the hotel has great staff and their hospitality is very nice. the owner too takes care of the guests

Взяли комиссию в размере 500 рупий за бронирование через букинг. Странно, но комиссию букинга должен платить отель. Букинг является площадкой для отелей, своего рода агрегатором. Точно комиссию турист не должен платить.

Everything was good

Google took us to a certain location. But we were unable to find the Hotel. We enquired with several people. Nobody could find it. For more than an hour we were searching here and there. Over the phone the Hotel staff couldn't help us because he answers only in Hindi which we couldn't understand. Somehow we reached the Hotel Raj Resort. The brand name Treebo was not there.

Good hotel with cleanliness maintained well.

Rooms have bad smell Swimming pool is worst Ac works only 5min and then they turn off it without knowong us Free Breakfast is fake.. They provide some parota you have to eat it and that too limited. A Dog is present at gate which will shout every time u go in or out and also come towards you. Finally staff also have foolish behaviour.. They wont listen what u say.. I requested two hours late chekout they charged 900/- Never visit and dont struck in this hotel
