Location is good

Room was extremely unclean, hadn’t been looked after. We ended up leaving after the first night. We only stayed as it was very late when we arrived. We contacted the host and he refused to refund us. 100€ of repairs and a good clean would fix the issues. Pictures must be from when the apartment was first setup. These images no longer reflect the state of the apartment. My family have lived in Girona for 8years and I would highly not recommend staying here.

Noise from the street

Apartamento muy bien situado en el centro del casco antiguo de Girona. Instalaciones correctas y muy limpia. *Personal del check in muy amable nos dejó alargar la salida hasta las 12.

La hora del check de entrada a las 16.00 horas es muy tarde para una estancia de 3 días y 2 noches ya que realmente con este horario de entrada y salida no son ‘3 días’. Ya que la salida es a las 11* El apartamento está equipado pero aún así faltan mejorar unos detalles tan básicos como papel higiénico, papel de cocina o bayeta para limpiar, en las fotos sale cafetera de cápsulas y luego es de café molido. El congelador de la nevera está lleno de hielo y la puerta no cierra. La Tv no tiene canales por cable o antena. Y sería importante que un apartamento de ese nivel y categoría tuviera Wifi!. Las llaves debería ser 2 de la portería y 2 de la puerta, para una mejor organización de los clientes. Estos comentarios me gustaría que fuesen leídos e interpretados de manera constructiva.

Definitely it’s location! It was a comfortable long-stay. We had a pleasant sleep despite being on one of the Main Street - big thanks to its nice mattress, pillows and bed sheets! Our host, Maria, and her colleague were checking us in. We unfortunately lost our mobile phone during transit, which caused some confusion on our arrival. She even called the local police to check on us. Maria and her colleague kindly accommodated us late in the night and we gladly paid the late check-in fee. By the way, I wish to give a shout out the Catalan Adif’s loss & found system. The team from the train Manager (Murat) to the Loss&Found officers to the register system made it very comfortable and super convenient way to retrieve my item. Moltes Gracies!

The A/C in bedroom was noisy when we turned it on the first night. However, we did not need to had it on during our stay. The stairs up to the apartment on the 2nd floor can be a little challenging after a long day of excursion. Just be careful.

have to be careful of very steep stairs and gaining access could be easier needing to meet someone on site is a challenge should consider key drop or pick up

Beautiful apartment in the middle of the center of Girona, we had everything we needed, comfortable and clean, I love the architecture of the building.

parking is a bit far and expensive
