Beautiful Falmouth Furnished 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Loft Close to Portland
Ce loft / condo rénové et lumineux Falmouth 3BR, 2BA près de Falmouth Foreside offre trois étages de vie spacieuse. Parallèlement à ses charmes historiques, une cuisine ouverte a tous les éléments essentiels pour impressionner le chef de votre groupe. Sweet, quirky unit above a store. Upstairs bed and bath are well done. Downstairs is configured in a couple ofd ways, but nicely. Street noise is noticeable, thus the downgrade star. Had a property issue and the manager was very quick and thorough. Well-managed spot!

Stairs
We felt that the pictures on line did not give an accurate description of the number of levels or the transition between floors. The number of steps were hard for my 90 yr old mother or the fact that we couldn't wear shoes on the slippery floor. The handrail on the stairs should have been continuous going up stairs to bring it up to code. The towel bar in first floor bathroom was broken and fell off wall when towel was hung on it

Loved it, comfortable home with lovely hosts
The property was beautifully maintained and Dominic was so kind. Very well situated to the highway for a quick drive into Portland. Everything we needed was available in the condo and the layout suited us well, kids upstairs, adults down, would absolutely stay here again.

Very Cool Condo!
My friend and I stayed at this property for two months. It is so unique and worked perfectly for our extended vacation. Dominic was very attentive and helpful when we needed him. That location could not be better for access to Portland Freeport and other areas n Maine. There is a bit of traffic noise as the condo is right on route nine but it certainly didn’t bother us. The upstairs suite is laid out so nicely With two queen beds and a desk and a lounge area and of course the bathroom. You won’t believe the dining room table and the monstrous TV. Comfortable furniture and beds. Nice outdoor space for BBQ. Even though this is a business downstairs it is completely solo on weekends and after five. You will not feel like you are living above a store. Note that there are stairs to get up to the first floor living area that also has 2 bedrooms and laundry room. The second story suite has another set of stairs up to it. Everything looks modern and it’s nicely decorated. Enjoy your stay at Dominic and Kim’s place!

Perfect location for a local wedding! Host communicated well, accommodations were a perfect layout, the apartment was creatively styled and well equipped. Could use more comfy pillows but otherwise excellent!

Fabulous place that is conveniently located!
We had a wonderful time. A lot of care went into making this home warm and inviting for us (including fresh flowers in several rooms!). It was conveniently located which meant we spent very little time in the car.

The house was great, clean and it had everything you need to stay comfortable. Dominic, the owner, was very helpful and clear with the instructions. My family had a great stay.

Nice place and great location.
The rental was in a great location. The kitchen area was nicely set up and it does have AC. If steps are a problem this place will be difficult. There is a flight of steep steps to get to the main living area.

Lovely condo
This condo was simply lovely. It was spacious, but cozy, and beautifully appointed. There were 5 adults, and a small dog, which this property accommodated easily. The location was extremely convenient, but was on a pretty busy street. This condo is fully equipped, from a full spice rack to tons of towels. The beds were super comfy, and the furnishings were trendy and modern without being cold. But the best thing of all were the fresh flowers in every room! Loved our stay, thanks so much Dom and Kim!

This property is as advertised, clean and contemporary furnishings. Our family was there for Christmas and visiting family in Cumberland, Falmouth and Portland. The location for us was perfect, close to family, old port and Freeport. Dominic was super easy to deal with and very quick to respond to any questions I had. We would definitely stay here again.

Our car developed major problems while visiting, and we needed a last minute place to stay. Dominic was so quick to reply and wonderfully accommodating for all our needs. The home is lovely and had everything we could possibly have needed. My daughter said it was her favorite of any place we’ve ever rented.

Lovely, Light-Filled Property
What a beautiful, updated property nested in Falmouth! We were able to visit family for Thanksgiving and stay in this pristine property. It had everything we needed, and it was Immaculate! We had no problems and enjoyed our visit very much!

A great place to stay
This was a wonderful place to stay with easy access to Portland and cost only 1/3 what the other friends in our group who stayed at a fancy hotel in town. And we got to spend time with two other couples in a comfortable setting.
Very tastefully furnished spaces; excellent community space (kitchen, dining room, living room) for guests to mingle comfortably with each other.
-Plenty of natural light during daytime, and good electric lighting of spaces during evening.
-Impressive thought given to ammenities and supplies guests might need; generously supplied.
-Dominick very responsive to questions and dealing with issues we raised.
I felt Dominick and his wife cared for their accommodations and the comfort/pleasure of their guests.
I do have a few issues. The biggest is it was hard to find. The site is behind a commercial red barn that is there immediately when one turns onto Middle Road. We really struggled to find it until we asked at the commercial site and they said that it was right behind them.
The freezer does not work but their is an ice maker and Dominick offered to deliver ice if we wanted.
I would have liked a dish drainer but I was the only one who felt that way.
Generally, very highly recommended.

Weekend stay
It was our first time visiting Portland and could not have picked a better place to stay. There were 4 of us and the place is very roomy. The location works as a good starting point for day trips down the coast or a day in the city. The owners are very communicative and great to work with.

Great Birthday Weekend Getaway
First, The owner Dom was so easy to communicate with! He responded quickly to all my questions and concerns prior to checking in! There were 5 of us staying for a long weekend to celebrate my birthday. We could not have been more pleased! The condo was immaculate, clean and homey. Plenty of room for 5 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. We enjoyed our coffee(provided by owner) every morning in the large sitting room. Everything we could have ever needed was provided for us. The condo is on a busy intersection but we were never bothered by the traffic outside and there was plenty of off street parking in the lot. We didn’t wait more than 15mins for an uber ride into Old Port. Overall we had a wonderful stay and will be renting from Dom again very soon!!

Cute & convenient
Charming, quirky place with nice decor. Very convenient to the highway, grocery, movies, etc. Road noise wasn't an issue at night, but might bother light sleepers or someone who likes to sleep in. Parking lot (in back) could use some lighting--very dark at night!

Lovely Condo
Love love love this condo!! It was clean and perfect for 3 couples! All 6 of us give it 5 stars!! A very short ride to Portland (less than 10 minutes!) The owner was great and very quick to respond to any inquiries! Bernie’s Foreside in Falmouth was awesome for breakfast...we went every day! We would love to stay here again and we all want to come back!! Thanks for a great weekend!!

Clean and comfortable
This property was very clean and comfortable for our family of 5. It is about 10 minutes outside of Portland which made it an easy drive to go into the city or explore other areas from here. We really enjoyed picking up items from the local Town Landing Market and having a few meals in our accommodations. We had a wonderful stay in this unit!

Great house!
I stayed here with my husband and some friends for the weekend in Maine while we were visiting for a friend’s wedding in Portland. The home has a great location, comfortable beds, and soft nice towels. Kitchen is equipped with everything you could need, and you can’t beat the price with convenience to Portland. I was worried we wouldn’t be able to get an Uber into town for the wedding, but it was no problem at all. Would stay here again.

What a unique place!
This was an amazing place; it had everything we needed and was very comfortable with unique features. The beds were so comfortable. When we thought we had run out of coffee--we hadn't--he rushed some right over. When we asked about spare towels, he told us where they were (under the sink, duh). He came over and "fixed" the refrigerator, which wasn't really broken. Dom was very attentive, and we'd happily stay there again.

A little misleading
The interior was great! Should have known there was an issue with the property when no outside picture was available. It is above a commercial building, on a busy street. Could not locate the property (and had to call the owner) because the front door of the commercial property was open (providing the address number - so not visible). The actual location door had no number either - when questioning the office people below - they had no idea of a rental property above.

This place was perfect for our girls weekend/Bach party! Dom was very responsive and helpful. Would certainly come back and stay here again!! Close to downtown Portland and grocery store right down the road and close to highway.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I was a little worried about the proximity to Portland but it turned out the location was perfect. The condo had everything we needed for 4 adults. And more. Wished we could have stayed longer. We will surely rebook if we come back to Maine

Our family enjoyed Labor Day weekend staying in this cute property. Conveniently located between Portland and Freeport giving us easy access to both. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to make meals, including a nice set of knives for meal prep. Our kids enjoyed having their own bedroom and the kitchen and living room were ideally suited for hanging out together. Very clean and comfortable. Dominic, the owner, was great to work with and very responsive to our questions. Loved this condo!!
