Cette confortable maison jumelée dispose de cinq chambres et cinq salles de bain et peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 18 personnes. À l'étage principal, vous trouverez deux chambres à coucher. Une chambre principale avec une chambre King confortable avec une salle de bains privative et dans la deuxième chambre, une chambre de taille Queen avec une salle de bains juste devant la porte. La table de cuisine peut accueillir huit (8) et il y a des sièges supplémentaires au bar pour six (6).

La villa est située juste à côté du clubhouse et de la piscine et comprend une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite.
Et juste en bas de la rue se trouve Archie Gubler Park, où vous pourrez profiter de l'aire de jeux, de l'aire de jets d'eau, du terrain de volley-ball et des courts de cornichon.

Doesn't get any better!
This is the perfect place to stay. Calm and comfortable for adults, and all the entertainment the kids (of any age) could want. CLEAN and close proximity to the club house and grocery stores. Highly recommended and I would definitely go back.

The unit was immaculate and comfortable. There were so many fun things to do. The facilities were also top notch. Our group had so much fun at the pool. It was like a mini water park. Thank you so much!

Fun family reunion place
We had a great time. The villa we were in was very nice and had everything we needed. The only problem was WiFi. Some of the family were suppose to do work. So for a working vacation this was not good. Even when they gave us the secure WiFi , it was not good reception.

Great property for family
We loved how it overlooked the pool. The property had great amenities. Be aware nobody is working on Sundays so no snack bar at pool, pool towels limited, and no tubes for lazy river on Sunday. They allow you to use your own tubes, so wasn’t a big deal for us.

Stayed here with grandparents, kids, and grandkids. Lots of things to do, lots of space to do it. Will be staying here again!

We had a great time. Problems: One hot tub caused several of our grandkids to have itchy rash. A little heavy on chemicals. Also, Clubhouse game room was underwhelming. Our condo game room, on the other hand, was amazing. I'm old and could never figure out how to get a normal tv channel. Overall, we had fun!

Check in was seamless and was keyless. A code was sent via the Hospitality APP and we could forward it to our married children who would arrive at different times. This is our second visit and we rented two villas both years. We will probably go back, although the pool-lazy river area were a lot more crowded this year, and they are still building Villas that will add to that crowding. The scenery is outstanding! Very clean and inviting. We had another wonderful family stay.

We had. A wonderful time it was a great up to date home with lots of room for are growing family.even though the pool area was closed part of the time we still found plenty of things to do snow canyon only 15 mins away ...the home was really nice clean spotless...will be back again next year a family tradition now because of such a wonderful time we had together.

The air conditioning did not work Monday night! The downstairs microwave did not work but ran like it did. ARCADIA closed the pool at 9:30 pm instead of 10pm on Tuesday evening 100 derides of people from out side ARCADIA. Tuesday evening manager very unfriendly. We gathered about 50 of our extended family to join us at Arcadia to celebrate our 60th wedding anniversary. We rented three villas. Everyone was thrilled with the ambiance of the villas and the amazing amenities of the pools, slide, and clubhouse. We had plenty of room to spread out and be unconfined. Close by hiking, biking, and pickleball were enjoyed by our group. The staff was very accommodating. Our overall consensus is: "We have to do this again!!!" The rental rates are less than most high quality hotels when shared by the large group that can be housed in the villas. The Arcadia Vacation Resort will definitely be a recurring experience for our family.

The home was beautiful and the amenities were great. Our biggest complaint is that the unit we stayed in was dirty. Also, the unit slept 18 however there wasn't enough dishes, towels, or blankets for that many. If you advertise for 18, it needs to be supplied for 18. The staff was quick and very accommodating.

Had 10 adults and 8 children for five days. Plenty of space for everyone. The kids loved the pool. Two weeks later some are still wearing their wristband because they know we are coming back. Kitchen is modestly stocked. Bring any special appliances or large pans. Adults loved the air hockey and pinball machine. TV took some time figure out the cable source. Overall, a great time had by all and we'll be back again next summer. Had an issue with the garbage disposal. They were quick to come and repair it. Just don't call the number--walk to the clubhouse and ask for assistance. We never had any luck with a phone call.

Very clean and comfortable for adults and children
Plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen and places for kids and adults were comfortable and everything needed to prepare food and plenty of space for adults and children. Loved the game room upstairs..kids had their space to play and adults gathered downstairs for late night rummy game and Uno..it was stocked with every board game you could possibly want..we had a ball and will definitely come again.. looking forward to new water park to be finished..thank you

We were very, very impressed with Arcadia. We can't wait to go back when the property, particularly the swimming pool are complete. There were a few issues that I blame on the newness of the rental: there were no basic cleaning supplies, not enough toilet paper, paper towels or trash bags. The rug in the kitchen was a tripping hazard and there were cockroaches in the garage. Other than that, it was an ideal location for a family vacation and we will go back!
