Moins de 300 verges à magnifique plage privée. Belles vues de la plage et les falaises à de Plymouth. Venez vous détendre dans votre plage maison loin de la maison. Cette maison de style Cape Cod récemment rénové élargi confortablement jusqu'à 10 personnes. Marque nouvelle cuisine en chêne ouvre immense salle à manger. Entièrement terminé plus bas salle de loisirs de niveau avec canapé-lit sort au patio. Profitez de la brise de l'océan depuis les trois zones de pont et un patio extérieur. Promenez-vous au jeu scape avec les enfants ou jouer au tennis à seulement un pâté! Toutes les commodités de la maison, y compris Wi-Fi, la télévision par câble et d'un lecteur DVD dans le salon et une salle de loisirs, laveuse et sécheuse. 1ère chambre étage de maître avec curseur pour le pont a un lit queen size. Trois chambres au 2ème étage avec baignoire jacuzzi complète. 2ème chambre a un lit queen size. 3ème & 4ème chambres ont tous les deux un grand lit et un lit jumeau. Après une journée remplie de plaisir soleil sur les sables de poudre de plage privée Sagamore revenir à la maison et se détendre sur votre terrasse donnant sur jolie jardin paysagé. we loved the house, and the proximity to the beach was wonderful. the grill on the deck made it easy to make dinner, and we all fit around the dining room table. Also, thank you for all the items in the shed!we just found the queen and single beds very soft compared to the king beds.

This house is in a beautiful quiet neighborhood...very quick walk down the hill to the beach and a wonderful park around the corner. Plenty of sleeping space and within 5 miles to grocery store, etc. This was our 2nd time at this house and Sagamore beach is our favorite by far.

Overall we had a nice stay at this property. The house was cute and had nice beachy décor and very comfortable beds. It was close to lots of attractions and places to eat. Our only issue would be that the water at the beach was far too cold to swim in, even with it being the beginning of August.

We were travelling with young kids and the proximity to a park and the beach was perfect! We could easily walk there and back with no problem. The house was clean and comfortable.

Lots of good things overall..really sweet beach 6-8 minute walk..large and enough bedrooms..central and good location..could have used a mud room,dishwasher and a little more space and yet it all worked out well

This was our second stay at this wonderful beach house. If you are looking for a great place to visit Cape Cod, Boston, and even to take a day trip to Salem this is it. The house was clean, comfortable and big enough for our family of 10. The neighborhood is quiet and we were close enough to walk to the beach. What more could you ask for ? Thanks Carol for the memories!!!

The property was lovely, close to the beach and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the addition of window air conditioners really helped keep the place cool. We loved our time!

Three generations enjoyed our stay in this lovely home and were able to take a short walk to the beach or park multiple times a day. The house had everything we needed to prepare meals at home and we could spread out to hang out at home inside or in the lovely yard spaces. The beds were very comfortable, and everyone enjoyed the trip!
Perfect for anyone who can walk the 2 blocks to the beach. Wouldn’t work for someone with mobility issues-the beach access is a steep concrete slope or stairs-so you’d have to drive somewhere else.
We barely left all week! Just the respite we needed.

If you are looking for a place on the Cape for an extended family trip, please check out this cozy beach house! I found the home immediately charming even before entering the house. The front yard is abloom with four foot hydrangias, positioned so to create a floral fence. The home offers the perfect size for four adults and two small children. Comfy beds, two full baths, a dinning room and a well stocked kitchen. The half finished, furnished basement has kids games and a tv. Perfect for the kids supervised playtime. The home's beach themed decor was cozy and relaxing. It is close to Boston, Salem, Plymouth and a short walk to Sagamore beach. The host was easily accessible by vrbo text. Thank you, Carol for your patience and understanding with our trip. We had a wonderful time.

We really enjoyed this home! Everything was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It was also a short walk to a nice beach or playground if you have young kids. The owner was great at communicating as well. I would recommend this home to families!

Shady, private summer stay
We had a very peaceful and quiet and cool stay during a scorcher of a heat wave! The beach, which was only a 5 minute walk away was hot, but the water cooled us off right away! We enjoyed gorgeous sunset walks every night after supper. We would definitely love to go back again.

Great house near Plymouth.
Our family really enjoyed staying here. Very clean, near the beach, and is located in a wonderful, quiet , neighborhood. We were able to visit Boston, Hyannis , and Sagamore Beach as well as Plymouth. Took the little ones to a beautiful park/playground right around the corner . Would stay here again.

Great house near the beach!
I went to visit family in the area, and this was the perfect spot to rent for two weeks! It’s a few minutes walk to the beach, it has a bedroom downstairs as well as 3 upstairs which was helpful for some of the less stair inclined members of my family. The house is cozy but also deceivingly large and has quite a few hangout zones. Also it’s not listed but there are Window AC units and they were lifesavers during a humid stretch.

Beautiful well cared for home with some issues
This home was beautiful and special and immaculate! Large enough to comfortably house 8 of us. Amazing neighborhood and a short walk to the beach. It was great they provided beach chairs and umbrellas (the toys they mention are things like wake boards and bikes, there aren’t sand toys FYI). They provided trash bags, toilet paper, dishes, basic seasonings, a keurig (no regular sized coffee pot). We did have a couple of issues. First, it does not state in the listing, but you need to provide your own sheets for every bed you will use. I had to borrow several sets of sheets and bring a separate suitcase and make up 6 beds. They need to make this clear in the listing so people aren’t surprised. The other issue I had was the way the host responded when I forgot to take the trash out. Yes it was my forgetfulness, but she was unkind and stated what a big problem I had made. She was much nicer later over the phone. Lastly, it’s quite stressful when packing for the airport and trying to leave to also have to wash and dry all towels and bath mats and replace them before leaving. We had to wait an extra 30 min because the dryer wasn’t keeping up (it wasn’t overpacked). Most places that have us wash things say it’s ok if some things are left to finish up in the dryer. Overall the place was charming and special, but I wouldn’t go back because of these issues.

A great vacation
My sister and I rented this property with our husbands and (between us) 6 kids. There were 2 king bedrooms for the parents and plenty of beds- as well as a finished basement- for the kids. Walk to the beach was about 5 minutes and there were beach toys and chairs for our use. The outdoor space was beautifully decorated. The house really felt like home with great amenities, including black out curtains which are often missing at a rental. The only thing missing was a dishwasher (never promised in the listing, but somehow I didn’t notice); even without this, we would definitely rent again!

The backyard is beautiful with gardens/flowers and the neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. The beach was much larger than expected and yet, only a handful of others shared it with us! The owner, Carol, was very attentive and easy to get ahold of. We highly recommend this rental. 👍�

Less than a 10 minute drive to Shaws in Plymouth for groceries.We skipped all the bridge traffic Saturday afternoon and rolled right in. Once all the traffic clears you can get to Hyannis/Dennis/Yarmouth area in about 20-25 minutes for shopping and dining.

Very close to the beach-& to local attractions. The house was equipped with all new appliances, VERY CLEAN-everything we needed to enjoy our stay! Plenty of room for a large group and VERY family friendly! The owner's are very friendly and helped to provide an excellent experince for our first vacation at the Cape. We can't wait to come back next year!!

Great for large family or just a few couples.we were elated to find this great cottage. Just a 5 minute walk to beautiful beach on sr. Legs. No crowds. Home is immaculate and full of cape cod charm. No hassle with traffic no need to go over bridge. Cottage has everything you need,including 2 tv 2 dvd players beach chairs, umberellers,cooler on wheels. I will be coming back.great price
