Ce «Regency at Poipu Kai», non-fumeur, deux chambres, deux salles de bain, condo vue sur le jardin est situé dans le quartier Poipu. L'environnement verdoyant est accentué de palmiers, de gingembre et d'hibiscus.
Ce condo isolé et très privé est une unité au rez-de-chaussée avec un accès facile et pratique et est à seulement dix pas de votre porte d'entrée à la belle piscine. À tout moment de la journée ou du soir (jusqu'à 22h00), n'hésitez pas à vous asseoir dans le bain à remous et à apaiser, rafraîchir et restaurer votre corps fatigué!
Si vous préférez faire une promenade décontractée, vous pouvez faire une promenade de 10 minutes au Hyatt Regency ou dans la direction opposée à 5 minutes à pied de la plage de Poipu. À chaque endroit, vous trouverez de magnifiques plages de sable blanc et des repas décontractés pour le déjeuner ou le dîner.
Nous avons récemment installé de nouveaux comptoirs en quartz pour la cuisine et la salle de bain, une douche à l'italienne dans la salle de bain principale, une baignoire en céramique avec des carreaux et des rideaux dans la salle de bain pour invités, ainsi que des planchers de travertin dans la salle à manger et la cuisine.

Our family of four loved staying in this condo for our first trip to Kauai. We were very thankful that we had A/C, and it was super convenient to be able to do laundry while we were there. The pool/grill area were located directly out our front door, and we were a 5 minute walk from Brennecke's Beach for boogie boarding, and Poipu Beach for snorkeling. The unit also had boogie boards, coolers, wagons for transporting beach equipment, and beach chairs. The check-in and check-out process was easy, and the host provided lots of information prior to our stay. We made most of our meals in the condo, but there was also a bar and grill on-site, and plenty of options for restaurants nearby. There were ample dishes, and pots/pans for cooking. We would 100% stay again. Thank you to the hosts for having us!

Stayed for a week in March with my husband and 2 kids (6 and 8). The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed.
It was really windy the whole week we were there so beach time was limited. We definitely took advantage of all the pools that we had access to in the condo complex (it was at least 3). Short walk to the beach for sunrise and sunset. Highly recommended this property for families. Only wish was that it came with access to a gym.

Wow! Great location. We loved the beautiful scenery when walking. The pool and hot tub was steps away. The amount of beach items available was fabulous. We had a great time and would definitely stay in this unit again. Would highly recommend this unit for a family vacation.

Great place and description was very accurate. We have stayed at P-Kai several times and this was one of the best. Love the pool and BBQ so close.Few small suggestions-a few more kitchen towels and Rubbermaid style containers + ice cube trays as the ice maker was on the fritz. We would come back here for sure. We luv Kauai!

This is my second stay at this wonderful house and it was just as fabulous as my first stay back in 2018. The house is spotless and so comfy - great beds and living-room. Everything you could possibly need for a beach holiday is provided - snorkels, inflatables, beach chairs, boards, etc. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen is there! And then of course the pool and hot-tub literally outside of the front door and location to the beach is perfect.
I just love this holiday home - and the only reason I haven't stayed here more than twice is the availability - so book it while you still can! Thank you to Karen, the owner, who is just delightful and keeps a perfect holiday home. I'm so grateful. We had a glorious two weeks in paradise.

Wow! From the moment we walked in the place it surpassed our expectations! Kauai, specifically Poipu, has been a family vacation destination for me since childhood. It had been a few years since I brought my husband here and we had been waiting for the chance to make it back. This time we made it with our 3 year old and my husbands brother and his wife and we booked this property for our two week vacation.
The grounds are beautiful and quiet, a very quick drive or short walk to Poipu beach! The pool and parking access was also ideal. There was a fair amount of beach stuff available and communication with Karen was great! Having the washer dryer was also great, especially with a little one and beach towels. Unfortunately the dryer stopped working but the staff at the resort were great and accommodated us using housekeeping to dry our clothes and towels as needed.
Overall this was a great unit to stay in and we will 100% book with Karen again in the future. Aloha for now 😎

After spending 5 night in Princeville in a unit with little ventilation having AC in this unit was a plus for us. The amount of beach items for use was fabulous. Loved having the pool and hot tub right outside the door. The TV in the second bedroom was difficult to see because it was so low. Would definitely stay in this unit again.

This property is a fantastic home base for all your Kauai adventures. We woke up each morning and walked to Poipu beach and said hello to the turtles and monk seals. Follows by some coffee at Little Fish, great community feel but all the amenities of a hotel or home. The kids loves the pool right outside of he front door as well. Highly recommend this unit for a family or two couples.

Terrific location that’s easy walking and driving distance to everything on the South Shore. Unit could use some updates/TLC. When we arrived some of the rugs in the bathroom were wet and overall everything felt musty—would definitely recommend some lighter-weight fabrics in such a humid environment. We were able to air it out over the first couple days, but not the most welcoming to walk into. It was rainy and humid while we were there so had to empty the AC units multiple times a day, which we didn’t mind doing but a heads up or instructions would’ve been helpful. Karen communicated well with us ahead of our stay and the property management team on-site was fantastic.

The property is as described. Such a nice open condo right by the pool. The kitchen was well equipped (no spices or other basic food prep items at this time). The beds were really comfortable. Communication was good and check in and check out easy. Would definitely stay again!

Loved this place. Kids loved being by the pool. We didn’t hear anything from the pool like other reviews have implied. Loved that she had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash already there for guest use. Plenty of bench items which was wonderful as well. Check in was easy! Beds were comfortable and the condo was extremely clean. We had no issues with it being cool enough. The only thing I wish it had was stock spices already there (we have had this in other condos on Kauai). Wish it was a little closer walking distance wise from the beach just because we have 3 small kids. If you have all adults in your party this will not be an issue. Highly recommend!! We wished we could move into this condo!

Location is fabulous in Poipu. Near by beaches with snorkeling.
Now to the house. Loved being on the ground floor. Spacious house. AC units in living room and spare room. No AC in master bedroom. We aimed living room AC down the hall at night and put a tall fan in the doorway, it helped to cool the room off. The master bathroom toilet has a low flush. Appreciated all the fins, snorkel gear and other beach items. We left a bottle of no fog to add to the various sunscreen that was there as well.
The kitchen had plenty of dishes and utensils. We bought some Pam, salt and pepper and garlic powder that we left but not sure if that will be thrown out when cleaned. Other condos we have rented have had spices there to use. The ice and water in the fridge was nice as well. Very quiet place even being a few steps from the pool, with doors shut you could hardly hear kids at the pool.

This is a very well thought out condo! The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make really anything! The rooms are nicely decorated and everything about the house is very comfortable. We had a hard time not spending our whole trip in the condo. Amazing Space, highly recommended!

We enjoyed our week there but had some issues with the condo. Dryer did not work, rooms were a little damp and musty, tv’s were hard to work, and there was a leak in the hall bath from the unit above. Management tried to fix leak ? Location close to beach, pool and restaurants was awesome. Thanks Karen.

No central ac, two portable ac units one in dining area and one in guest bedroom. Musty smell especially in guest bedroom and living room, which are the carpeted areas. Other than that, the condo would have gotten five stars. It was comfortably furnished. Kitchen well stocked with cookware essentials. Living room tv had a line down the middle of the screen, but didn't interfere much with viewing.

Regency was a wonderful place to stay for the week! The full kitchen with cooking utensils, two bedroom and two bathroom suites our needs. There isn’t air conditioning, but there are at least two fans per room and living room. The beach was less than 1 mile walk, the shopping center was less than 1 mile walk, and the cool pool was great to have right near our space. We would definitely stay again.

We loved the property, and the condo was really great. It was definitely a little warm, and the floor layout didn't allow for much of a breeze to flow through, but we were also there during what the locals told us was a pretty bad heat wave. There were plenty of fans throughout, so that helped. The beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and wagon were great! It made for a very easy trip down to the beach with all of our stuff. The only negative part was our check-in process. There was some missing communication, and when we arrived, we were not able to access the unit, and not able to get a hold of the owner (not her fault, people are allowed to have lives outside of rental ownership ;) ). It made for a stressful afternoon of trying to access the unit, and panicking that we would have to sleep in the car, so make sure you know how to get in before you get there and realize you are locked out! :)

Just came back from Kauai last Saturday. We had a
fabulous stay in Regency #211. This condo was so
dreamy and spacious. High ceilings, gorgeous
furniture, amazing color scheme, clean with all the
comforts of home and more. The kids loved the fact
that the pool was literally 10 steps (maybe less!)
away and just a 5 minute walk to the beautiful
beach. We were pleasantly surprised to find boogie
boards, beach chairs, coolors, etc... We had the
time of our lives hanging out in the condo--a true
gem! We loved the location of the unit and the
complex. Thank you for sharing your gorgeous
piece of Kauai with us. We would not hesitate to go
back to your condo. Thank you, George, for being

Wow...what an incredible week we spent in Regency #211! The unit was just perfect...everything we were looking for on our Hawaiian vacation. Beautifully decorated and spacious. The garden setting is so peaceful...how great to wake up to geckos on the tropical plants...drinking morning coffee on one of the two lanais! We found this unit to be perfectly located for us...within steps of the pool, walking distance of the beach.

WOW what a beautiful place, complete with boogie boards. We had an amzing time in the VERY spacious #211, just the two of us!! Brennecke is right down the way, as well as great snorkeling. What a fabulous place. Better than our apartment!!
