The location for our visit was perfect and the property had everything that we as a family required. Andy was always available to answer any questions that we had.

Wow, just wow! I have nothing but good things to say about this place and the hosts. The grounds are incredible, with swings and slides and even a trampoline for this kids. We spent way too long in the hot tub. It was such a treat.

We loved everything!

Really lovely selection of breakfast bits, including full English and orange juice as well as continental bits. The outdoor space was lovely, we could just sit and watch the children run around and play.

Mosquitoes!!! Remember to pack repellent next time!! Indoor broom needed and dishwasher tablets. But apart from that, everything was pretty perfect.

Where to start? The accommodation is beautiful and the hosts friendly and generous. They ensured our toddler had access toys, that we had as much firewood as we needed and even provided a hamper on our arrival with a variety of vegan food (having checked on any dietary requirements despite us only booking the evening before!) We cannot recommend enough and can't wait to stay again!

The location. Tranquil,beauty,quiet and chilled. Andy and Rosie the hosts are so welcoming. Their home is top notch, first class but homely. The decor was so classy. The gardens magnificent to watch the sun go down . The hot tub was a bonus Parking was a plus. The hamper on arrival was touching and catered for every need and had items to spoil us with.. we felt spoilt.

There was nothing to not like

Clean, well maintained house with a fully equipped kitchen,luxurious whirlpool bath and big screen TVs. Heating was easy to adjust and plenty of windows to let fresh air in. Comfortable king sized beds with good reading lights, a rarity. Enormous garden, comfortable patio chairs on which to sit outside. Parking right next to the house. Bonuses were a generous breakfast hamper, Wi-Fi and Netflix.

The cottage was spotlessly clean and so comfortable. Everything had been carefully thought about to provide a pampering stay. High quality everywhere. Hosts were helpful and attentive but respectful of our privacy. Good knowing they were there to help if needed. Wonderful, generous hamper to greet us ,breakfast items and treats. Could not fault anything..an amazing stay.

Great property

Peace and quiet. Facilities are exceptional. Very comfy beds and lounge seating. Everything you need in the kitchen and an upstairs shower and toilet so near bedrooms. Everything really.

Sloping ceiling in bedrooms but nothing can be done about that.

We liked the quiet and private location overlooking the large garden area. Outside facilities were excellent although we didn't use them all, there was a fire pit and BBQ and plenty of seating. Our host Andy offered to set up tennis or badminton for us on the grass if we wanted to play. In the kitchen so much was provided for example sandwich bags, cling film and foil. The plentiful hamper provided us with a lovely breakfast and little treats like chocolates, biscuits and a chocolate cake too. There was always plenty of hot water for showers each morning. Our hosts were very friendly yet respectful of our privacy and were always on hand to advise or help.

Very comprehensive breakfast hamper provided. Quietly and conveniently situated between Chichester and Bognor Regis. Only a short drive to beaches.

We wanted a getaway to west wittering beach given we couldnt take the kids overseas this year. While that was the plan, we were in for a huge surprise at the little fisher farm where our 2 year old and the 5 year old had as much fun at the grounds as they did on the beach. Some times it felt like we were in south of france given the nice weather. The property it self had everything we needed and more. Once the kids were asleep, the setting was romantic enough to pretend we were on holiday by our selves with no one for miles!

What an excellent property. We had such a great stay, well stocked and so great for kids. Will definitely return. Andy was great and gave lots of tips on what to do in the area. Very clean.

Little Fisher Farm was the perfect place to relax, enjoy the views, as well as visit local fun spots nearby. The house has everything you need and is very bright and comfortable - and Andy and Rosie are great hosts. We will definitely return!

Everything was great. Beds large and comfy, garden absolutely huge and loads of outdoor toys plus swings and slide, very well equipped and newly refurbished kitchen, very clean throughout. Location quiet and short drive to beaches, Chichester, South Downs.

Lovely property in rural location a few miles South of Chichester and close enough drive to the amazing beach at West Wittering. The property is very well equipped, the furnishings are good quality - the beds very comfortable! The hosts Andy and Rosie were excellent, very helpful and almost going out of the way not to be seen unless we needed anything, and when we did they were very responsive and helpful. The garden is huge, I expected to feel that it was the hosts’ garden but we had full reign of it. The food and continental breakfast was a welcome surprise. Would thoroughly recommend.
