Une superbe nouvelle villa de 5 chambres dans un emplacement privé d'Oranger. La villa a une suite parentale au premier étage avec un lit King size, un dressing et un accès direct à la piscine. Les 4 autres chambres sont au deuxième étage. La deuxième suite a un lit queen avec un dressing. La chambre 3 a un lit double
avec un dressing. Les chambres 4 et 5 ont chacune deux lits jumeaux avec dressing. La salle de bain principale comprend une grande baignoire, une douche à l'italienne et des lavabos pour elle et lui. My stay was awesome, they house was lovely but it needs new furniture in the main family room

The house was nice need to update the furniture stool at the bar was badly peeling and the master bed the first night of sleeping in it I was bitten by something not for sure what when I wake up my right eye was swollen my left arm was swollen with big red mark and bits on right arm and leg where I had to call urgent care. I had to keep ice on my arm and eye for two days using over the counter cortisone cream . So from that night on we didn’t sleep in the master bed. I’ve been coming to Florida for last nine years on spring break with my family. I have use the VRBO. Never had this to happen. I’m back in Va . I’m still itching and my left upper leg is still swollen with big red mark. Will be seeing my doctor. you may want check for bed bugs I was very disappointed about this.

The house as very nice and in a great community. We paid extra to have the pool and hot tub heated. The water was never warm enough to use either during our stay even after the pool tech came out to fix it. Other than that we were happy with our stay.

Family spring break getaway
Rented 5 bedroom 4 bath with pool. Said furnished, has limited dishes/utensils 10 towels for the whole house. Sofa in the main living room was broken on both ends. A tile broke on pool wall that kids got cut on. Grill doesn't work. House was not clean.

Rental Property
Generally pleased. The property is somewhat "shop worn" and needs some sprucing up. Front entrance, interior hand rails and back entrance needs painting. Some furniture needs to be replaced (broken or damaged). While we paid extra for a heated pool we found both the pool and hot tub were dirty and needed to be cleaned. The amount of cutlery, dishes and related utensils were barely adequate for our group of four and would not been adequate for a larger group
Will all that said we found the location convenient and were satisfied.

Older property but great for our visit.
We had 11 in our group. The house accommodated us space wise. The kids enjoyed the game room but it has no air in it since it is a converted garage. Bring your own paper plates and bowls if you have a large group and extra towels. The pool was enjoyed and the water was warm and comfortable in March! The furniture was dated but comfortable and clean. The home needs a good deep cleaning. The neighbors next door had alot of traffic and visitors but we did not have any interaction with them so all went well. It was in a great location to shop, visit Legoland, restaurants, and the traffic in the area was not awful. We'd rent the house again.

STAY AWAY
Not a good experience at all. We got to the house at 345. the cleaning people were still there which is fine check in is 4. I knocked on the door and the cleaning lady says your 15 minutes early. I said okay what time do you think you'll be done. She says 430! what does me being early have to do with the fact that you won't be done cleaning until after checkin. About 20 minutes laster the door opens and a couple guys walk out with a kid and balloons. Looked to me as if they had a birthday party at the house. The cleaning ladies did not finish until 5pm. 1 hour after the guaranteed check in time. Then, the pool/spa heater did not work. I informed the property manager right away. He said someone would be out first thing in the morning. They weren't. I contacted them again for an update. He just said they were working on it. Everytime I spoke with the property manager he had the same response. "Gustavo is looking for a part." It's Florida!!! It should not be that difficult to find a part for the pool. I work for one of the largest hotel chains in the world, I can find any part for my pool and I'm in Iowa!! I'm also CPO certified. (certified pool/spa operator) so I am very familiar with pools. The entire week I was there I just kept getting the runaround and talked to like I'm stupid. The game room is complete junk. writing all over the house walls. Beds were probably 20 years old. Couch was broken. And everything has a charge. crappy 30 dollar grills to use but it's 60 dollars to rent. If you don't clean it afterwards it's a 40 dollar charge. The safety net in the pool area is a charge if you don't put it back. Don't do their laundry that's a charge. If the garbage is overflowiing that's an extra charge. The cleaning ladies filled the garbage up to where the lid was propped open so we couldn't throw anything away for two days!! Do yourself a favor and keep looking. Voiced all the above concerns to the property owner and he didn't care. Property is run down. Looks like he tries to soak as much money out of it without putting a dime into it. I'm extremely disatisfied. Only reason I booked that house was so kids could swim. Oh and the pool heater was an extra 140 dollars. They don't tell you that when you book the home!

Nice area. But we were scared to touch or do anything. There were charges for everything. If you unplug anything $40. If you clean $40. I mean everything has a charge. We stayed out everyday so not to get an accidental charge. We went and bought items to clean with so not to get charged. We took pictures of anything broken or damaged so we wouldn’t get charged. Nice affordable place to stay but very uncomfortable to stay in because the fear of being charged for anything. Wow we tried not to touch a thing and follow the rules to a T. Oh and check out time is an hour sooner then it says. So be ready to leave an hour early or someone will show up 30 minutes before it is time to go.

Looks can be deceiving.
The villa is not what you think. I have rented a lot of villas in the area and this is the worst. The furniture was old, some broken and the mattresses were uncomfortable for some. We needed to move furniture in two areas of the villa to find items, dust and trash that for me should not have been there, which means the cleaning is very poor. Had an issue with the cable (property manager assisted), but couldn't watch regular TV until the next morning after cable company rep had to correct issue. The villa has a lot of restricted rules unaware of and never seen before, makes it uncomfortable during stay. My family had constant conplaints.
It would be a nicer place to stay if the villa is more updated in some areas of the home. Will not stay again...

Great stay but a few hiccups
Our stay could've been much better if all the remotes had batteries, the maintenance man lied to me about bringing batteries (he wasn't pleasant at all). Most of the mattresses are old and very noisy (very uncomfortable). Yard trash in the game room. The pool and indoor space was the best.

I loved the neighborhood n the pool n jacuzzi. We stayed busy at the parks so not that much time at the house. It was things not working n a broken bed n the master bed needs new mattress cause getting in n out you hear n feel the springs screaming. But overall I enjoyed it

Spacious but not very clean.
The place was very spacious, all games in game room broken, not completely clean, hair in sink, cigarette butts near pool area, lots of scratches and marks on the walls, one bed broken pieces, rules that was broken before I got there. However I did enjoy my stay but will not stay again nor recommend.

Family vacation
Had an enjoyable time. Wished the air hockey table was working and that there were kitchen towels and more pots available for cooking. But overall we had a great time. Would definitely stay there again.

Davenport House
The house is beautiful, great Pool. Rooms are very comfortable. The common areas are spacious and nice. We love the play area at the garage. Everything was clean and neat.

Not quite home
A good house. Lots of room. It could be updated...rugs would be the first thing to go...several stains through out. Beds were clean but could use new mattresses quite squeaky!! All appliances present. Maids over looked cleaning oven no big deal dishwasher didn't work. There were no phones upon arrival called property manager had new phone and extra bath towels. Nice quiet neighbourhood and not far to several ammenities.

Beautiful home
The home itself was beautiful and it fit our family perfect. However the pictures are a bit decieving. Based off the pictures I thought we would be right near a park which would have been perfect for my kids but the park is actually located in a totally different subdivision that is gated. We also had random people coming to the house when we weren't there to swim in the pool. When we arrived the back door was opened to the pool and there were cigarette butts everywhere. We were there for the 4th and would have liked to grill but that was an additional $75 to use the grill for one day. Overall it's a nice home but my family will not return to this property.

Great House to stay in!
We stayed here while we were visiting nearby relatives. We had a wonderful and comfortable stay. The property manager was polite, nice, prompt and very helpful.The house was spacious and clean, everything was in good working order. The pool and hot tub were very nice and the kids (and adults) had a blast in the game room. We will definitely stay here again!

Great family vacation!
We enjoyed our 3 week stay in this nice home in Davenport. The house was very clean when we arrived as was the pool. The pool temperature was comfortable so it was used every day. We had never rented in this area before but found it convenient to golf courses and Disney, just need patience for the traffic on I4. We cooked most nights and found the kitchen sufficiently supplied. There are plenty of restaurants on 27 to satisfy any appetite, our favorite is Manny’s chop house. There was a problem with heat build up in laundry room due to dryer venting but since it worked well, we waited and had the manager address the issue when we left. The owner was always quick to respond to emails when booking and the manager was available to call or text if problems arose. We had a pretty relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Beautiful house and great pool! The kids loved it!
Beautiful home, there was more than enough space for 3 adults and 6 kids (ages 15, 10, 8, 6, 3 and 1 1/2). The property manager is great, there wasn’t a playpen in the house when we got there which was around 6pm he came and dropped one that same night for us! Nice quiet neighborhood, neighbors are really nice. The pool area is all screened in with a gate around the pool. The kids LOVED the heated pool, it didn’t matter if it was only 60 outside, they were in the pool everyday we were there. There was no direct sunlight on the pool which was nice, it made it so we didn’t have to worry about sunscreen for the kids. If we take a vacation in this area again we will definitely be looking to rent this house again!

House was not as described!
THE APP WON'T LET ME CHOOSE NOT REALLY!! All of the goodgames in the game room were broken! We were advised that the games would be fixed after we left. The kids were not able to utilize 3 of the four games. This was a selling point for ua and it totally didnt happen. One of the showers water was draining out slowly. The property manager told me that it was the renters before us. He did nothing to remedy the situation. He came here to move a game around and remove the foosball table because if a broken leg...the game room still was broken! I would not rent from this owner again. The gated community was quiet. Nice neighbors

The first impression of the villa is good as it’s a great size and the layout is perfect.
My overall experience of the villa was ok.
Several things didn’t work in the property like pool lights/garbage disposal. The games room is poor as nothing really worked at all. There was a couple of other minor things. I did bring it to the attention of the property management company who were nice enough but didn’t do anything about it.
I should have mentioned it to the owner but couldn’t be bothered wasting my time as I was on holiday. So we just got on with it and didn’t let it spoil anything.

Superb - Absolutely no concerns
Whatever issues identified from the previous review either were resolved or they were simply minor; some people just expect luxurious accommodations on a budget!
I organize an annual golf trip for a bunch of retirees. We rented two villa's, this one was for 6 guys including me.
Firstly, one of the best rates for a large 5 bedroom house, and I've rented numerous houses in the area. We had a great time and the accommodations/amenities provided were excellent - no issues or concerns. There were ample towels, cutlery, glasses, dishes, pots, pans and everything else for our group. Didn't notice any issues with AC or dryer or any other nit picking issues identified in the previous review. Really, who cares if the dryer takes a little longer to dry - but we didn't notice any problems. We paid extra for the pool, spa heating and BBQ (Grill). Absolutely no issues or concerns, ample area around pool for a large group. I provided some feedback direct to the owner and he genuinely appreciated it. It was easy to communicate with the owner and I truly got the sense that he was very much accommodating to please us. You will not be disappointed with this rental. Just remember, you're on vacation, relax, enjoy the pool, sun and warmth. And if you want a dust free rental, try Holiday inn!

Just Okay! Absolutely nothing special. Everything is cheap for the house being nice.
This home was very spacious. We enjoyed that aspect of it; however, there were a few things that made our stay not pleasant.
1. There were only 10 towels so for a group of 9 we literally had to wash towels everyday.
2. The dryer took almost 90 minutes to dry 5-6 towels.
3. The pans and cooking utensils were so cheap you couldn't really even cook so we ended up eating out and eating sandwiches, which was annoying.
4. The beds our family slept in need to be replaced. You could feel the springs and the king bed has a big dip in the middle.
5. The AC was set and locked at 74 which was too warm for us.
6. The basketballs were flat in the gameroom and the kids couldn't really enjoy that. And we could never find the darts to the dartboard.
7. The fake plants are just coated in dust. They haven't been cleaned in a long time.
8. The TV's could really be updated.
9. The vents upstairs are also heavily coated in dust.
10. The knives were so dull that we couldn't even cut our limes for our beverages.
The swimming pool and gated community was great. The neighbors in the area came out to visit several times and were very friendly. It was very easy access to all kinds of fun stuff. Great location overall.
We would not stay here again.

Very roomy! Spacious! Comfortable!
The house was very accommodating! Plenty of room for my big family! Unfortunately, we barely spent time in the villa because we came and we only had two full days in Orlando so Friday & Saturday we were out by 9 am till midnight and Sunday we slept in a bit because we had a long drive back to Texas! We'd come home, eat, shower and right to sleep. The kids did enjoy the pool a bit too though. Small but big enough for the kids. Definitely equipped with more than I expected. We forgot our clothes ironer and luckily the villa had one! Very happy about that! I wish my family and I could've had a little more time to breath and enjoy the villa but as I previously stated, we got there and from there on out it was busy, busy, busy. The only concern of mine was that the AC was untouchable and at 78 degrees, with the hot weather outside, it could get pretty warm inside but luckily there were plenty of fans! Very homey, quiet gated community too!! Thank you for letting us rent your home! I hope maybe on another vacation my family and I plan, that your home is available to rent again! Overall, I was happy with the property!

Beautiful villa for our family vacation
The listing was as described, and we were happy to see this as the home had features we were looking for. The area was quiet yet close to all amenities we needed, and close to disney for our grandchildren. The villa gave us space inside and outside.
The appearance of the home is attractive and the pool was well maintained and clean. The inside of the home was clean and some modern updates. Carpets downstairs were just cleaned. The home could use a bit of maintenance after the winter rental is over.
The property manager welcomed us and assisted in whatever we needed.
We would recommend this villa and location to any families, and we did show the villa to friends when we were there.

Villa met our expectations & booking was EASY!
We found this villa on VRBO/Homeaway on a short notice for a quick trip. The booking process was so simple & all information we needed was provided in a timely manner. Only suggestion I would make is to upgrade the mattress's on the second level. When your on vacation, a good nights sleep is crucial. Other than that, the villa met our expectations.
