Notre condo de 3 chambres à coucher est une unité située au rez-de-chaussée de Legacy Villas. Le condo est situé à l'avant de la communauté, en face du club-house Legacy Villas et de la principale piscine / zone réservée aux enfants. Le patio principal avec barbecue donne sur une "cour arrière" semi-privée et clôturée avec une pelouse en pente, ce qui vous laisse suffisamment d’espace pour vous détendre et passer du temps en famille et entre amis.

This cozy suite was perfect for four generations to celebrate Thanksgiving. Two primary suites and one bedroom with a full bath across the hall worked perfectly for our party of six. Of course, nothing beats the La Quinta location that is close to everything you want or need and Legacy villas has a resort feel. Great walking paths, plenty of pools, and a feeling of safety in a beautiful location. This is our thrid stay @ Legacy Villas. We will be back, too. We enjoyed our stay.

Loved this property overall! The view from the balcony was exceptional!!! The walkup the 3 flights of stairs was a bit breath taking especially after long days out & about. Had all the amenities needed & more!
Minor suggestions would be to replace the inner bowl of the crockpot that was supplied, although the stockpot was excellent as we made several different soups during our winter stay. Also, could use an upgraded showerhead in the master bathroom. The neighbors were respectful & the clubhouse was spectacular! We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay with our family of 4. We were pleasantly surprised how large the condo and the bedrooms were. The location was great, close to old town and La Quinta resort which we walked to. The pools and hot tubs were also very nice and the resort (at least in December) was quiet and relaxing. Furniture could use an update, and a smart tv would be nice additions, but overall, great experience for us and we would love to visit again. Thank you!

This was our second time staying at the Legacy Villas and it was amazing once again! The perfect place for a family vacation with young kids. So kid-friendly and comfortable. We will certainly be returning!

Overall a great stay. Unit was clean and the check in process was easy. Some amenities could be upgraded such as app ready TVs and Bluetooth speakers. The CD and DVD players are outdated. But overall still a great place.

Disappointing for Legacy
We stayed for 3 weeks and absolutely love the Legacy Villa resort. The grounds are beautiful and impeccably kept, as well as the pool areas. This unit though needs a major facelift and upgrade in quality of furnishings. The bedding needs replacing, the furniture in general is worn and tired, the carpet is dark and dirty. There were dust cobwebs hanging in wall corners and carpet corners dirty. ... this place needs a deep clean. The cutlery was dollar store. We have stayed at Legacy before and we loved it. We will definitely return, but not to this unit. However, the manager Skip is super great to deal with and resolved an issue quickly.

Great Location
We just spent three weeks in this unit. The Legacy Villas Development is truly great, but this unit is very dark and tired. The LR/DR furniture and the bed linens need to be replaced. The sofa and love seat were most uncomfortable, the dining room table and chairs were rickety and held together with screws. The bed linens were so old and stretched that they didn't fit the mattress. That said, the 3 BR unit was very nice for two couples, as we each had a master suite. The pet-friendly unit allowed us to bring our sweet dog, Lucy, who loved the perimeter trail and she made many new friends during our visit. Skip is the leasing agent and he was wonderful...very prompt communication and concern for our needs. Bottom line.....if owner would update the referenced furnishings , I would return to this unit, and am considering a monthly rental next year.

Family getaway!
This was the first time our family was able to see each other in more than a year! We loved our stay! The location was great, the pools were perfect and we had plenty of space for all of us! Comfortable condo in a terrific location. The pools at Legacy Villas are great for kids and adults. Mountains provide a very pretty backdrop. Unit could use upgraded TVs, but otherwise very nice.

3 day Spring Break Getaway
We love Legacy Villas. It was our 5th time there. This was our first time in this particular unit. Layout was great, plenty of space. The unit was very dated though. It could use some simple updating and would be much better. Also, many cobwebs on walls, ceilings, fans. Could use a good dusting. That aside it was nice.

Great property! The property manager Skip was amazing through the whole process. So communicative and informative. This was a house we had from Covid a year ago March and he worked with us to make sure all was ok to stay this year. I would rent again just to work with such a great property management company. Nice location, attentive property manager
Our family spent a week in La Quinta at the Legacy Villas. Our 9 year old children and two dogs loved the grassy area next to our patios. Skip was attentive when we had an issue with the cable. The place was spacious and comfortable. The pools weren't as warm as we would have liked so we didn't stay the allotted two hours. Perfect area and place to walk, hike and bike. Thank you

A Wonderful Family Stay at La Quinta!!
This was the *perfect* (quarantined) family getaway, even during this very trying Covid health crisis. Our unit at La Quinta Legacy village was immaculately clean, comfortable, and fully-equipped--and even PET friendly!! We brought our furry friend which made our small family getaway even nicer! Skip, the property manager, could not have been more helpful with reservations and any questions we had (we had a tiny problem with a faulty smoke alarm and he addressed it immediately). ALL the pools & spas at Legacy village are OPEN!! As the resort is now fairly quiet, no sign-up was required--during more heavily trafficked times they may require a sign-up--but we were there btwn Christmas & New Year's, and the resort simply asked you respect social distancing & masking rules (eg, one family at a time in the jacuzzis, which was easily accommodated), which we did. That said, we were able to enjoy *all* the pools & spas. Legacy Village is immaculately maintained, very quiet and very relaxing--with dramatic views to the surrounding mountains. If anything, it's far better than the pictures. We loved every minute of our very relaxing, serene stay--and look forward to returning soon. Many thanks to Skip for being a great host! Book without hesitation!

Plenty of space for 5 people, clean with a well stocked kitchen. Check-in was easy, with extra parking available. The grounds were very nice with lots of space for walking. There are actually some rocky hills on the back of the property that were fun to climb. Definitely recommend!

Fun getaway.
This particular property was just as described. We had no major issues to report other than a small one with a HDMI cable that needed replacement. And the issue was resolved within a couple hours. Skip who has rented to our group is always a text/phone call away. Overall experience at this property was great.

Making Lemonade From Lemons
Our group came to Indian Wells for the BNP Paribas Open. On our first night’s stay, we learned it had been canceled due to the coronavirus.
Skip worked with vrbo owner to give us credit for unused nights. In addition to that, he was most responsive in all email questions about the unit.
When the tournament is rescheduled, we will have no qualms about staying at this vrbo and working with Skip again.
