Breakfast had many options, including eggs and sausage, yogurt, fruit, cereals & more. Our room was very spacious and relaxing. Beds were comfortable, shower was hot. Would definitely stay here again!
There isn't much to not like. The pool was a little small? lol And the AC kept us hot then cold off and on overnight, but that's kind of to be expected for a hotel.

Breakfast was good. Location was convenient. Front desk man gave great dinner recommendations, room was spacious enough for 5 of us comfortably. The huge closet we used as a changing room.
The bathroom door and lighting in the back made interesting revealing images to those not in the bathroom. Under the trundle bed there was old food and silverware. The couch had disgusting stains on them

The breakfast was amazing
The older gentleman that was taking out the trash and cleaning he was very nice, funny and he just put a smile on your face.
We enjoyed everything but the smell in the hallways they smelled and the pool was not warmed

I love the location of this property, near the turnpike, a suburban area, not far from Philly. Also, staff was very friendly.
Our bathroom door didn’t actually latch. It did close, but wouldn’t latch.

Location for lacrosse tournament
No room cleaning for 2 night stay had to request new towels etc. huge hotel with one washer and one dryer. Terrible for all the lacrosse players staying who needed uniforms cleaned breakfast was meh and not served at good times

Breakfast food was excellent as well as staff - so friendly and helpful. Room was clean and modern, had everything we needed - loved that there were real glasses in the room!
Some noise from the turnpike in the room but that can't be helped.

Power outage first night for several hours. But that’s not anyone’s fault.

Nothing!!! I was unable to even check in! The front desk is really unfriendly, and my reservation was cancelled before I arrived. They claimed that I contacted to cancel my reservation a day in advance, but that is untrue. Our decision to leave and find a different hotel was based on the attitude of the desk clerk, who has no skills in providing excellent customer service. Her manager was present and tried to assist but we made a decision to just leave. People who work in customer service need to be able to handle difficult situations and satisfy clients, but that person has to be dismissed or at the very least receive training because else, she will end up costing the hotel a lot of money. I took her name and I’ll report her to the hotel customer service hotline. I never write terrible reviews, but this lady's lack of professionalism made me furious.
