Les artisans de la région du lac, les destinations de vacances du lac Ozark et la société de design d'intérieur RADA ont été associés. RADA est spécialisé dans la transformation de "lieux de séjour" en "lieux de découverte".
Le condo propose des hébergements uniques tels que 6 chambres à coucher avec lit king size, dont plusieurs suites principales, des salles de bains avec des douches carrelées spacieuses et même doubles, le loft Star-Gazers et la salle de jeux qui surplombe le lac à travers un mur. des fenêtres! Les couchers de soleil incroyables se terminent chaque nuit au Penthouse, mais il reste encore beaucoup à faire!
En plus de votre confort de sommeil, nous avons également pensé à vos besoins en matière de divertissement. Le penthouse dispose de 7 télévisions par câble HD. All the water in all the upstairs showers very hard to regulate between extreme hot water temperatures and cold. A lot of cobwebs in the high ceilings in living room inside and back deck was covered with them. The grill was unusable. We were hoping to grill out on it but it needed cleaned. It was confusing because it listed 7 King size bedrooms but In actually it was only 6.
The positives for our group the beds & the bedding in all the rooms were very comfortable and very nice. The decor & everything was nice. The view is amazing from the deck. Beautiful view. The bathrooms were nice just the temperature issues. The TV in all the bedrooms were new and very large The only downside with the great room TV could have been a little bigger.

We have been coming to LOTO for years now, and this was the nicest spot that could fit us all perfectly.

This property is a great place for a large group and has a fabulous view of the main channel. I did not give it 5 stars because of several small things that detracted from our overall experience. The tv in the main room was frozen on the start up screen upon arrival so we were unable to watch any tv while gathered in the main room for our 4 day/night stay. The collection of pots and pans was really subpar. There were no large skillets at all and in a property that sleeps 14 that’s a fairly big deal. The shower head in the master bedroom fell off the first day. The property has a washer and dryer but there was no laundry detergent - first time I’ve encountered that. It was a great place for our large family to enjoy the lake and surrounding area, but the numerous issues left us somewhat disappointed given the price we paid.

This is the second time we stayed at the Penthouse! It is a great place for a large family. We cooked a lot of our meals together, played cards, games, and enjoyed our time together. The views from the deck are amazing. We had a boat and the owner was great in getting us a boat slip to fit our boat. Owner is great in responding to questions. I would definitely recommend this condo!

This is an amazing property to rent. We had 3 familes staying there and there was plenty of room and everything that we needed. We spent alot of time on the deck looking out over the lake. Would definitely rent this one again.

Every year we take a group of family & friends for a long birthday getaway, this property was perfect. It was clean, had a beautiful view, and I was so impressed with the hot water heater. There have been many instances where we have stayed at other condominiums and the hot water couldn’t keep up, every single shower was in use at one point and we never experienced any cold water. I had a question regarding the grill and Jason instantly called me and talked me through it! 5 stat experience! This condo was perfect for our large group! We definitely will be back!

We had 3 families stay here over thanksgiving. It was great. We really enjoyed the unit and the location, the views from the deck were awesome. We also had family just a few floors below us. Super convenient! Would definitely stay again!

My wife and I were renewing our wedding vows after 45 years. Our 3 adult kids and their spouses and children joined us. There was plenty of room and the condo was very nice. Everything we needed was there or nearby. It was off season and very cold so we did not utilize all of the amenities. I’m certain it is even better in a warmer season. I would book this condo again.

We had 11 adults stay here for 4 nights and enjoyed the spaciousness of this condo. The bedrooms were great. We did notice several cobwebs around and dust on the floor and lamps. We were disappointed the Kurig didn’t work. I’m not sure the last time the stove was cleaned but it was BLACK in side. The second refrigerator was dirty as well. The patio was very spacious and the view was gorgeous however it was very dirty. We spent the first hour cleaning cobwebs and bugs(spiders) off of the chairs and tables. We never did figure out how to use the awnings but not sure they even worked they were so so dirty. The 2 patio doors were also very dirty.

Love this place. Eleven 70+ women gather each year and brave the four flights of steps for the view, the multiple king-sized beds, plentiful bathrooms, and large dining table. Were pleased an extra refrigerator has been added.

We had our 3 day work retreat and had meetings in the unit. Excellent view and useful space. The deck was a great place to relax and enjoy the view. The bedrooms were great. We will go back again next year.

Family Vacation
This was an excellent condo to stay in. Beds were comfy and whole place was very clean. (except oven) At 59 an elevator would have been great but it was good exercise. I would stay here again.

Great for multiple families!
We had 3 families - 6 adults and 7 kids - with the three master bedrooms it worked great for each family to have their own space. The main living area easily accommodated all of us and we enjoyed the large deck. Bonus: there was a full size fridge in the laundry area that we designated as the beverage fridge.
Only downfall was the stairs. We had a lot of stuff for 13 people!

Dads Family Birthday
We celebrated our Dads 8Oth Birthday. The Penthouse has a beautiful view of the sunset. We loved the patio area. The unit was very spacious, we all loved the comfy beds. The master suite was amazing. Two refrigerators and two living quarters was nice. The decor and layout were exceptional, and the pool was close. Take your own beach towels. We were close to Redheads Restaurant. Jason was great with communication. Check the grill when you arrive. We will stay again!

Best view at the lake
Spent memorial day 2022 with my family at this wonderful penthouse condo. The accommodations were fantastic with plenty of room for my 13 people. Also had plenty of dishes silverware pots and pans that were available which is not always the case. Highly advise anyone to rent this.

I'm so glad we found this place. It looks even better in person. We took our kids and their families for easter weekend. The view of the lake thru the massive windows was awesome. Beds were so comfortable. Plenty of bedrooms for everyone. Two bedrooms walk out onto the large deck that spans the width of the condo. Very clean. Property manager answered my text right away when we couldnt figure out the remote. The only negative was going up 4 sets of stairs with an ice chest.

Great location and view.
Perfect location. Everything we wanted to do was within a 15 minute drive. Beautiful lake view from the entire deck. Condo was in good shape overall, some wear and tear was noticed around windows and doors, dishwasher, and dryer but nothing major and still a great value! This does have 6 king beds which is wonderful, however one of the king beds is located in the open loft and not an actual bedroom. Would definitely return again in the future.

Great views, beautiful penthouse rental.
We loved this place, we had 4 couples and 4 small children for our annual family vacation. There was plenty of space for us all to gather together or hang out in a quiet space if needed. The views are spectacular and you're literally right on the water, albeit 4 stories up. The deck is a bit narrow, but spans the width of the entire condo, so plenty of space for everyone. We hope to be back again next fall.

Sorority Reunion
We are a group of a dozen age 70+ sorority sisters who loved the place! We struggled a bit with the four flights of eight steps each, but decided the climb was worth it once we got into the well-appointed, spacious, comfortable penthouse with an amazing view. It was great to have so many bedrooms with king beds, the four bathrooms, a large dining table, and plenty of seating inside and out. We were pleased at how well appointed it was -- some condiments, lots of trash bags, plenty of dishes/utensils/cookware and linens. We hope to return yearly until we can no longer manage the steps.
