Property felt worn and in need of a fresh coat of paint. Bedroom was very small and tight with plastic feeling liner on the mattress. Proximity to state park means noise and a lot of people on the beach on weekends.

Checkin, check out process was easy! Host even reached out to let us know the condo was available to check in early. Upon arrival it was just as pictures showed. I had a teenager and young son, they loved the easy access to the beach and pool. You can park and not have to leave. Shops, restaurants, grocery store all within distance. Easy 20-30 minute drive to downtown Charleston. I would stay here again.

Great location.good view of ocean.beds are not comfortable need new mattress. Sofa bed needs replacing for sleeping. Does mot have regular coffee maker.

Me and my nephews had a blast. Great location, walkable to restaurants and bars, access to the pier, pool and beach couldn't have been easier/closer.

Spent 3 days on a girl's trip. Location was great. Condo was nice. TV did not work in the bedroom but that was ok. The couch in the living room was not big. But we didn't need anything bigger for just 2 of us. I will definitely stay here again

Great location, convenient to walk to dine, well kept for older unit. Main con was worn out couch. Very small, worn out and uncomfortable and Only place to sit. Had to use as sleeper and mattress shot too. No other chairs so for 3 people very uncomfortable. Finally had to bring in chair off the deck to use. Bedroom mattress also in need if replacing. Would not book again till these were replaced.

This condo is as advertised. Proximity to the beach is perfect. View is good. The space is quite small, we had 2 adults, 2 12 year old boys. The condo needs a good cleaning and some updating. Beds, pillows rather uncomfortable. Kitchen has plenty of dishes, silverware, etc. Appliances were nice.

The condo itself is located at the back of the parking lot steps from the beach, so it’s quiet. It had everything we needed. Plenty of space. Great communication with the owner. My only complaint is that the large palm tree in front of the condo’s deck obscures the view for at least 50 percent of the ocean view from the deck. The complex is perfectly situated in Isle of Palms. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and a grocery store less than 1/2 mile away. Overall, a great experience.

I was visiting my son who is currently in school in goose creek. He stayed too for a little getaway. We loved it!

Location was good, beach and restaurants very close. Condo was a bit dated, and needs some tlc. Wife did a bit of cleaning upon arrival. Parking direction and directions to condo were poor at best. Took us about 30 mintes to figure it out ourselves. Kitchen island was installed backwards, making it uselessto eat at. Overall a good stay though.

This beautiful place was super clean and had exactly what we needed. The location was wonderful…beachfront and walking distance to restaurants and shops!

My husband and I absolutely LOVED staying here. We loved being so close to the beach! We’re planning to make this our regular vacation spot. Close to delicious food. We experienced our first hurricane season and the property manager eased our concerns. One thing, we’re definitely adding an extra day or two to our future stays so we can enjoy it even more.

This is a cute simple little beach condo that served all my needs. The location couldn’t be better as access to the beach and pool is just steps away. A view of the ocean from the balcony was a nice bonus. Also just a few minutes walk to all the beach restaurants. Communication and check in process were easy. Would stay again!

Condo was close to restaurants and the beach! We loved walking to grab dinner. The beach access was awesome and pool was right beside it. We will definitely return, our son loved our first time to the Isle of Palms.

We had a a great time at Sea cabins, 204. Everything looks like in the virtual tour. Thaw cabin is quipped with all the essentials. Some small things that I noticed in cleaning were that some pots were not clean and I had to wash them before using them. apart from that everything was perfect in terms of cleanliness. It was hard to find a spot in the parking lot, and I saw many cars without the parking lot pass it would be great if someone check if the cars in belong to renters. But as I say, we enjoyed our week of vacation and if we have the chance, we definitely will rent at sea cabin again.

Love the private beach and pier. Very convenient to shops and restaurants but away from too much business. We really enjoyed it.

We booked this as our first VRBO rental. The booking process and communication with the owner was great. The customer service was undeniable. The condo itself was another thing. The owner was more than willing to help by putting up some decorations for our daughter's birthday. This made for a very special arrival for a 6 year old. Any communication was responded to quickly and offers to fix issues were prompt. The cleaning service isn’t doing any justice for the owner. The bathroom sink was nasty and had enough shampoo and conditioner and soap set out on the sink for a small army. The bathtub had a mat in the bottom that I believe at one time used to be white. Underneath was starting to mold. The floors might have been swept but haven’t seen a mop in several weeks. The pillows have no protectors on them and are stained from use to the point I got my own to use. No one wants to sleep in someone else’s filth. That’s how nasty the pillows were. Plenty of dishes are provided but otherwise things need updated. The Keurig has been used many times and leaks when not being used. The tv has the most basic of channels and that’s it. We found 2 channels that worked and just stopped after that since the remotes were annoying to use. I would use the host again but would not go with this unit or complex.

The condo was small, but quaint. We enjoyed the location and easy walking to shops and restaurants. It was wonderful that a keurig was available for use, however having a few starter kcups would have been nice after our late arrival for the following morning. The kitchen was well equipped, but we didn’t use much as we ate out our meals. The bed was very small, and definitely needs some updating of mattress, linens, and most certainly pillows. They were very flat and uncomfortable, and when we took the cases off with sheets after our stay, they were yellowed and dingy underneath. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Maybe next time the weather will be better

My wife and I enjoyed our time at the property. It was a great location for what we wanted: access to the beach and close by Charleston for tours and food in town. I highly recommend the property to parties of 2 adults who have 2-3 children 10 and under because of the size of the condo.

This property was perfect for our long weekend. Convenient to the beach and food/ entertainment. We will definitely be back!

The location on the ocean with beach views from the porch were beautiful. We really enjoyed listening to the waves crashing everyday and playing on the beach.

This room was as expected and perfect for the 2 of us. Nice kitchen area, and bathroom.

I loved this condo particularly because the balcony faced the ocean. Any concerns I had were dressed immediately in the condo was quiet as was the area. I found a whole experience to be quite pleasant, and I will definitely be back next year.

This was our second stay in the unit -- for good reason. The unit is clean, up-to-date, nicely decorated, and is close to the beach. IF there was anything not up to par -- and I'm really stretching things here -- is that it could probably use a new welcome mat. Still that's how we know we're "home." Can't wait until our next visit!

We had a great stay. The room was just as advertised and was perfect for our needs. Right on the beach and walking distance to restaurants. Our 3yr old loved the the playground that was also located right outside the property. Check in process was super easy and the communication from the property manager was excellent.
