Bunte Prospektbilder versus triste Realität. Das Appartement beschreibt sich mit Superior- in der Realität hat man weder Nachtkästchen am Bett, nur in einem Bad einen Mülleimer, kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten am Waschbecken oder Aufhängemöglichkeit für Handtücher. Keine Zahnputzbecher, lediglich Handseife wird zur Verfügung gestellt. Das ist auch so in der Beschreibung enthalten, aber es erstaunt für diesen Preis doch sehr. Das schlimmste ist jedoch die Sauberkeit. Auf der Website wird diese extra betont, in der Realität lag in der Badewanne ein Haar und auf dem Boden im Bad konnte man die Haarklumpen deutlich sehen. In allen Ecken war der Dreck zu sehen. WIr hatten zwar 1,5 Stunden früher eingecheckt als erlaubt, auf unsere Beschwerde hin hieß es dann daß die Zimmer noch nicht endgültig gereinigt gewesen seien. Bei der Abreise stand aber der Putztrupp pünktlich um 10 bereit...Eher unglaubwürdig. Insgesamt bietet das Appartement viel Platz, die Küche ist aber mit gerade mal 6 Gläsern ausgestattet -wollte man länger und mit mehr Personen bleiben würde es eng werden...Auch die bunten Bilder an der Wand fehlen gänzlich, es ist alles düster und durch die Jalousien recht ungemütlich und trist. Anfangs war auch im zweiten Bad extremer Geruch nach Kanal, dieser verschwand aber nachdem etwas Wasser den Siffon durchspült hat- deutet aber auch nicht gerade auf eine intensive Reinigung hin. Es sind auch Wasserschäden an Türrahmen zu sehen, teilweise minderwertig und abgenutze Einrichtung. Würde ich für den Preis nicht mehr buchen, man geht trotz allem noch gute 15 MInuten bis ins Zentrum! Nette Cafees und Restaurants in der Nähe! Die Tiefgarage ist sehr klein, mit großen autis kaum zu bewältigen!

Location was perfect for us. Short walk to the old town, restaurants and food stores nearby. Apartments were clean and there was all the basic things we needed. We had three apartments, they all were good, except tv didn't work at one and air conditioning not working in one.

Very clean and modern. Located in a peaceful neighborhood and easy to walk to the old town.

Pillows are too thick for us. It would be great if there were a microwave.

Apartment was walkable distance to main areas, old town and supermarket. Bed was comfortable and the shower is really good, best we have had whilst travelling. Communication with queries I had was excellent.

Did not like an odour in the apartment that didn't go away, but wasn't overpowering. There was only two bin liners (one spare), we were there for 5 nights and it wasn't enough. There was no egg slice in drawers or salt/pepper/olive oil. First time in 3 months of travelling that an amount of money was taken from my account 'just in case' of damage. Didn't like view from our apartment.

Really good location, easy check in and check out - we arrived late and self check in allowed us to enter apartment without any issues or without anyone waiting for us. 10-12 min walk to city center - very convenient. Also bus stations super close, so you can easily reach any destination. Apartment with air conditioning, well equipped kitchen. Recommend for quality/location/price value.

Easily my favourite place to stay in Bratislava. The hotel is located in a quiet area between the old town and the modern shopping centres, making walking to either really convenient. The rooms are spacious and clean, completely equipped should you choose to make your own meals. Getting a good sleep in this place comes with ease as the beds are extremely comfortable and the neighbourhood is peaceful and free of music, traffic or noise. I highly recommend it.
