Easy to walk downtown the marina or the bike path

We've stayed in Frisco a few times over the years and this was our best experience. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The home was perfect for an extended stay. The long garage was key as we had bicycles that needed the storage plus we still had room to park our F-150 in the garage.

Spacious condo, good access to local ski areas

Great location and awsome layout of the condo

I loved my stay in this condo. It was very welcoming, and calming and invited you to relax. The bedrooms and bathrooms had all that I needed and the views make this place unique. The location is phenomenal because was easy to get there and having a garage was a plus. Highly recommended.

The garbage disposal doesn’t work. The left sink was backed up and smelled like death
Everything else was great

Good value for the money, great for a family of 5 or 6 with bunk beds in the second bedroom. There were a lot of stairs for older people.
4.0
This location was central and easy access to everything, the lake, grocery stores and downtown. Loved being to walk out onto a trail to the water from the complex.

Great place, needs better knives for cooking.

Annual family ski trip to Breck. We have stayed at several vrbo’s in both Frisco & Breck…this was by far our least favorite. It had the space we needed to sleep everyone but the property is in need of repairs/maintenance. Door knob to garage was off (it was laying on the floor in the garage) making it difficult to get in & out of garage. The wood support on bunk bed was broken on one of the beds. The shower door in main bath wouldn’t stay on its track & the handle falls off when you try to use it to close the door. The master bath appears to at one time have glass shower doors…it now has a shower curtain in place of half of it (and it was being held up with shower hooks but only about half of what should’ve been used). No hot pads in kitchen. Linens/bedding smelled musty & towels were cheap & scratchy. We are not “fancy” people by any means…but we were extremely disappointed in this rental. Very ghetto.

Well equipped apartment with enough space. large garage. Clean bathrooms with bathtub. Layout of beds perfect for family with small children. Bunk beds for adults rather small. Many games and TV entertainment available. Access to indoor pool and hot tubs available. Gym unfortunately did not have access when we had been there.

I'm perplexed by the 5-star reviews. The kitchen in this unit is itself cause to drop 2 stars. It's quite dated, and the knives, cutlery and cookware are all long past their best-by dates. The bathrooms are dated too (although they had plenty of hot water and good pressure). The lamps in the living room have no light bulbs. The vertical blinds in the kitchen are stuck in place, so three slats have just been removed to allow access to the sliding glass door and deck. Our kids found the bunk bed mattresses uncomfortable, although the master was fine. While this unit is priced below some others in the same complex, the discount isn't enough to compensate for its drawbacks.

The place was easy to access and find. The location is great (so close to downtown, in the warmer weather you could definitely walk!) and the place was clean but still felt homey. There were guides laid out and information about local restaurants that was super helpful and the owners were easy to contact and were incredibly helpful. Stay here for sure!!

Great weekend getaway!
Our family loved our recent stay in Frisco. We made the short drive from Denver and enjoyed the mountains, kayaking, fishing, and the Frisco Adventure Park. The condo was perfect for our group: inviting and comfortable space, all of the extras for an easy stay, great proximity to all things. Thanks!

Excellent stay fir the whole family
This home had everything we needed. We didn’t have to buy any paper products or dish/laundry soap. Kitchen had many spices and basic needs for cooking. Lots of plates, glassware, silverware. Cleaning service did an excellent job. 3 spaces for car park and also guest parking close by. We had an issue with the heat and fireplace which was fixed pronto. Only thing I would ding is only 2 blankets to curl up on the couch with and the pans were stainless steel and very difficult to cook on and clean. Location was perfect-Frisco location to Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckinridge and Keystone all within 30 minute drive. Frisco town very cute with lots of dining and shopping. Thank you for w wonderful stay.

Dump
No hot water upon arrival, no heat for 2 nights after they said it was fixed and it's the middle of winter. No shower doors, not a good experience at all, complete dump.

Quiet comfortable property with a good location and favorable price point. The main negative; cheapest appliances throughout. Appliances did function properly though.

Very comfortable and convenient
Good location right by town. Hot tubs on property were great.
Vacasa customer service was very good when we had a little key trouble.
Shades in living room would have been nice. 2nd BR better for kids. Not really an adult room.

Really the perfect condo for skiing
This condo was so comfortable for our family of 4. Two teens and parents. The covered parking is a game-changer for heading out early for rope drop at Keystone!! No scraping snow and defrosting. The condo is so comfortable for hanging out in when resting up, and it’s seriously equipped with everything. I don’t understand why anyone would say this place isn’t great- maybe those people should go to Aspen. For Keystone and area, it’s awesome. The only issue we had was that the power went off for 6 hours (5-11pm!) and we had NO flashlights or candles. However, the gas fireplace doesn’t require electricity so we still had heat and the water heater is gas so we still had showers!! Vacasa brought us 2 lanterns the next day (they are very responsive!). You will need 4WD to get to this condo if it dumps snow. We had a big storm and they don’t plow it often. It’s a fantastic spot though and we loved the condo itself.

This was a great place for a long weekend trip. It was super clean, had very comfortable furniture and beautiful mountain/lake views from all the windows. The location is very close to paved path around Dillon Reservoir.

Great location, beautiful views.
This house is situated very close to Main Street in Frisco. Easy access to biking/hiking trails, county busses to all of the Summit County resorts, and walking distance to restaurants and shops. Immaculately clean, very comfortable, plus covered parking! Highly Recommend!

One Week: July 2019
We loved the location, cleanliness, having our own garage space for bikes, shoes, and kayaks, having a washer/dryer, the use of the grill, the black-out window shade in the master bedroom, and the amazing amount of useful kitchen utensils. We had a great time hiking, bicycling, and really enjoyed to cool weather. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you.

Frisco condo
Location was great just like I imagined. Beds were awful, hard as a rock and comforter seemed dusty and dirty. Carpet on stairs I don’t think has ever been cleaned, saw dust when I walked up and down. The picture on the website did not match what I was give. Very disappointed. When we opened up the windows they all most fell out of frame. I emailed about parking pass and never heard back. Have been coming to frisco for years and will not book through this misleading site again!!

Early July 2019 Travel
We loved this unit. They were so close to the bike trail around Lake Dillon; we could ride right out of the garage around the neighborhood and onto the track. Evening walks were beautiful around the lake. The kitchen had more than the necessary implements, including components for the brand new grill that worked great. Staying in Frisco is great; it's the intersection of three roads to fun.

Central location
Very easy to go skiing, biking, and fly fishing all from the condo. Luv that it had a garage!

Good location. Not fancy, but still nice
My friend and I took a trip to bike and spring ski, and this place worked out well.
Good:
The garage. There is a tandem two-car garage that was plenty big for my Jeep and all our skiing and biking gear.
Location. For biking Lake Dillon, this is ideal.
Not so good:
The place hasn't been updated since the 90's, but amazingly everything is still in good condition.
