The location is absolutely amazing. I also had to extend my stay, you were super helpful and prompt.

How close it was to the ski lift and how quiet it is.

Some of the tvs didn’t work, the bunk bed room was the hottest room and the air conditioner didn’t work at all through the house, the dishes were dirty and we had to clean them, the door in the bunk bed room was broken, there wasn’t enough rooms and space like they said there would be, the balcony was supposed to be bigger and have a bigger grill. The whole house was hot the entire time and we had to open all the windows and doors just to stay cool. Unfortunately the whole bunk bed room didn’t work at all.

The location was close to the lift area so we were able to walk.

The condominium was not cleaned well. Thick layers of dust on all the decor. The counters were sticky, several dishes were dirty, food (chips or cereal) still on the couch, the dishwasher was not installed well and did not work, the wet bar sink had a foul odor due to the fact it wasn't draining so the water was just sitting in the pipes. BUT the sheets and bathrooms were clean so thank goodness for that!

Location was great. Very roomy.

It's a bit dirty. T he whole building looks like it needs attention. Inside the condo there's dust/lint on walls, ceilings, and outside deck is messy. The thermostat for furnace was hard to control. It was cold early at night time then at about 3 am it was extremely hot to point we couldn't sleep.

It was clean and a fairly nice condo.

There was nowhere in the description that there were 4 flights of stairs to the room and 3 flights in the condo to the top floor. We are older and I have copd so I could only climb the stairs once a day. We left in the morning and had to find something to do for the rest of the day. The room was clean but many things were broken. The recliner was broke, the TV in the upstairs was broke, towel rack was broke, knick knacks and a picture were broke and the blinds to the sliding door was broke. Only saw person who ran the place 1 time, he was never there after that and we could only turn in the broke stuff to the cleaning lady. My grandson immediately gouged his hand on the screws on the bunk bed. Almost took him to the hospital but it finally stopped bleeding. The worst was the stairs and without being told or it being disclosed on the description, we were stuck finding out when we got there and had no choice but to stay because we would have lost our prepayment. We will never stay or recommend that condo unit

That it was supplied with everything we could possibly need Especially the KITCHEN FABULOS except skillets maybe.

We were not aware they were on 3rd floor and no elevator
