Great value very smart property perfect for visiting the local showground. Will book again next year.
Beds were a little uncomfortable and single bedroom lamp needs attention as wobbly. But everything else great.

Very nice apartment, didn't meet any staff but the bed was comfy, fresh bedding, there was a bath, you are provided with shower gel and shampoo, toilet paper, towels etc.
In the kitchen you are provided with a washing tablet, washing up liquid, tin foil, cutlery, iron, pots and pans, tea, takeaway menus, coffee and milk. Everything worked well. Comfy sofa and fold out table.
I couldn't really hear other people in the other apartments. Seem to be good sound proofing.

Everything was very clean and tidy.
Good value for money, close to shops, a pub, takeaways, and a barbers and not far from town.
Only downsides were-
The shower was really hot and I couldn't seem to get it any cooler. The water seemed to go everywhere as well as the shower screen a bit too small. Bath was lovely though
Road works outside which were quite noisy but that's nothing to do with the apartment, just bad timing.
One of the lights in the kitchen goes off after a few seconds.
TV screen had lines on it but worked otherwise
The smoke alarm in the kitchen is very sensitive, every time I opened the oven It went off, but better to be sensitive than not work.

The apartment was spacious, nicely decorated, well equipped and located in a nice residential area. Although, at the moment, access is not straight forward due to extensive road works taking place
The diversions signs provided by the construction company were inadequate particularly for non locals. No indication of this is provided by the apartment management.

Location was good, parking was easy. Small property but exactly what we needed. Secure.
Shower- useable but water temperature could not be changed and water overflows the glass shower panel.

It was very clean and had tea and coffee facilities. It had a parking space.
The TV didn't work properly, it kept going static and the remote barely worked.

There was no breakfast, the location is good, close to a bus stop,and grocery.
The only thing I didn't like in my room,is the cold side of the shower which I think is bad, so it's just the hot side only and difficult to bath that way.

The apartment was spotless and everything looked perfect.
The hosts were incredible and super sweet (& supportive of the sporting event we were staying for!).

the property had the required equipment to make the stay feeling like home. Parking was always available, quite calm neighbourhood even being near the main road and at ground floor. There are convenience store and pharmacy in walking distance and quite close to the junction which allows to skip the traffic jam of the town.
The quality of the bedsheets and pillows felt of a lower quality and could be improved. The sofa had few stains which I covered with the provided throw but a deep cleaning may have removed them.

We've stayed at Cross Court a few times now. The accommodation, facilities, cleanliness and location is perfect!

Excellent communication around visit how where and when. Very professional service great apartments everything you need for a self catering unit well equipped and clean.
Shower 🚿 not as good as the rest of apts maybe wrong type hot water only came out scalding.
