De tram verbinding richting het centrum , die voor de deur , om de 10 min vertrekt. De winkels in de direkte omgeving ,een supermarkt , pizzaria , een bakker. Bed was ook beter dan in sommige hotels , toilet is schoon.

Als vakantieganger wil je soms wat later op de avond / vroeg in de nacht het pand betreden. Als de voordeur van het pand dicht gaat , maakt dat best een geluid , wat ik zelf dan weer jammer vind . Voornamelijk de overlast die ik hiermee onbedoeld veroorzaak naar de andere gasten toe. Het licht gaat automatisch aan , maar de trap naar de boven verdieping toe , die piept en kraakt dan ook best goed. Maar dat is ook het enige wat ik als minpuntje zou kunnen benoemen.

- Habitación y baño amplios y cómodos. - Cama cómoda para dormir. - Hay una cocina que viene muy bien para cocinar o calentar cosas. En mi caso, me vino bien para calentar comida preparada del supermercado. - Hostal barato.

- Muy alejado del centro pero justo enfrente del hostal hay una parada de tranvía. Andando al centro se tarda como una hora. - No hay frigorífico pequeño en la habitación que siempre viene bien para guardar comida y bebida. - No hay televisión. Yo soy extranjero y no la veo pero lo comento por si para alguien es importante. - La calefacción funcionó el primer día que llegué y luego ya nada. No hacía demasiado frío en la calle pero al ventilar se quedaba la habitación fría y luego no había manera de volver a calentarla. - Te dan una toalla pequeña para toda la estancia (en mi caso 4 días). Con esa toalla te tienes que secar las manos diariamente cuando te las lavas, el cuerpo cuando te duchas y los pies al salir de la ducha. - No hay secador de pelo.

They stole my prepared food from.the fridge, I stored just at night while they slept. In 6 days I booked no single time neither my room not the bathroom were vacuum cleaned. I'm bathroom there's beginning of mold on the walls as it's not cleaned.Last 2 days there was no toilet paper in there although the floor was over booked. The bathroom it's very close to the rooms, so it's noisy at night. The bedlinen wasn't changed in 6 days and before either, on the other bed I could see he .makes the beddings weeks ago, means he doesn't put new one on the day of arrival, it's old stuff lying there.

Wonderful location right next to a tram stop. Room was clean with comfortable beds and a pleasant bathroom. Access to a kitchen and refrigerator was nice.

Kitchen lacked some useful utensils.

The room is spacious, although it doesn't contain a mirror. The bathroom is huge, just like everything in it, including the bathtub and the shower. A towel was provided. Everything was very clean, both in the room and the general apartment. There is a kitchen you can use, including a fridge, stove, etc. The location is perfect, right near a tram line to the city center.

The internet was flimsy, maybe because many people were using it. The check-in process involves calling the owner to tell you the password, and he didn't pick up the phone for a solid 15 minutes and it was raining.
