What an outstanding hotel. Faultless, very considerate staff. They do everything they can to help you. They are flexible with the rules without compromising on quality. Quiet, calm, relaxing, an amazing swimming pool, good food. Perfect for families, my children had the best time on the swimming pool. Location was also very good, great selection of restaurants by the little marina and close to the Ciutadella which we went 3 times during our time there for a post-dinner night walk. On top of everything, on the first day we arrived at the hotel very late due to 3 hours flight delay. The hotel staff prepared a nice cold meal with bread, fruits, cheese and some cold meats that was waiting for us ready for consumption. They have beach equipment for rental on very reasonable prices. Even the ice cream in the pool bar was cheaper than most of supermarkets around us. Thank you very much for everything.

Excelent staff , super helpful, attentive and child friendly. The apartment is nice and in good conditions. The pool it's excellent and the resort offers a lot of great services.

If you desire to prepare some meals and eat in the apartment, some kitchen accessories were missing ( for example a table towel). Exepect of that i don't have anything else less positive to mention.

Everything was great, very clean and a nice place to be. Good choice on the breakfast and friendly staff

Pillows were quite narrow and not the most comfortable, it would be good to have the option to make the 2 singles a king size bed rather than 2 separate

Great location, large pool & very friendly staff. Spacious apartment in a quiet location as requested. Food was varied although on the cold side but that's the Spanish way in hot weather. Grill bar had meat, chicken & fish hot & freshly prepared to order. Cleaner came every day & sheets were changed 3 times during our 15 nights. All in all a very good holiday - would stay again without hesitation.

Apartments were not dirty but they were not clean either, one could tell they had done a quick job and avoided or ignored certain areas like the floor under the beds, the balcony or the cutlery

Pools were great, ample loungers, nice atmosphere, location was perfect for walking to the marina

Food was poor, stayed in another grupotel property earlier this year and it was well below that standard, restaurant had a damp smell constantly and restaurant staff could be a little rude

The pool was brilliant, very clean, nice temperature and good loungers. Lots of food/drink available even if your not all inclusive, you can just pay to access some meals if you want to and pay at the bar. The room was spacious and kitchenette good. Great location, close to supermarket bars and marina.

A good hotel, with plenty to offer. Food was good, location was excellent - right next to the beach.

We found our room, located adjacent to the main reception building, to be noisy early in the morning (cleaning teams preparing for work) and later in the evening (nightly entertainment/bar).

very expensive for a tiny studio apartment, it all felt very old and dark inside the apartment. The aircon was noisy and the electricity kept on cutting out. Beds in living area were tiny and awkward to sleep on due to the cramped space.

The staff were exceptional - they were all so kind and accomodating. We made some good friends and had a wonderful time. The food was very good - great selection and there was always something for everyone (as a family of 4, including a 6 and 2 year old, this can sometimes be a challenge!) The grounds were beautiful and filled with flowers - super Spanish and very pretty. Entertainment during the evening was often fun and interactive which my girls enjoyed. Thank you to Anna and Maria the animation team.. as well as Irina, Adrian and Daniella for being so attentive and lovely!

Although we spent all day every day at the pool and admittedly had a great time relaxing and playing... During our stay there was a huge storm and perhaps afterwards it could have been cleaned better. We've all left with ear and eye infections which honestly is a bit sad considering how much we enjoyed the trip.

No entertainment for children at all.. And the nighttime entertainment isn’t good and only on every second night

great location and staff are brilliant! pool area is lovely plenty of sun loungers everyday.. And food is lovely plenty of choice even for the picky eaters.

Not enough for children no entertainment during the day or nighttime.. Kids club never had anyone in it just few toys thrown around.
