Only issue is the key box is at the property management company's offices which are around 7k away from the property in Pollenca

Fantastic location with balcony and wonderful views over the bay. Well equipped and comfortable. Spacious and bright.

Although not far off route it was a hassle having to find the offices, in nearby Pollenca, and pick up the key (late and in the dark) and return the key (added hassle when trying to catch flight home). No basics like washing up liquid, hand soap, dish cloth - but maybe that is usual in Spain?

Amazing place to stay in Port de Pollensa. Apartment was huge and very central.

We had to collect the keys in Pollensa so it made things awkward.

The location was just super, the view was amazing and the apartment was also great.

Getting the keys was probably the hardest part. It would have been better to get the keys actually at the property in a key safe type or from somewhere really close by.

Amazing location and fabulous modern apartment. Stayed here with my son and elderly parents for October Half Term holiday, conveniently located just off the main square and a 2 minute walk from the seafront. This was my twelfth trip to Puerto Pollensa in 10 years and this accommodation is one of the best I have stayed in.

A few repairs are required and some locks need to be fitted on some windows and doors for health and safety.
