Location was fantastic and I really like the layout of this condo. it was very important for us to have a garage.

very outdated. None of the frying pans would cook without sticking. Carpet needs to be replaced but we were OK with it to not have to worry about any staining. The garage floor was very very dirty dusty.

location! location! location! two blocks from the lift and 10 min walking to main st. perfect for 3 adults and 2 kids. the contact at the office always gave us a prompt answer to our questions. easy check-in/check-out.

the property is a little bit outdated. but is equipped with everything you may need to have a great time for a ski trip.

I loved the location and how the townhouse was situated. It was a wonderful homey feeling

Liked: short 2-3 min walk to snowflake lift, bus stop ( to beaver run and downtown) within steps if front door, felt roomy enough for family of 5 (3 old teens), loved 2 full bathrooms plus a half bath, kitchen has essentials for cooking/eating meals... kids liked the hot tub area, indoor condo was very warm when it was negative degrees outdoors!!

VERY dry indoor warm air - we kept needing to crack a window for cool air - wished we had a functioning humidifier; could use updating everywhere - all appliances (W&D, stove, toaster...) were from the early 1970s!! Time warp! Plus doors, fixtures, railing... just very outdated. Definitely needs better cooking utensils and bowels. But all functional.

The location is within walking distance of Main Street and lots of shops and restaurants. Also, the layout of the condo was perfect for our family.

The beds, pillows, and couch were filthy and completely warn out. They were stained, and extremely uncomfortable to sleep on and should be replaced; mattresses, pillows, and all bedding included. The couch was so dirty that we had to put blankets on it before we sat down. Additionally, the carpet was stained in too many places to count. We will not be returning.

We loved the location and proximity to Breckenridge.

Place is extremely dated . Appliances, furniture cabinets, beds, bedding, appliances, washer dryer, etc. carpet is worn and dirty. Called when we got in to inform that we could not get the burners to seat properly in the stove. So could not get a pan to sit level. Not the correct inserts for that ancient of a stove. Blind brackets are pulled from the wall. Railing for the steps up to the deck is broken and falling off. No patio furniture. Debris from roofing on the deck a hazard to my three small children. Debris being nails and small sharp pieces of tin. Garage was filthy. Very disappointed so far. I have detailed pictures
