Emmons Realty was quick to respond to some issues, including a new refrigerator when the old one failed. very nice for dog owners with both front and back yards fenced. The photos of the property were fine. Recommended for anyone, especially dog owners.

We were very impressed with our stay at this home. The realtor responded to a few questions we had very quick and they were very kind and courteous. The location was perfect for long dog walks and was just a short distance from the pier village market.

Excellent location minutes from beaches and shopping. Fully fenced in back and front yards not only great for my dogs but the young kids as well. The screened porch was amazing. It was very clean and well kept. Definitely will go back.

The house is really cute!
Only complaint was the mold on the ceiling and the condensation from the ceiling vent dripped onto the dining room table. While we loved the porch the backyard is NOT like the pictures, mostly dirt, no grass. We had a nice time overall

Perfect for enjoying eberying on SSI and even a quick trip to Summer waves on Jekyll was super easy. Great beds. Great communication with the property manager if need be. Will be using this company again and property.

The Cousins
We had a great stay at Sunny Cottage. It was perfect for our annual cousins trip (seven of us, all women). It was clean, cozy, relaxing, fun and comfortable. We made lots of memories and had tons of laughs. There was enough seating in the living room for all of us and we loved the back porch. Even though it was hot outside the two fans made it comfortable and we spent a lot of time out there. The location is great - easy to get to the beaches and all the attractions. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to St Simons.

Great location and perfect for a family with a dog!
We loved the house, it was charming and remodeled nicely. We walked down to the village in less then 10 minutes and the beach access was also very close. The local food was amazing, and all of the surrounding neighborhoods were high end and fun to walk or ride your bike around. We rented a golf cart and they delivered it and picked it up for us. I highly recommend a golf cart to cruise around town in. The kitchen was well stocked and the furniture on the back porch was upgraded from the pictures with a nice sectional and more. We would come back!

Nice Early Spring Short Vacation
Great House - very well decorated and cute. Dogs loved the backyard and the short walk to Neptune Park and the shops on Mallery. I know it recently sold, hope we get to visit again.

Great overall, stingy on the TP
We stayed at the sunny cottage for 5 days in March 2022 and overall our stay was great. The house is very cute and the kitchen is really well stocked. It was clean and bright and the beds are super comfy. The screened porch was wonderful, particularly since the bugs were brutal. Our only complaint/suggestion would be to change the policy of providing a “starter” pack of 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, and similarly stingy quantities of dishwasher packs and laundry detergent packs. It would make more sense to have the supply based on how long the rental will last. Maybe provide one roll per bathroom per day? It just feels like a weird thing to be cheap about, but for the renter it is annoying to have to go to the store the next to last day just to get some additional TP. Otherwise it was a great place to stay.

Perfect Stay
This was a perfect property for our month stay in St. Simons. We took our dogs for a walk to the beach at least twice a day and we went to the village frequently too. The house had everything we needed and the fenced in yard was great too. We definitely would love to come back next year!

Second Fantastic Stay at Sunny Cottage
We had a wonderful gathering with our adult children and their significant others. We love everything about this property and would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, convenient location. We especially love the fun eclectic decor and large fenced backyard.

We loved Sunny Cottage! It was a perfect, albeit short, weekend getaway to meet my daughter half-way. The neighborhood was quiet, the house was extremely clean and well kept. The fenced in yard was a huge bonus for our pup, Mr. Pips, as well as the screened in porch. The only things notable: one fence gate did not close properly, so had to be careful the dog didn't escape. The master and 2nd bedroom mattresses were a tad soft, causing back issues. All in all would definitely stay again.

Good location, well stocked & Clean
Two things I have come to expect in a vacation rental are cheap bath tissue and low water pressure. At this cottage you get the usual low pressure, but good quality paper products. May not seem like much to some, but we always bring our own tissue. This time we brought it back home. The cottage was clean and well stocked with linens as well as kitchen items. There are new high end appliances in the kitchen and TV's everywhere. The yard is large and surrounded with a 10' privacy fence. Our dog had a place to go out on her own with no leash, which made her adapt to te new environment quickly. This quiet neighborhood also provided a goo place for us to walk with the dog each morning. You met a lot of friendly people there. We were only minutes from beaches, parks and restaurants.
If we return to St. Simons I will stat her again if it's available.

Cute and comfortable cottage
The house was perfect and nicely laid out. We brought our dogs and the fenced in yard was perfect. It’s close to the beach and the village but on a super quiet street.

Charming Cottage
5 stars for this great house and would definitely come back here. The house is deceivingly spacious, full of character, and sparkling clean. The decor is durable yet comfortable. The hardwood floors are beautiful. The back porch made the whole house for us, though, with its large table for playing cards and dominoes. We also appreciated being able to bring our four-legged family on our vacation with the big fenced yard. Our family especially liked all the coffee mugs available, and the bright Fiestaware colors made the kitchen feel warm and homey. We liked being in a quiet, residential area on the island but still within walking distance of restaurants. The only downsides of the house were the noise the water heater makes when any water is turned on and the barely uneven floors in the transition from the great room to the hallway. The water heater, though, is near the back door, so it cannot be heard from the bedrooms. Some brightly colored tape on the transition areas of the floor would solve the tripping problem, too. All in all, we could not have stayed at a better place for our family’s beach getaway. Thanks, Sunny Cottage and Edmond Realty!

Perfect family get away
We had a great trip! First time to Saint Simons and will be back again. We have children aged 17-8 and a dog! The house was perfect for us to continue their distance learning and take in all that Saint Simons had to offer. The house was very clean, perfect location to the village and east beach! Kitchen was stocked with what we needed to feed everyone for our 10 day visit! Neighbors were friendly and shared some local knowledge. Agent did engage once with us as they had a question and wanted a plumber to stop by but worked within our schedule to make that happen. There was no damage of any kind but was something they wanted to address quickly, we were unaware of any issue. The frogs next door were an added bonus for a evening serenade! We hope to be back another time-Thank you!
