One block from public access. This was so perfect.... got a couple golf carts to go into town. So fun. Place was very clean..plenty of room...kitchen had what we needed. Would most definitely stay here again!

Exceeded expectations. Spacious 4 bedroom townhouse with plenty of parking space. Walking distance to the beach and the tiki bar. 2 balconies, one off the master suite and another off the living room. Bryant Real Estate was easy to work with. Would recommend!

The Carolina Beach vacation was great! My family and I had a great stay at the house we booked. We were able to make wonderful memories trying new restaurants, the escape room, and several of us got to witness the hatching of sea turtles. Thank you for providing a pet friendly home. Our little chihuahua got plenty of exercise.

Actually you guys, the house is everything that is in the ad and more. The company is very thorough and kind, they respond quickly to address any issues and we def would like to work with them in the future. We booked this home for our roofing crew of (8) men because it was enough roof for the guys. Unfortunately when you are doing construction and you have crew members that dont follow rules, there will be a few issues. Something’s did arise after the stay but we worked it out. We have nothing but awesome things to say about the service and home they provided.

We had issues with the heat…inside temp was 66 degrees and dropping while it was freezing temps outside and we were told “it’s just how these systems work when it is so cold outside.” It was FREEZING in the house the next morning, and we had to have the HVAC guy come out and then a second visit by the maintenance guy to check as it was not warming up inside. It took over 24 hours from our arrival for the heat to reach and maintain a reasonable temperature inside the house.
Second maintenance issue was the dishwasher. We were informed ahead of time that it was not working and would be replaced on Tuesday following our Sunday arrival. No problem, except that there was a miscommunication and the maintenance guy was only aware of a drop off of the dishwasher, not installation, so that had to be rescheduled. Again, not a huge issue, but since we brought our dog along, we had to reschedule (and cancel) some plans during our trip to accommodate this process.
Overall, the house and location were great and aside from the maintenance issues that affected comfort for the first 2 days and required rescheduling of things the third day, I have no complaints.

Three co-workers and I stayed in this beautiful 4 bedroom 3 full bathroom. It had all amenities needed for our stay. We had a cookout with the coal grill, and walked a quick 2 minutes to the gorgeous beach. I plan to bring my family back for vacation and hope to stay at the same place. Stunning. Lots of separate seating areas outside too.

When we checked in there were 2 condom wrappers under the master bed. I called to let the property manager know. I received no follow up call or anything. I think a gift card to dinner or something would be appropriate because it was very off putting. Then, our sink randomly fell through the cabinet and no one seemed to care, other than sending over a maintenance person who looked at it and left. We absolutely loved the location but I am disappointed in the lack of concern over pretty significant issues. Also, I would recommend having another couch or love seat because there is not enough room in the living room for 7-8 people to sit.

We had an awesome time staying at Pass. The home was in good shape, and the Linens package was quite adequate. It was well stocked with kitchen implements and good appliances. A Keurig coffee maker would have been nice, since so many other places have them, but the regular brew coffee maker was quite adequate. The only problems I noticed were a non-functioning and oil-leaking automatic ice maker, a tap water hose that came loose just as we were leaving, a slow bathroom drain that I was able to fix, and a lot of ants outside that got into our car. The ones that came inside for some reason we're not much of a bother, since they were not in the kitchen. Maintenance was very responsive, and the location near beach access was superb! If we vacation in Carolina Beach again, we will try to book here again.

The set up was perfect for our family of 6 and my parents who joined us. The condo was clean and filled with all essential kitchen supplies. The walk to the beach was a piece of cake and made it easy to go multiple times a day. We would definitely stay here again. We even tried to tack time on to this trip, but it had been booked.

There needs to be some work done on the place. This is our 3rd time there. We love the location, but want something better maintained. Mold smell under the kitchen sink and island. Master bathroom, caulk around the tub needs to be replaced. Carpets need to be cleaned. Couches need to be replaced or recovered. Please take these ideas into consideration.

Beautiful home and great location! This was a family event for a wedding. There were 8 of us excited to have fun and fellowship and a great beach vacation! This all came to a screeching halt when we were putting sheets on the beds! I heard my daughter scream. I immediately ran to see the situation and felt sick to my stomach! We pulled all bedding off the bed and put it all into the wash. One room out of commission. I spent three hours washing the bedding! The following day maintenance came out and said it was bed bugs! Our options were to vacate the home with nowhere to go or stay in the bedbug house...Bryant reality had no available homes for us and no options other than to leave !! We were given a refund of $587 from our $1400 rental... I was so disappointed in the compensation for this disaster. We will not be returning to Bryant Reality! Beware!

family vacation for the first time in over a year and had a good time, nice area. The house was a nice place but we traveled with two children 2 year old and two month old and the carpets were so dirty that my grandsons feet were always black on the bottom. the carport area that had seating and a picnic table had green mold on it and the week we were there it rained a couple days so it was very slippery. With minor attention this would be a very nice place to stay.

Oct. 14 thru 18th
The home was very spacious & clean when we first arrived. We really enjoyed our stay at the home. It's really close to the beach less than a 5 minute walk. The neighborhood was really quiet. The carport area was really dark at night. We searched for a light switch which we didn't find. Which makes it difficult to see if you have smaller kids or grocery bags that have to be carried up the stairs. The kitchen had pretty much everything we needed. The bedding in the downstairs bedroom and the upstairs back bedroom could be cleaned or updated. There were spots on the comforters that made me think they had not been cleaned. The linen packages were a little dingy looking as well. The couches as previously mentioned in a previous review did have dirty spots on them. And the table mats on the dining table have an odor. Besides those few issues we really enjoyed ourselves and the home .

Great location and enjoyable visit
This was our first visit to Carolina Beach. The location was perfect, being one block from the beach was nice to limit road noise and traffic problems but close enough to walk to the beach access with small kids and beach necessities. The property was nice and exactly as described. As I saw mentioned in a review, the couch does have some stains and the carpet is in need of cleaning in some high traffic areas. We never cooked at the house but did use the convenient location for quick trips to get take out and eat at the house. We were a family of 4 and found this house very spacious with comfortable indoor and outdoor locations to relax. Check-in was easy and the App provided helpful information.

Unit in general is a great unit. It is just one road back off ocean front and close to a public beach access so a short walk to the beach. Unit was clean and in good shape. Air conditioning worked well. Ceiling fans in most all rooms. Pay attention to the TV situation in the description. You may need to bring your own streaming device in some rooms. Rental company process was very easy. Suggestions for improvement would be new furniture for living room (couch and love seat worn and had small stains). Kitchen well equipped. A blender would have been nice. Also pots and pans that were a bit worn and old could use replacement.

Property manager ignored us
While the house was very clean and well furnished, we did not have any AC from Saturday afternoon til the time we left on Sunday at 2pm. We left messages for Bryant , but they never returned our calls and emails. Never offered any apology .
