The hotel itself is quite good. Our room was modern and well equipped.

It's a big hotel, with no individuality. We didn't like the breakfast at the hotel as the food quality was rather low. The room service left dirty cups in the room and didn't replace them during our entire stay. Also, we did not like the location - the beach in front of the hotel is full of rocks in the water and with lots of seaweed.

Easy Check-in and Check-out, The staff here are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread is amazing and gives a great start to the day. The seaside view is beautiful with quick and direct access to the beach. The location is great with lost of restaurants and shopping around

The limited availability of parking facility around the hotel. Though not an issue of the hotel, travelling by car and then having to struggle to find a close safe space to park can be challenging.

Very close to the beach (less than 1 minute literally). I got very good price/quality ratio. Many restaurants and shops around as well as car/motorcycle rentals and bus stops. Pickup service from/to airport worked perfectly too.

I really didn't like nor enjoyed the bicycle rental (11€) provided by the hotel. I wanted to make at least half day trip but the bike was really crappy, all rusted (chain, wheels, suspension forks), changing gears didn't work well, sometimes it missed a gear and then changed unexpectedly on its own, also there was no possibility to get at least a hand pump so I had like 70% of desired air pressure in the wheels. So I got back to the hotel and reported that it's really not what I expected and honestly hoped for a refund...but no, no refund, no better bike to get, very disappointing at the moment when you can't fulfill your holiday plan for the day.

The hotel is in an amazing place, just few steps from the beach and cafes/restaurants.

Hotel facilities are a bit old, we booked a Superior room with view and the balcony is great but the room is so-so. Bed and pillows were not comfy, the wardrobe is small, and we had to pay 1,5€/daily for the safe (which is ridiculous). We also had to pay for water during dinner (I understand soft/alcohol though), another indication that hotel is just looking to make more money from small stuff. Breakfast/dinner is not bad, but not amazing and doesn’t have a lot of variety. We had few ants around garbage after few days, cleaning could be done more throughly.

The location is great, the food is great, the staff was friendly and our apartment was very nicely decorated and modern

The Hotel ist super nice. The room was very clean and the personnel very friendly. The breakfast ist very delicious and has great options.

We were not able to visit the pool once during our stay because the personnel let’s people „reserve“ spaces at the pool at 6/7 am in the morning. Even if these people never show up you are not allowed to toss the towels aside to actually use the pool. So we always had to go to the over crowded beach even though we payed for a hotel with pool. Not ok at all! Furthermore, we booked a room with side ocean view and we got a room which was in the side but we could not see the ocean. Also not ok.

I like a lot a restorant. I like a lot the view of my room. And I like the staff who cleaned my room everyday- they were so kind, polite and friendly:)

Only the elevators were little bit slow. One of them didn't work for couple of days. That's all everything else was perfect!

Not enough sunbeds in the pool. People leaving their towels for hours even before the pool was opened. Sofa bed not too comfy for a long stay

Location on the beach is great, lovely clean modern hotel with great breakfast and staff. Cafe/ restaurant is also good with nice seaview

Breakfast buffet is not good. Rooms have no real sea view, it's diagonal. Not very clean.
