Banheiro muito ruim, café da manhã demorou pra repor os produtos, na minha vez não tinha presunto, queijo, omelete etc, demorou pra repor e a omelete não chegou.

Somente escadas (sem acessibilidade), blecaute insuficiente na janela, cheiro de diesel em todos os ambientes (estacionamento de caminhões adjunto), frigobar extremamente barulhento (tive que deixar desligado pra conseguir dormir), chuveiro muito fraco (pouca vazão de água), "perfume" dos cobertores extremamente enjoativo (lembra xampu de pet!),

Location is very convenient just next to highway. If you get a room facing opposite of highway noise leve is OK, but most certainly this is not the case if facing highway. Breakfast is quite OK, I would even say very good considering the room charges, although you have to try to get there early as most people leave early and some items where out and not replenished like the scrambled eggs.

Although the "HOTEL" sign is quite large, it easy to miss when getting off the highway at the high speed exit towards the groups huge gas station, service station and restaurant complex. But my biggest problem was that the "Zandoná" service station/hotel group has several branches and it was not clear enough in the "Booking" App which one of their hotels was the one I booked and to which of their several gas stations was 'next to it"
