Ranch / chalet récemment rénové de 3 chambres et 1 salle de bain - Nouveau sur le marché de la location 2019! Très rapide, direct 4 minutes à pied de la plage! Situé au large de Beacon St sur un terrain privé.

Cuisine récemment rénovée, Cottage très propre et confortable! Cuisine / salon à aire ouverte, grande véranda pour lire tranquillement ou faire une sieste! et une cour et un pont paysager spacieux. Stationnement hors rue pour 3 voitures. 2 lits Queen, 2 lits jumeaux et futon. Cuisine entièrement équipée, barbecue à gaz et table et chaises d'extérieur. Douche extérieure, rue privée, cour sécurisée pour les enfants à jouer!
Wi-fi et télévision par câble fournis. Laveuse et sécheuse fournies et aIr conditionné aussi!. Les lits ont des couvertures et des oreillers, les draps et les taies d'oreiller ne sont pas fournis.

This property is located in a very quiet side road away from people and traffic. It has all the comforts of home most people would be looking for. Mike is a very communicative host. If we were ever to come back to York Beach we would hope this property would be available.

This house is well-appointed and in a great location, and the owner is easily available for any concerns or issues. I recommend it highly, with the possible caution that all entrances into the house do involve a few steps, so if that is a concern, please plan accordingly. Everything you need is on-sight or available nearby and I would not hesitate to book here again!

The cottage was extremely clean and comfortable. We loved that there is a washer and dryer. The enclosed nicely finished front porch is a great place to relaxe (watch TV, play cards, sleep) and it's separated from the main living space making it perfect for a family. The only down side is there is one bathroom - but the outside shower helps.

The house is located in a great location off of the busy road with yard space to use. The outdoor shower was very nice. Thankful for multiple AC units and very handy to have a washer and dryer.

wonderful experience
The house was true to the description. It is located on a very quiet side street that is very nicely tucked away. The walk to the beach is very short and it even satisfied the kids who are chomping at the bit to get there quickly! The owner was very solicitous and checked in to make sure all was well. Great location, nicely updated home
We really enjoyed our stay at this home. Myself and my husband were joined by our two teenage daughters and 3 of their friends. It was a little tight when everyone was trying to make breakfast at the same time, but overall we all found enough space to relax. The distance to the beach is perfect...close enough to walk with a beach cart but far enough away to be removed from the hustle and bustle right by Long Sands. Every bedroom has a ceiling fan and the two AC units do a good job of cooling the entire house. The bedrooms are on the small side but the beds are good as is the storage in each bedroom. The outside shower is brand new and awesome and was really handy with so many teenagers! The back deck and yard do back right up to other properties including the owners. The owners are very nice and responsive. There's ample parking for 4 cars. Kitchen is well stocked and I love having a washer/dryer.
