Location was really good and short walk to the beaches, enjoyed the ping-pong table in the garage, and for a family of five it was handy to have 2 showers and 3 toilets

Cleanliness was poor, washing machine not working properly, iron was old and dusty, oven was dirty with stained trays left in there from previous tenants, garage door not securely locked (in fact no lock at all), window curtain have not been cleaned in a while

game room, parking, extra toilets, bbq, a/c, washer dryer,

no a/c upstairs, beds on wheels that moved everytime you did, no wifi,

The apartment had everything we needed and more. The garage with table tennis and beach equipment was a bonus and well used by us. The kitchen had everything we were looking for. The location was fantastic and we enjoyed the short walk to the beach and being able to ride our bikes from the apartment to many different tracks. A great family spot!

The pillows were so flat (we’ll remember to take our own next time) and the bunk bed was really squeaky. It kept our girls up through the night.

The layout of the property is lovely and the bath was amazing. The balcony had some wonderful bird visitors. The property had everything we needed and you can park at the back door (entrance and parking is at the back of the property, not in Leonard Ave). There are a lot to do in the area and walking distance to the water and shops.

The kitchen cupboards were very full and it was hard to store any groceries (but it did mean anything we needed was there). The property gets extremely hot upstairs and the fans does not cool it down enough. The windows can only open a very small amount and the screens have wholes in so mosquitos comes in.
