Every August we rent this house for a work retreat. It is always clean, the property managers is very helpful and all the parts of the house we are excited to enjoy work with no issue. Great video game and movie area, really great place to hang out!

The property was perfect for our family of 15! The 6 bedrooms were accommodating and all used. We enjoyed the backyard and amenities there. The basement was a great gathering spot for the kids while the adults enjoyed games upstairs. It was close to everything we wanted to do in the area! I’d highly recommend

We had 8 guys go on a golf trip up to the Wisconsin Dells and this is an awesome place to stay. Plenty of room for all 8 of us and the downstairs theatre room and arcade games were a hit with everyone. Location is awesome also. Nice little sports bar about 200 yards away that you can walk to for a cocktail or a bite to eat.

My extended family stayed for Christmas and had a blast! The arcade in the basement made for hours of fun and the kitchenette and movie theater spaces allowed is to gather and be comfortable all at once! The bedrooms are large and comfortable and the well stocked kitchen made for easy meal prep for a big party!

Unfortunately there were many things that are misleading about this property. Many lights out, no kitchen supplies, i.e. pot holder, paper towels or simply a towel.
The house is not well kept, you have to clean it before and after your stay. Lawn hadn't been mowed in weeks.
Remotes to TV's don't work and no instructions on how to operate the different systems. The internet was very slow and tv buffered many times trying to watch anything.
For the amount we paid for a holiday stay i would have expected a much nicer house. I have paid less and received much more in other VRBO's we have used.

We had our extended family stay to go skiing for a long weekend. The place was perfect and plenty of space for everyone to be together but also break up in smaller groups. Would recommend!

Found this property as advertised, plenty of living and sleeping space. Management responsive to questions and quick to provide answers. Super convenient to all activities the Dells had to offer. Would stay again.

Great find in Wisconsin Dells
We take a trip every year during spring break week with our family. It is often difficult as the teenagers get older to find a place with enough beds for everyone! This home worked out SO well! There was a nice size kitchen, large table to eat at plus bar stools at the kitchen counter, family areas, plenty of TV’s (March Madness Week) and an awesome lower level area with arcade games, theater room, Nerf Basketball room, etc! Our family truly enjoyed staying here! We will come back!!!

Everything was perfect
We could not have asked for a better place to stay for our family Christmas gathering. Everyone loved the layout and roominess of the house. The property manager was so prompt with any questions or concerns we had.

Great Extended Family Home
The House was very nice and accommodated 4 families. The host was great being in contact if we needed anything. The property is right by the resort and has plenty of space for yard games, grilling, and just being outside. The same for inside activities as well. It has a good spacious room for the theatre and also upstairs to sit and relax or play games.
The property is very close to lots of things to do such as the dells, devils lake, and anything else that you want to do. The only things that I would say that could be remedied would be the lower level bath did not drain well and the door to the backroom likes to automatically lock when shut. This wouldn't be too big of a problem if you don't have kids, but we had 2 kids get locked in the bathroom without the lights on. The last thing was the temperature control between the basement and the main floor did not work right. Takes a little work to not be too hot or too cold.
Would definitely recommend the property for a large family gathering with lots to do and great spacious house.

Very good experience. Kids loved the entertainment center in basement. Large yard for playing soccer and baseball. Very relaxing. Mandy was very helpful.

Wonderful as always
Our entire group was quite excited to be able to hold our annual family gathering which had been postponed last year due to Covid 19. This property allowed us to enjoy being together again while having a pleasant, welcoming home in which to do this.

We didn't use them but they looked like fun! House is in typical rental condition. Lots of light bulbs were out, TV remotes didn't work, arcade games don't all work; golden tee roller works some of the time, and one system didn't work at all. The basement was cold and there was no way to turn the heat up. The wifi is very slow and streamed shows would regularly buffer, making for crabby kids.

Great Place for a Large Party
Had a party of about 12, tons of space for indoor games, outdoor games, and big family meals. The kitchen was large enough for feeding a small army. The fireplace and outside grill were a nice touch, with an additional grill in the garage for those big grillouts. Overall really happy with our stay! Thank you

Great family get away!
Amazing house that suited our needs perfectly! Rented for 10 of us total mix of adults and 4 kids under 4 yo. The finished basement is the crown jewel of this house - it has a huge theatre room, arcade games and a full wet bar - endless entertainment for kids and adults! The upstairs (main floor) is spacious, furniture a little worn and could maybe use an update in some places but very comfortable and plenty of seating for everyone! The mater bedroom is great, bathroom has a full jacuzzi, shower on the small side but certainly functional. Remainder of the upstairs bedrooms as expected. Bedrooms in basement very spacious and the bunk bed room is awesome for kids with wall basketball hoop. Outdoor space huge and open. No real privacy but of little concern. Perfect outside space for bags, frisbee, etc. fire pit is cool with bench seating all around and outdoor charcoal grill gets the job done. Overall we were VERY happy with our stay. The best part were the owners who were super understanding and flexible given the last minute uncertainly whether we’d be able to come. Location is great- right down the road from shopping center with Walmart in case you need anything and only about 5 min drive to Dells strip where all the action is. We will definitely be back next year!!

Great home for multiple families
We had multiple families stay at the house for a weekend and had a blast. The house is as described and the property manager was great. The kids loved the arcade and movie area. The property is close to all the attractions and restaurants and Walmart for last minute needs. We would stay again.

Better than the pictures
House was amazing, best place to have a guys trip. TV's all over to keep everyone entertained. Huge kitchen table for game night, better than the pictures. Mandy was helpful getting us setup, and made sure we had everything we needed at all times. 10/10

Family Fun
Great house that accommodated an extended family of 16. Plenty of room with 6 bedrooms and 3+ bathrooms. Theater in basement was great for movies, group video gaming, and family pics/videos. Great room, dining and kitchen area upstairs was big enough to accommodate everyone for games and conversation. House was well supplied with towels, kitchen stuff, paper products, etc. Big open backyard with fire pit. Property manager and owner were great to work with. Highly recommended!

Great house for adults and kids
We had a wonderful family reunion in the Dells and much of that was due to the great house! It was all it claimed, all the electronics worked as promised and they do have about 75 DVDs. Plenty of bedrooms and a huge kitchen with room for lots of cooks. We hit Costco on the way there and Walmart isn't very far away. The house has a huge laundry and is stocked with detergent. We would be happy to stay there again.

Family gathering
In general the property was great and we enjoyed ourselves. However if you are going to charge such premium prices you need to improve on some details. You should have cushions for the outdoor furniture. You need to fix the sliding screen door leading to the back porch.

Great location for a multi family get away
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owners were very responsive to every question, arriving within 15 minutes. With a group of 11, there was plenty of space to break into smaller groups watching movies, sitting outside at the fire pit, or watching sports on the upstairs tv. There was ample space in the kitchen for multiple chefs, and plenty of refrigerator space. The chest freezer in the garage allowed us to store all of our ice for the return trip home. The kids enjoyed the arcade games and watching cartoons on the huge projector screen, while the adults enjoyed movie viewing in the theatre room.
We’re planning on returning again next year.

Perfect for family gatherings!
We stayed here over a weekend for a family get together and it was wonderful. Kids loved the projector tv and we were able to hook up our Nintendo switch we brought to it to play. Plenty of space and very helpful owners/caretakers. One of the arcade games wasn’t working and they had someone over to fix it quick! They provide everything - including paper towels and dish soap. Would highly recommend!

Great experience!
This was a wonderful experience. I rented this home for a business retreat and it worked out perfectly. The home had everything possible I could have needed for a few days away from the city. Everything was clean and in great order. The house had an impressive array of entertainment within it, that was great! The owners were wonderful communicators and made the stay even better. It was snowing when I first arrived and I ended up off the side of the road. The owner came and helped me dig out and get to the house, which was greatly appreciated! I wouldn't hesitate to come back here with friends, family and co-workers again. It was truly an outstanding rental experience. Thank you for everything!!
