Everything was fantastic

Loved the log cabin, the stream and the beautiful snow. It was a wonderful hike by the stream to the resort each day. The house was very well maintained and the hosts were very helpful with transporting us through the snow when our 2 wheeled vehicles could not. It was very affordable

We would have like bedroom/ bathroom parity but we knew the situation going in and would do it again in a heartbeat

The cabin had plenty of space and came with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The cabin has creek running right behind it which is so charming and very relaxing. My husband said he had the best night sleep ever in this cabin. Pamela is the ultimate host. She gave us great suggestions on food shopping before we arrived to the cabin. After we left the property I realized I forgot my hiking backpack at the cabin and she mailed it me!!!! I could not thank her enough!!!! Definitely would stay here again.

We liked everything

Very rustic and spacious! Nice game room! Hot tub was great after playing in the snow each day. Secluded in the woods with a stream bubbling by. Gorgeous and Beautiful views. Very nice kitchen with all the amenities needed to cook and clean up. The property had everything we needed to live and function as a large group of fourteen, throughout our week long stay. Only a five minute drive to Sundance Ski Resort and close by other winter venues as well. We absolutely loved our stay at this location! We would definitely stay here again in the future.

The only two challenges we really had was 1) The indoor fireplace was a little persnickety and we got a lot of smoke inside the cabin the first two times we started a fire. Pamela, was very helpful and gave us some important tips. Don’t try and burn too much wood at one time and make sure the furnace is off to prevent a back draft in the chimney. After we figured that out, the fireplace was a perfect touch to our winter vacation! 2)The second challenge was parking and getting up and down the snow covered drive that goes from the cabin to the main road. Even with four wheel drive vehicles, we had the constant challenge of not getting our four trucks/SUVs stuck. Pamela, is very responsive and will send someone right away to help pull you out. She highly recommends four wheel drive vehicles during the winter and we would bump that recommendation up to a must have requirement if you don’t want to keep getting stuck in the snow. Buying our own 30 foot tow strap saved us on more than one occasion. Other than those two items, our stay was fantastic! Pamela and her husband are awesome hosts!
