We all enjoyed the sweet cottage in a very convenient area to see the sights. It was nicely decorated and had the feeling of a home, rather than a rental. It was very well outfitted with linens and kitchen dishes and equipment for cooking. A very nice stay!

Both the yard and home of this well located property were fabulous. My daughter and I booked a stay for three days of hiking: Big Sur, Pinnacles National Park, and Point Lobos. With the WIFI connections she was able to keep up with her work and have the time and energy to enjoy all of our hikes. We were able to rest and eat well enough to put in a few of extra tours (local missions and the National Steinbeck Center). It was a great trip.

Great little cottage conveniently located to all Carmel Valley sites. Clean and easy to access, garden is beautiful, two master suites ideal for couples of family, nice kitchen.

Couldn’t have asked for better! Aquarium passes were a great bonus.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming home. The yard was beautifully landscaped and we enjoyed coffee each morning on the deck overlooking the gardens and fountain. The location was convenient to many sights and activities of the Monterey Bay Area. The house presents as very clean and decorated with care, the kitchen was fully equipped and the beds and living areas were very comfortable. We texted Allan only a couple of times but each time he was friendly and responded quickly. It was so enjoyable and relaxing there that we would have extended our stay had it been available.

Beautiful home in a great location. Lots of walkable options for food and fun. The hills can be a little tough with a stroller, but we managed. Expect a quiet and peaceful stay, especially if you spend time in the garden.

One of the nicest properties we have ever stayed in. Beautiful location is close to so many sights. The cottage had everything one would need for a most comfortable stay. We did not want to leave! Property manager was very responsive. Would highly recommend this property.

First of all, this house is perfect for two couples, or a family with kids- there’s a view from the back deck to the ocean where you can enjoy the fountain and peaceful surroundings. The house is essentially set up as two masters, laid out very well so don’t let the size (picture) of the home fool you, it’s quite spacious, has great charm, and everything was clean and functional. Owners keep the essentials for your stay, some spices, etc. Bring your own ground coffee for the maker, and you’re all set. Great host, great location, and overall a really nice property and experience.

Lovely cottage served as our home away from home. Nicely situated in Monterey close to cannery row/aquarium, 17 mile drive (along the coast ending in pebble beach/Carmel beach and Point Lobos. Hiking, biking, shopping, golfing, beaches all within a short drive. Hosts were very responsive and flexible (added a seat to our trip).

A very cozy house with beautiful landscaping. The location is terrific and walking distance (if you don't mind some pretty steep hills) to many restaurants and attractions. The property manager was very responsive to my questions. We couldn't have asked for better accomodations.

My husband, seventeen year old granddaughter, and I were looking for a homey accommodation for our respite. The cottage was perfect. The location was a bonus and the two passes to the Monterey Aquarium were much appreciated and extremely helpful for our budget. Very clean, charming., spacious, and well maintained cottage.

A super comfortable stay. The cottage is decorated beautifully and all details have been added to move in and stay. The manager was easy to communicate with and quick with his response. I would definitely stay again given the opportunity.

Everything is as portrayed and Ali, the property manager, is extremely communicative. She was in-touch with us even before we flew out letting us know a large storm was projected for the night before we were arriving and making sure we had all of the information we needed to ensure a smooth entry into PC. A bottle of red was even waiting for us in the condo when we arrived and the condo is awesome. Plenty of space for all of us, and the place is in a great location steps to the cabriolet lift to the base. Pool and hot tub are right out the front door and you are one elevator level to the heated garage where you can store all of your equipment for the night. The Canyons was awesome and we really enjoyed the terrain and the base feel and found the overall experience to be more relaxed and pleasant than PC side. If you have a car, it’s a no brainer. We’ll be back!

We had a great time. Allan was a wonderful host who communicated well and his home was well-equipped. The kitchen had all we needed, the bedrooms were perfect for two couples and the location was excellent. We would definitely stay there again.

We could not have come across a better place for our stay. It is clear much thought has gone into their guests. The garden is absolutely adorable. My kids loved this place. The location was perfect. The hosts are excellent on communication. I absolutely loved our stay! My only note is if you are a coffee drinker bring pre ground coffee :) The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked most our meals comfortably with ease. The back is closed for small children containment and the front can even be closed with the driveway gate. My young children were plenty occupied throughout the duration of our trip. Thanks again!

Perfect home nestled in a safe and quiet location. So close to Cannery Row and Aquarium. Love the Monterey area and all it had to offer. Allan was so responsive to all questions.

We are a Family of 5, with 2 teenagers and all were extreamly satisfied. The House is excellent! It has every thing you need and can think of. It was very Clean and quite. Designed with fine details and everthing that is needed to make you feal at home. Property Owner is great and was available before and during our stay. It is a pearl dont miss it!!

True to the photos, but even nicer in person. Quiet neighborhood and very walkable in beautiful Monterey. Alan was quick to respond to any questions and the welcome book with information was helpful. We would highly recommend.

My fiance and I have never been to Monterey, but after our stay there's no way we're not coming back again. This was a perfect house to stay for two to four people. The location was outstanding, and the house was gorgeous. 10 out of 10 highly recommend
