It wasn’t very busy

Being bit by bugs, no sheets or pillows for pull out, and when I spoke to the General Manager he caught a nasty attitude. Room door was also open upon entry. Two year old has knots on his legs from the bites.

Nothing. Was charged by booking.com for the room and by the hotel. I was not refunded either charge.

Bed bugs, double charging you know just the American dream for a vacation spot.

The staff was very nice. The receptionists were very helpful and answered all our questions.

I did not stay at all after I did a walk upon my arrival from the smell and the toilet running over and making nose and the fact of the matter of the general manger was very rude and nasty towards me about the whole situation

The rooms were outdated

The beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was great. Clean area, fresh hot breakfast and fresh cold. Enjoyed the entire experience

The staff was great very helpful and kind. The location is great as well.

The tv would freeze up the remote control would stop working. There was another guess who's dog bark all night long. There were people running up and down the hallways. The threw trash outside in the hotel parking lot. The carpet inside the hotel was horrible. They need to pull up all the carpet and have it replaced immediately!!!

It was DIRTY!! The floors needed to be vacuumed and in my room, Tables in my room was dusty and dirty. The couch was stained and nasty! The elevator smelled like mildew, seen a roach down stairs. The towels smelled like mildew or had been sitting. All they really had to do was actually clean! The pool was out of order!

Had to get your own towels coffee maker and clock didn't work.

The only thing about this place I likes was the sweet girl working 3rd shift...she was very sweet and went out of her way for my family

Well where to start...they blamed booking.com for cancelling my reservation the lady on 2nd shift was rude and come to find out she lied and was willing to let me and my family sleep in our car in a place we have never been after driving 12 hours because gps glidged and took me toward wrong hotel...I emailed them to let them know I was still coming..I showed up to that mess of no room at the inn..then receive a message on Monday telling me they would hold my room...very dissatisfied will never book at this hotel ever again......don't forget the part that she told me booking.com had cancelled my appointment but in reality they gave my room to someone else

The pool wasn’t open

The hotel said it was 1.5 miles from the beach but the closest beach was more then 2 miles away. The night that we got there for our stay the pool was out of service and wouldn’t be fixed for another couple of days. No compensation was given for this. Our room was not cleaned properly and I found food around the edges of the beds and dog food near edges of the walls. Our room had a bath tub and it could not be used because all the bathtubs in the hotel were out of service for remodeling. The only tubs in service were the ones that had a shower/tub combo. This information was given to me by an employee. For these reasons we cancelled the rest of our stay after one night and had to find other accommodations.

we had riches in our bathroom the pool was close and the staff was never available at the front desk when I needed help

Everyone was very friendly and I felt comfortable there and the bed was comfortable.

I was very shocked to see a hot tub sitting right in the opening about 12 feet from the bed. I didn't expect this from the country inn a part of the Radisson. I asked for a king bed but I think they had other rooms besides that one. I should have been asked if I wanted the room with a hot tub.

It’s location, one housekeeper was very nice.

Elevator was out of service, swimming pool was out of service , staff was not very friendly property was very old smell like mildew rooms had roaches And spiderwebs.

Always a great staff. Been staying there for years.
