Very Clean & Comfortable

Breakfast was good.

Hard to find the entrance to the property and parking lot of main highway.

Loved that the room was modern, clean and spacious. The bed linens were of great quality and comfortable. Breakfast area was also clean and modern with plenty of space to sit and enjoy a meal. The breakfast spread was great for an inclusive breakfast. I met the cook and she definitely was proud of her area and meals she prepared. She kept the area very tidy and clean. She was awesome! Thank you for the free parking and the shuttle to the airport. That convenience that was included was a seller for me.

It was confusing getting into the Holiday Inn as a Best Western is what you saw first. Come to fine out it was the same entrance for both. The confusion was added by the fact that the entry was in between two fast food places from the main road, as I recall. The area is what it is. Just didn't go out at night. The convenience close to the airport is what we cared about. The double bed room would have been nice if they were queen size as I was expecting. Me and the hubby were a bit snugged, but the bed was very comfortable. So for one night, we made due.

Close to the domestic and rental car terminals at ATL airport.

The parking situation and having to walk back to my car after check in to move my car into the correct parking lot due to the controlled entrance. Parking fee is include in your stay so you need your keycard to access the correct parking lot

because my reservations were made on line - NO changes could be made. (Since making the reservations I had broken my leg and ask to be near an elevator - but since no changes could be made they could not accommodate - so we were at the last room at the end of hallway)

we were in Atlanta for a Braves game &we thought it was close to the stadium…it was not! Area didn’t feel as safe as I’d like.

The hotel and the room were very clean! I also liked that the parking lot was gated.

I cannot think of anything I did not like. The whole experience was very pleasant, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Room was large and close to the airport (about 5 minutes). Breakfast was nice and the breakfast worker was also very nice. The bed was large and comfortable. There is a taco restaurant nearby (same building as ihop) which was very good!

While there is a free shuttle from the airport, it only goes to and from the domestic terminal. This hotel is closer to international so you would think it would go there too. Unfortunately, we were flying international in and out so on the way in we needed to shuttle to domestic and then call for the shuttle (does not run regularly and shuttle driver doesn’t seem to want to do his job of shuttling people). This added at least an hour to our journey to the hotel despite the hotel being about 5 minutes from international. Had we known earlier about all the hoops we had to jump through, we would have just gotten a taxi. Also, shuttle only runs every half hour (upon request, of course). We decided to eliminate a lot of wasted travel time by getting an Uber to international when we left. Upon arrival at the hotel, the receptionist was apparently too impatient to wait for me to hand my passport over and just left for a few minutes despite seeing the passport in my hand after getting it out of my bag. Was just a bit of a strange way to check in and after a 9 hour flight, the last thing we wanted to do was wait for someone who was too impatient to wait for ten seconds.

Hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful.
