Beautiful Ocean Front Cottage with Gorgeous Views - On the Beach! Beachfront!
Bienvenue chez vous à High Tide B! Nous sommes propriétaires de High Tide depuis 2014 et nous avons eu le plaisir d'accueillir des invités de tout le pays dans cette belle propriété.
Unité B de la marée haute est un condo de 2 étages avec 3 chambres et 3 salles de bains. Il offre une vue imprenable sur l'océan ainsi qu'un accès pratique à tous les restaurants et attractions les plus populaires de l'île. Cette propriété est située sur la plage avec une pelouse privée à l’avant pour prendre le soleil, griller et manger. Si vous en avez marre de vous asseoir sur des porches ombragés ou de marcher sur la plage, vous pourrez vous rendre au village, à dix minutes de marche, où vous pourrez profiter de nombreux restaurants et flâner sur la célèbre jetée de Saint Simons. attraper être enroulé dedans! Une promenade dans la direction opposée vous mènera au célèbre duo de restaurants insulaires Crab Daddy's & Crab Trap.
Le premier étage de l'unité B comprend une chambre avec un lit king-size et une salle de bains privative. Il y a aussi une cuisine complète, salle à manger, salon et un porche de la salle de séjour qui mène directement à la pelouse et à la plage. Le complexe High Tide est un condominium de 3 unités avec des entrées et des porches séparés pour chaque unité. Bien que High Tide B soit une unité autonome, elle peut être combinée avec l'unité A et le Penthouse pour servir de lieu idéal pour les réunions, les retraites d'entreprise, les vacances en famille et les réunions.
Parking: L'unité B comprend DEUX places de stationnement. Rue et parking public et ne peuvent être garantis.
Cameron Smith, notre administrateur immobilier, prend très bien soin de notre invité et vit à deux pas. Comme tout bon voisin, il n'est qu'à un coup de téléphone si vous avez besoin de quoi que ce soit pour rendre votre séjour plus confortable.

We were very happy with the condo! Very clean, well decorated and supplied. Great location! Ryan was Awesome! He checked in on us and the property during Hurricane Debby. We will definitely be back! This will be our new place to stay for our family vacations to St Simons. I have already recommended this place to family and friends. I can not say enough good things about our stay.

I cannot say enough good things about this property. The location was amazing and the home was perfect. When traveling it’s often the little things that get forgotten but not at this home. They thought of everything! Following are just a few things we appreciated:
Lots of like new Fluffy towels, Good sheets on beds,Extra toilet paper and trash bags ,Very well stocked kitchen, Coffee pods, Beach chairs, Beach towels, Like new furniture, very clean, Very nicely decorated, On site parking - 2 spots, Wonderful ocean views, Laundry detergent/ dryer sheets, Liquid hand soap in all bathrooms, Double sinks in master bathroom, the list goes on and on!
The manager, Ryan was very attentive and helpful. Do not pass this place up. You will love it as much as we did!

Often, you get an outstanding host OR a great location. Here, we got it all. The beach is a few steps away, if you can bring yourself to leave the balconies. There are three large balconies, two of which allow amazing views of the sun and moon rise over the ocean.
The house is very clean, well-appointed/furnished. There are thoughtfully generous supplies one doesn’t often experience (kitchen/bath soaps, TP, lawn chairs, beach towels etc.)
The host is outstanding - very helpful. We really enjoyed our two weeks here and look forward to returning. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at High Tide. It was a great location and the condo right on the beach. The accommodations couldn’t have been better! Ryan was so accommodating, great communicator and just a great guy. I highly recommend staying here. We are already looking at dates for our girls trip next year. We definitely hope to stay at High Tides again.

Fantastic views of the beach, well kept property, full equipped kitchen, comfy beds, lots of extras like beach towels and chairs, etc. Would come back again! We had an amazing stay and occasionally saw dolphins in the distance from the back deck. It was great having such easy access to the beach.

I can’t stress enough how perfect this place is, especially Ryan, he’s a doll to deal with and always goes above and beyond! The location is amazing, the views are breathtaking, and it’s all around perfect. Our favorite place on the island!

This property was so perfect for our family and our time there. Everything about this house is amazing, from the views, the rooms, the beds, the bathrooms, everything was exactly what we wanted. The host was super easy to communicate with. He was very understanding, and made our stay that much better because of how great he was to work with. We will def. rent this property again in the future!

This unit is spacious and well appointed! Conveniently located to restaurants and attractions. Great beach walk. Good Parking. Only downside was the unit above which you could her the renters walking and moving about. Otherwise EXCELLENT VRBO!

I have stayed at several VRBOs over the years. This was one of the best! “Little” things that made a big difference: actual pump hand soap in kitchen and bathrooms, extra TP/papertowels/trash bags, nice pots/pans, well stocked kitchen, amazing location (on beach, walking distance to restaurants and light house), gorgeous views, comfy beds, absorbent towels. Ryan was responsive before and during trip. Can’t wait to book again!

The Hightide is wonderful. Lots of room to enjoy the magnificent views. Ryan is one of a kind manager… he is nearby and very professional and always in touch in case you need anything. He made our fabulous weekend at Hightide very special. The units are very nice and clean and lovely views with direct access and views of ocean and beach and easy walk to pier, restaurants and retail. Thank you Ryan!!!

Had a great stay at High Tide, we didnt want to leave! Beds were comfy, kitchen is stocked with nice dishes and everything you could need. Short walk to town for shopping and restaurants. Ryan was so flexible and helpful.

My husband, grown daughter, and I spent a week at High Tide. The ocean view is superb, as well as the condo. Ryan is an excellent host, paying attention to all the small details. We had a very minor issue, and Ryan promptly got it taken care of. We will definitely return.

This property is so nice! Very well maintained. Great communication with the manager! Well stocked and great location and views. We have stayed here on several occasions and never been disappointed. Our family has grown so we will have to get a bigger place next time but this place is perfect. The only thing they need to change is a better walk way over the rocks to the beach. Very hard access to beach for older people and small children. You just can’t beat Ryan for great management.

Girls trip 2023 was a reuniting one. I needed a place that would cultivate an environment of reflection, reconnection and peace. This was it!!!! The VRBO was everything we desired. The wonderful backdrop and scenery of ocean front property was a great place for deep meaningful and fun conversation. We rarely left the home or beach because if offered everything we needed. Ryan was amazing with communication and checked in with me to make sure we had everything. There was a binder in the main living area that offered some of his favorites on the island. This stay felt so effortless and made it easy to relax and enjoy. I would highly recommend this VRBO and I would love to plan another trip here.

We recently had the pleasure of staying here for our 25th wedding anniversary and we must say, it was an amazing experience. This was our first VRBO experience and we were a little apprehensive at first, but as soon as we arrived, we knew we had made the right choice.
It was beautiful, spacious, clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The quiet atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing getaway, and the views were simply breathtaking. We spent most of our time lounging on the balcony, enjoying the beach and watching the dolphins who swam by twice a day!
What impressed us the most was the attention to detail. The owners clearly put a lot of thought and care into creating a comfortable and welcoming space for their guests. We felt right at home from the moment we walked in the door.
While we’d love to keep it a secret, we highly recommend it to adults looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating vacation. We will definitely be back in the future. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

We highly recommend this place for a relaxing quiet calm vacation. The interior is stunning with spectacular views from both floors. It was spotless upon arrival and had all the amenities we didn’t know we needed. The kitchen is large fully stocked with everything you need to cook full family meals. Large refrigerator, separate ice maker, coffee pot and coffee, toaster, many cutting boards, knives, dishwasher, kitchen island. It’s very easy for more than one or two people to be in the kitchen at the same time. It’s a great set up. The living room is spacious and the furniture is comfortable and perfect for relaxing. There is a large tv and fireplace and plenty of lighting. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated with comfortable beds and bedding. At night it is very quiet in this neighborhood. Great for sleeping in! Each bedroom has its own bathroom with plenty of towels and travel size items. The main bedroom upstairs is absolutely spectacular with a balcony and rockers on the balcony. Main bathroom has an amazing walk in shower. Laundry upstairs is easy and convenient. The porch off the living space had a nice dining set and oversized chairs and ottoman to relax on. The grassy backyard has several Lounge chairs which were very sturdy and convenient. Ryan also has a gas grill for use in the backyard as well which is so nice. You are right on the beach. Ryan made sure we had beach towels and chairs. They were very comfortable. Easy to just pop out and go for a walk a swim and just to sit and relax. We were given two parking spots. We actually didn’t use our cars much. We walked everywhere. Dinner, shopping, sightseeing, etc. we felt very safe at this property. Ryan is an excellent host! He is extremely prompt replying to any questions or comments you may have. Ryan is also super accommodating to make sure your stay is the absolute best. Don’t think about it. Rent this gem. We are coming back next spring to stay here! Thanks Ryan!!!
