Great proximity to our family function that we were attending. I enjoyed the sound of the trees by the water front. My granddaughter enjoyed the paddle board that was already in the water. We all enjoyed our morning coffee view sitting on the porch.

We absolutely loved our stay. The home was exactly as pictured, but was somehow even better in person. Everything was thoroughly thought through by the owners. The beds were very comfortable, along with the linens and sheets that were high quality and very plush. The marina is only about a five minute walk down the road so we were able to rent a boat for the day which was fun. It was a very quiet and relaxing stay on Lake Norman and we hope to be back next year!

The home is beautiful and spacious, perfect for a weekend getaway with friends or family. It was clean and well cared for, making us all feel comfortable during our stay. Hosts were easy to communicate with and we had no issues checking in or out. We would definitely stay here again.

The only reason I don't want to leave a glowing review for this property is because I want it to be available next time I want to rent it! Eagle's Nest exceeded our expectations. The home was perfectly appointed right down to all of the basic kitchen tools, which allowed us to cook all of our meals in-house throughout our stay. The lake views are extraordinary and the location is tranquil; while you feel completely removed from the hustle of daily life, there is a grocery store within just a few miles & the highway is only a couple of minutes away. The owner was easy to reach and highly responsive, and everything in the home was in top working order. Can't say enough good things - and hope to return very soon.

We enjoyed our stay at this Lake Norman home on our visit to NC with another couple. The home was incredibly clean and comfortable. The view from the back is my favorite part and we loved waking up to it every day. We really enjoyed the fire pit and chairs on the back deck and spent each night out there with our wine under the stars! We appreciated having a boat dock right there too.
The house was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed every minute. I highly suggest more paper products, we ran out of TP and couldn't find more. Also, it would be so nice to have cards board games in the home! We did ask for a cooler and it was dropped off to us during our stay., which was so nice. Thanks so much for hosting us!

Overall great place
Everything was mostly great! The house is well appointed. We didn't cook or grill but easily could have. Close to multiple grocery stores. We rented a boat from 77 watersports, they delivered and picked up right at the dock which was very convenient. We had a great time!
A couple downsides, like others have mentioned, the towel situation is not great. Also there must've been a dog at the previous stay, because the furniture in the loft and outside on the patio had quite a bit of dog hair all over it.
Otherwise it was the perfect size for our family of 4. Could've fit others but would've felt cramped.

VRBO in Mooresville, for Davidson Graduation
The Property was super cute and located close to other properties rented by friends, also, there for graduation. The property was easy to get to and nice and open. The view was lovely and just a block away from a marina. My son and husband enjoyed having access to the kayaks. The porch was amazing for just sitting and visiting with our guests. It was nice having access to a washer and dryer. One of the main reasons we chose this location was that it was pet friendly. The stairs were a bit steep, but we all managed fine. There weren't enough hand towels. Only 1 per each bathroom on second floor. There were no extra blankets besides the ones on the beds. I did not realize there was a closet with a broom until the last day ( I could have swept up some of the dog hair). We didn't mean to cause trouble with parking, but maybe that could be explained in the renters guide. It would be helpful to the next guest. Also, mention closet to next guest. Maybe owner could have some extra batteries on hand for remotes for the fans. We were unable to get the fan working in one of the guest rooms on second floor. We really enjoyed our stay! We would definitely stay again. Thank you for sharing your property.

Gorgeous views from every spot!
This property seemed brand new. It was very clean and beautifully furnished. The layout was great. Windows galore! We never even had to turn on the lights! Sun was always streaming in somewhere and we had a front row seat to view the lake from every room. We were able to dock our boat rented, from 77 Watersports, right at the house and enjoyed the use of their kayaks and paddle boards. Loved morning coffee watching the sunrise. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood and took us about 15-20 min to get to towns of Davidson and Cornelius.

Needs some attention
While the property was in a nice location, the property needs some attention.
Upon arrival, the outside water was running (who knows how long?) Paddleboards on the property had been left in the water for the ducks to "enjoy" (covered in duck feces and not appealing to use unless scrubbing was on our vacation list of to-dos). Nice grill, but not functional unless more scrubbing of the grate and a LOT of elbow grease was used. We skipped that dinner plan. The stovetop and oven are non-traditional. Simple instructions for use would have been ideal but no where to be found. The outside trash cans had been sitting for some time overfull and quite smelly.
The neighbors seemed very nice and we enjoyed getting to know some of them during the week when spending time outside. FYI, 4th "bedroom" is really communal space upstairs.
Backyard was enjoyable to enjoy the water anytime (kids loved swimming!) The lake is BEAUTIFUL, lots of space to enjoy the water/tubing/boating around. Close to grocery stores, restaurants. The Lake Norman State Park is free and did not disappoint with lots of trail options. Highly recommend the Whitewater Center for a day!

The home was beautiful. Pictures don’t do it justice. The house was extremely clean upon arrival. The views and location on the lake could not have been better. I stayed with a group of friends for a week and there was plenty of room for all of us. Renata was a great host and easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend staying. I will definitely be back!

Great location and beautiful home
My family of 5- kids ages 16, 14, 12- stayed here with my sister and husband (7 total guests plus our labradoodle). This is a perfect spot for a quiet family vacation to get away for a week. Grocery was 5 minutes away and kitchen was well stocked with cookware for cooking at home. We rented a boat for the week and the dock at this house makes it easy to store your boat. The kayaks and paddle board are in excellent shape. Easy walk from the house to the dock, and we swam right there at the dock every afternoon. 2 recommendations would be for there to be stairs to the water and also stairs from the grill area to the stone patio. Quiet cove with excellent views. I highly recommend for a single family that likes to swim and fish in this beautiful lake!

Beautiful home in great neighborhood.
Renata was super to work with!!! Our first morning, We thought we only had 3 coffee cups and she came out immediately to bring us more. (the home did have more, we just couldn't find them) Gave 4 stars to the home accuracy only because the pictures showed no boats at the dock, but when we arrived the owners sail boat was parked in the slip. We were able to dock our pontoon for our stay though even with their boat. The home was immaculate and beautiful. Very well equipped. Took us a few minutes to figure out how the induction cook top worked as none of us had used one before. Instructions for it may be helpful for us less savvy appliance users;) Would def stay here again. Supermarket & gas station very convenient to home.

I had rented this beautiful home on Lake Norman to celebrate my daughters graduation from College at UNCC. It was myself and my 3 kids and their significant others, we stayed for a full week. The views were beautiful and the home was immaculately clean. I highly recommend this home !!!!

Incredibly BEAUTIFUL Lake House
This newly renovated home was the perfect getaway for a long weekend of watching football and eating tons of food! It is by far one of the cleanest vacation homes we have stayed in. The accommodations were perfect. The view of the lake is spectacular. I will definitely be planning to rent this home again in the future.

A nice quiet family getaway
This is a terrific property if you are looking for a nice quiet getaway. The house was beautiful and was perfect for our kids. The 3 kids had online schooling and my husband had a virtual conference he was attending. The internet worked perfect for them and they each had a quiet space in the house to go to. The view of the lake on the relaxing porch was great for a glass of wine or cup of coffee. Thank you so much for a terrific week!

Fantastic House For Entertaining with Friends
We rented this house with a group of friends and enjoyed a nice week on the lake. When we got off the water, we were welcomed to a great open floor plan that easily accommodated 8 guests. I highly recommend a stay at Eagles Nest for your next getaway.

Comfort on the lake.
We very much enjoyed our stay on Lake Norman. This home on Angler Place was as advertised. Very comfortable and well done. Only issue was that I like to cook. The kitchen could have been a little more well stocked (ie casserole dishes, bowls, baking dishes). But other than that the home was perfect!
