our stay at Villa Nikola, The villa is fully equipped , very clean and comfortable . The outdoor space was great with the fabulous pool and view .The owners were so helpful during our stay and kindly offered us a lift into Kotor old town. On arrival they had lovely snacks and drinks provided to welcome us . We would love to return as had such wonderful holiday memories at villa Nikola.

Unfortunately the neighbors dogs bark throughout the night so if you are a light sleeper take along some earplugs.

I highly recommend this place. Very good living conditions, washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning. 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 kitchens. A very large and comfortable terrace and an excellent swimming pool. In addition, a garden with vegetables that can be eaten :). At the end, a big thank you to the hosts who welcomed us with a dinner and a fridge full of chilled drinks :). They helped fulfill our wishes and provided all kinds of help.

In the Villa Nikola we spent one of our best holidays ! There are lovely, friendly and warm hosts. After a long and tiring journey a wonderful surprise awaited us in the form of a delicious dinner with drinks. We got a lot more than we'd expect - treat, advice, help ... (even buying motorcycle parts !) e.t.c. The villa is a beautifully renovated, nicely furnished, comfortable building for 7-8 people, literally equipped with everything you can think of ... Very comfortable beds, lots of towels, bedding, dishes, sunbeds, bicycles, secure parking spaces and everything you need for a comfortable stay. In addition to places to relax outside, it has a great pool and sauna - we used it with a pleasure :) Beautiful, quiet and safe area , nice contact with nature . If we have a chance to visit Montenegro again - we will definitely back to NIKOLA ! Thank you very much !

Peaceful, beautiful with absolutely perfect view. The accommondation is spacious, clean and beautiful decorated. It was more than enough space for our family of four. Our hosts were very friendly and did everything they can to make our stay pleasent. Wish that we could stay a little bit longer, but this is the place that we would definitely come and visit again.
