First Light est une grande maison contemporaine, répartie sur 3 niveaux fabuleux. Situé sur Lighthouse Road, il se trouve à quelques pas de la célèbre plage de Pass et à seulement 15 minutes à pied de la ville. Cette maison est un rêve pour les artistes avec sa grande cuisine moderne et sa vaste terrasse orientée nord bénéficiant d'une vue imprenable sur l'océan. La retraite de la chambre principale est située au dernier étage et offre également une vue imprenable depuis le balcon de la juliette. Sa conception pratique en duplex avec plusieurs espaces de vie en fait la maison de vacances familiale idéale. De grandes portes vitrées s'ouvrent pour capter la brise marine et l'hiver il y a un feu de bois pour vous garder au chaud.

This house is great for a group holiday of two or three couples. Bedrooms are well separated and lots of communal space for relaxing. Beach restaurant is only a short stroll down the hill. Easy check in and check out. Comfortable beds and great facilities. One thing missing was a vacuum, which would make keeping on top of minor mess much easier.

Beautiful home - perfect for large groups
We loved our stay at First Light. The home is huge and great for groups, with plenty of seating areas and very well appointed.
They even supplied beach towels which was a great addition.
The balcony has an amazing view, great for a bbq or sitting outside with a morning coffee.
The driveway is a bit precarious but once you've navigated it once it is no trouble.
Would stay again!

A Perfect Stay at First Light
Wonderful property with a lovely relaxed ambience in a perfect location with great views. Well presented and very clean and loads of parking. Easy walk into town and to the beach. Great living spaces for a large group. Large wardrobe in master suite still has issues with the drawers unable to be accessed. We would definitely stay again

Stay ay FirstLight
Excellent property in great location. We experienced a couple of glitches with the internet which turned out to be an NBN problem and not the owners fault but the owner and property manger went out of their way to provide a solution which we really appreciated. Their response was first class and we would like to than them for it. Im sure this was only a temporary issue that would be easily sorted.

Serene, Open Spacious Airy Property with Good Ocean Views
We were pleased with both the ambience and the space this property offered for a wedding party for the groom & groomsmen. It accommodated all our needs in this regard with most bedrooms for the groomsmen on the lower floor. As the parents of the groom, our area was upstairs in a separate space. Everyone commented on the serene location, close to the Pass and out of the main, busy hub of Byron. Although it is a fantastic property in so many ways I believe it will be soon time for some building updates. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful property, could be kitted out better
This is a fabulous house in a great location with beautiful views. It's really stunning. We saw whales in the bay every day from the front porch. It did, however, have little quirks that indicate that no one has ever lived in it. For instance, it didn't have a coffee maker, the plates don't fit in the dishwasher and in the master bedroom, there is a huge walk in closet but the doors don't open enough to access any of the drawers. Overall, it is a great place. With a few improvements, it would be truly awesome.

The Perfect Haven
We can't thank you enough for the opportunity to enjoy everything First Light has to offer. A carefully thought out paradise that has space, light, beautiful furnishings and artwork, and all the practical bits that make it a home away from home (but so luxurious, and oh! what a view!) Private but so close to everything. We thought it looked amazing online, but photos will ever do it justice, the light and space is amazing. Thank you for having us. We will be back. CM

Another area downstairs, only feedback for families this deck doesn't have a fence so could be dangerous for kids.The house is just steps from the pass, it's 15-20 min walk into town and right on the walking path to the lighthouse.The house came stocked with kindling for a fire, which we had 2! The real estate at Byron luxury homes were so helpful and allowed us a check out at midday, which enabled one last swim! I will definitely be back to this amazing property!
