The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable with crisp, spotless bedsheets that made falling asleep easy. The front-desk staff were some of the best I've experienced in the US during all my many travels this year. They were super friendly, well-informed, and attentive. The shuttle service to the airport is convenient and the driver was friendly and kind. The driver dropped me off at a different terminal than the one the airline specified. He explained I'd save time and he was absolutely right. I really appreciated that.

The food in the restaurant was below average. The restaurant/bar was short-staffed which seems to be the situation in many hotels and restaurants today. But this would not prevent me from staying here again as everything else about the hotel was exactly what I needed for a quiet, comfortable good night's sleep and speedy access to the airport in the early morning.

Everything was great! I booked this property because I was attending a Gala at the Delta Flight museum and this hotel was close. At check in I was giving a ticket for a free glass of wine which I thought was so nice and was told that I could take the shuttle to the Delts Flight Museum instead of paying for an uber! Amazing accommodations and great staff!

However, upon arrival, we were disappointed to find that our bed request was considered a "special request" and was not fulfilled. As we were not comfortable sharing a bed, we requested a roll-away bed as an alternative. While the staff tried their best to help, they were unable to find any duvets or blankets for the roll-away bed. This made for a very uncomfortable night's sleep as it was quite cold and I had to make do with just 2 sheets as covers. The following day, we requested duvets again and it took four calls throughout the day to finally receive them. While we appreciate the efforts of the staff, it would have been helpful if the booking page had more transparently indicated which requests were guaranteed and which were optional. This would have allowed us to make more informed decisions about our accommodations.

The hotel room was spacious, clean, and the bed super comfortable. However, what made the experience memorable was Christie at the front desk after 1:30am. Due to a missed connection, Delta placed me in a hotel (Motel6 by the airport). I ended up booking the Kimpton Overland last minute and it was the best decision. Christie was personable and helped put me at ease after a stressful situation. Thank you, Christie!

The room was super clean, and the bedding was very comfortable! I loved the atmosphere of the whole hotel!!! The heated pool was my favorite part, and the on-site restaurant was incredible!!! I highly recommend the rooftop bar as well! The view was stellar!!!

I wish there was a soaking tub in all of the rooms. The room I stayed in the first time was very nice! It had a tub, but the tub was very narrow, which I did not love. It was still deep enough to enjoy though!

Being charged $30 for parking per night, TV did not work, phone in hotel room did not work (to call front desk), needing to pay $15 to access wifi. Someone tried to enter our room prior to checkout time while we were still getting ready.

I liked how my room over looked the Porsche race track experience. It was entertaining to look at the cars race and test out the vehicles handling.

The only thing I did not like was the TV reseating during the day every 2hrs. I only know that because I stayed in the room during the day while the Mrs was working.

gym is basic but ok worst part was that the room was noisy at night - it was like large building infrastructure humming and came from outside our room, it was like a generator was running and it lasted until after 2am only one restaurant option (nowhere else accessible without a vehicle nearby) and they were unable to cope with customers who were all guests so it could not have been a surprise as they claimed that they were so busy. reception staff were not very helpful, both on check in and check out and every query in between - they looked and sounded completely disinterested. they gave the bare minimum info and looked annoyed when we asked any questions.

the restaurant took forever to bring food. the front desk wasn’t very helpful on the night shift. I spilled water on the covers and requested a new comforter but the one they replaced it with had a rip and they wouldn’t give me a new one.

I disliked the lack of a private bathroom and shower arrangement. The toilet was basically a closet. Thank goodness I’m not claustrophobic or I would’ve definitely had a panic attack. In my honest opinion, the beds hurt my back.
