My husband, our 4 month old and my in-laws stayed for a long weekend! The house was perfect for us! Fairly clean but could definitely use a good scrub down when it comes to walls and doors. It’s well decorated and felt very homey. Close to downtown. I see quite a few reviews complaining about the neighborhood although we found it to be pretty quiet. The neighbor offered figs from her tree and was very friendly! I do recommend bringing paper towels (only one roll was supplied) as well as seasonings if you plan on cooking. The kitchen has all the basic utensils and plenty of dining ware along with pots and pans. The AC was fighting to cool the place down and definitely needed a filter change. (We kept it at 74 during the day and 72 at night) we went to the aquarium which was only 7 minutes away from the house. Loved that !

House looks small from outside, but surprisingly roomy once inside. Has a real "at home" feel and more than enough things close by to keep you entertained.

This property was close to all the activities we planned on doing including downtown and Lookout Mountain. It was large enough for our group of 6 to cook & eat meals as well as play board games at the table. The host was very responsive and accommodating.

Hosted the family for our annual after Christmas get together. Very disappointed with this rental since it was not accurately depicted on the VRBO website. This unit was located in the middle of what I would politely refer to as a sketchy area, although we did not experience any security issues during our stay. Only stayed 2 out of the 3 nights booked due to the dirty condition of the unit (photos are outdated since upkeep is severely lacking) and the lack of sleeping accommodations (only 3 beds) for 6 adults and 3 children ( 2 school age and 1 infant), even though the description indicated that it would accommodate all of us.
Would not recommend or stay there again.

It felt like our on home. In the a/c filter was stopped up and the dryer vent was to made fell right at home. We really liked the lighting in the house. If we come back that way we would drop by and rent it again. Thanks Jason

Great location for getting to and experiencing the sites of Chattanooga. Host was great and decorated the house inside for Christmas for us. There were 6 of us and we had plenty of room, kitchen is very functional for cooking. The closet in the M. Bedroom was unaccessable due to furniture, unable to hang up closthes. It was a good week for us!

Our purpose of the stay was the Motorcar Festival. My husband and I joined another couple for the weekend. My only complaint is the owner had no communication with me
prior to our check in at 4pm on our check in day. I had to initiate the conversation by requesting the check in instructions, which I received at 4:01 pm. The property was perfect for our needs. It was clean and spacious. All of the amenities were present and the neighborhood was quiet. It was a perfect location to enjoy the downtown area and also to enjoy St Elmo and the Lookout Mountain. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay again it I were to return to

The house was very clean, very nicely decorated. The neighborhood was very quiet with nice neighbors. The location was perfect for Lookout Mountain and Ruby Falls. St. Elmo is a great little area with everything you need nearby. Great communication with the owner. Thank you for a nice place to stay!

Pros: The home is very spacious. The beds are super comfy. The house is decorated very cute. The owner is nice and responds quickly. The kitchen is very spacious and has tons of great stuff to use. There were plenty of blankets and pillows.
Cons: Fire detectors need batteries. They beeped the entire time. The sofas need more support. The neighborhood isn’t in the best area. The parking garage was overly packed so unable to park in garage.

Everything was good except check-in. I had asked if we could check in around three, and received an affirmative answer; however, I was not able to get a phone response regarding how to get in until around five. It made it extremely tight for our dinner plans.
