My wife and two college aged children thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The good - easy access to Sundance, incredible views, well-appointed kitchen and condiments, comfortable seating, deck with hot tub, game area with games/cards, friendly and helpful host, easy to park
The slightly less than good - Kitchen suited our needs but was a little tight. All the beds were queen but would have liked one king.
The bad - none.

My wife and I have been to Sundance several times. This time we invited our kids and their spouses. This house was perfect. Close to resort for dining and skiing. Fantastic views throughout the house (the best views of any place we have stayed). 4 bedrooms with a bathroom for each. Very comfortable/ cozy family room. They have everything you need in the kitchen and then some. The house was better than the pictures on vrbo. The owner even came multiple times to shovel the driveway (totally unexpected but totally appreciated). Can't wait to come back.

The cabin is beautiful and well thought out. Everything we could possibly need was provided. The views from the cabin are absolutely beautiful. You can see the ski lifts from the hot tub deck. We watched eagles soaring above us as we relaxed in the hot tub.
This stay cost more than I would regularly spend to stay somewhere but the splurge was so worth it.

We came by back again for another amazing stay at your beautiful home. The location of the home is perfect for skiing and dinners either at the resort or at the house, snow shoeing, and then relaxing afterwards in the hot tub. The house itself has everything you need for an easy, fun weekend away. We plan to return again next year !

We had an amazing time in Utah. Being with family during the holidays is one thing, but being with family surrounded by snow, mountains, warm fire you just can’t compare. The house was very cozy, had plenty of utensils, items for cooking and plenty of space for everyone. We are planning another trip to come back.

We booked a pre-Thanksgiving weekend getaway here with our young adult children and their SOs (and our first grandbaby!) The layout of the home is perfect for family parties, and while there's not a lot to do "at" Sundance it's and incredibly scenic place to just hang out, go for walks, run RC cars around (no aerial drones allowed!), have snowball and Nerf gun wars, and just run around and play!
One strong caution though - this cabin has raw wood floors and every person caught a sliver or two to the foot at some point. Either bring slippers or house shoes, or remember to tread carefully!

Wow! What a gem of a property at Sundance resort. Exceeded our expectations. Clean- contemporary- fabulous bed linens- and you can tell they clean the coverlets as well! Loved the attention to detail - the small but efficient and well-stocked kitchen with everything you need including spices- olive oil- saran wrap, etc.. Huge selection of pots and pans and kitchen appliances ( we love to cook) Hosts were incredibly responsive and warm. Would absolutely book this again!

This is a great property. We think the pictures just don't show how beautiful it is! The views out every window are amazing. Each room is decorated really well. We recommend riding up the Sundance ski tram to the restaurant at the top!

Best weekend getaway ever!
We cannot say enough good things about this gem of a home in Sundance. The house is a piece of art with many different wood, stone, metal and concrete elements. A definite great first impression of the home. The floor plan worked well with our group of 4 couples in for a ski weekend. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. Perfect. The views from the home are absolutely amazing, the home is perfectly located close to skiing at the Sundance resort and the owners thought of absolutely everything we needed while staying at their home. We were smiling ear to ear our entire stay. Thank you for such a wonderful experience and for sharing you home with us. We will definitely be rebooking again.

Absolutely loved this cabin!
We had the best time. The layout of the cabin and the wood details were the first amazing thing we loved. But just like many reviews before us stated…the views are to die for!! The pics online don’t do the beauty justice. We loved the hot tub on the balcony and seeing the stars at night. The only thing I would make sure future vacationers know- wear shoes in the cabin!! It took a couple bad splinters to realize we can’t wear just socks in that place. Other than that we had an amazing time and would love to stay here again!

Seasons in the Autumn
My sisters and I just spent 3 nights at Seasons in Sundance. We really enjoyed our stay! The place was beautiful and so tasteful. All 4 bedrooms were beautiful and the mattress and pillows were very comfortable. The cabin had everything we needed, and then some! Thanks Nicole and JB for an awesome stay!

This property was great for several couples. Each group had their own room and bathroom and were quite comfortable. Sundance is amazing, I can't recommend it enough. Thanks for the great stay!

Phenomenal cabin and location
The views from the balcony of this cabin are unmatched.... from every direction, but in particular you have a direct unobstructed view of Mount Timpanogos which you also have from the top-level bedroom. All the showers are spacious. The cabin is fully stocked and well furnished... not just regular furnishing, but proper furnishings that give it a modern yet very woodsy cabiny feel.
Our fridge and freezer was broken on arrival--could've been a serious problem as we had a bunch of raw meat. The owners brought ice + coolers + a backup fridge to put on the balcony within 45 min. We appreciated that and they were attentive and responsive to texts.
The hot tub on the aforementioned balcony is also amazing. Keep in mind that they're very strict on the 10 pm quiet time--enjoying the hot tub during the summer is only possible on cloudy not-so-hot days (we had 1 during our stay) and during that 9-10 pm window where it cools down a bit. Not ideal, but we understand there are neighbors and HOA rules.
Overall it is an incredible cabin and you shouldn't hesitate to reserve.

The 4 bedroom, 4 bath home is immaculate, well stocked (kitchen, linens, bath), and tastefully designed. The beds are very comfy and the hot tub is AMAZING! Soaking under the stars and the peaks of Mt Timpanogos, especially after a day outdoors, feels something like Shivasana— but be advised to maintain tranquility for the neighbors, too. There are reminders of a 10:00 curfew, strictly enforced in the neighborhood. Frankly, we forgot about the neighbors our first night. We had to be reminded about no talking outdoors after 10.Our group especially appreciated this home’s proximity to the Sundance resort. We were able to walk to the spa, art center, ski lifts, dinner at the Foundry, and late night drinks at the Owl Bar. This is a huge advantage for groups with diverse activities planned. There were 9 of us, and everyone could come and go as they liked. We only needed the cars for trips to the grocery store in Orem, the Sundance Nordic Center, or to Park City or Brighton (there was better skiing at Brighton this year)Nicole and JB are friendly, hands-on hosts. They reassured us of their availability. Nicole made sure the hot tub was clean and the house was ready even before our 4:00 check-in. JB came to clear the driveway after a light snow. They are proud of their home, and understandably so! Of 4 great cabins I’ve rented in the Sundance area, the Four Seasons cabin is my favorite to date! Thank you. We had a great week in Sundance.

Wow!! This is such a special spot and we are lucky the owners are willing to share it with strangers. Every square inch of this cabin is art. The hot tub on the deck with the view can’t be beat. Stunning 360 views morning, noon and night. Pretty interior decorating, fully stocked bathrooms, kitchen, etc with items for your convenience and beyond. Very obvious attention given by owners to every detail in order to make it a great stay for guests. Easiest check-in ever. We are so glad we picked this place, of all the lovely places the area has to offer.

Stunning!!!
This home and the location are stunning! Our family of five, all adults, were very comfortable. There are beautiful views from every window and the hot tub on the deck is the best. The home finishes are first class mountain retreat. The property is very well taken care of and is stocked with so many helpful items. The large loft area provides a second space to spread out, hang out, play games, etc. The location is so convenient since it is adjacent to the resort. Some family who were stay at the resort walked over. The view from the master bed of the mountains as the sun rises is spectacular. Nicole was very helpful and responsive. You won’t be disappointed. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Great cabin with amazing views!
This cabin exceeded our expectations. The views are incredible and we loved waking up to them everyday. It’s a short walk to the resort or nature trail to Stewart Falls and close enough to Orem for shopping and even take-out on one night. It was immaculately clean when we arrived, the beds were all very comfortable and it’s laid out great with a nice game playing table on the loft, outside tables on both decks, etc. Enjoyed the hot tub with its picture perfect views.
Had a great time zip-lining and mountain biking at Sundance, hiked Timpanogos and spent some time on the lake at Deer Creek. Great place to stay!
