Overall an excellent property. Plenty of room, fantastic location, excellent to all events.. Only improvements could be cleanliness by housekeeping, and upgrade to appliances (except washer & dryer which was excellent). There was an issue with wifi, but Craig is taking care of that already... A great stay with my family. Thanks to all.

Great location and not to far from most things. Enjoyed the peace and 20 min ride to Honeymoon island where we ended up spending most our days. Clearwater was pretty and good restaurants/shopping.

Booked this lovely house after a busy week in Orlando. Exactly what we needed to relax! Facilities were great, and we all loved the pool. Unfortunately we didn’t get to meet Oscar, but loved watching the squirrels race around in the morning! Would recommend this 100%

Our stay at this beautiful house was simply unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the beds were a dream – we slept wonderfully every night.
The kitchen is fully equipped, making cooking a pleasure. We enjoyed having our meals by the Pool area with a lovely view of the beautiful garden. The outdoor space is equally impressive.
One of the highlights is the house’s location. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood but still close to all major attractions and amenities. We had no trouble exploring the area and always had a wonderful retreat to come back to.
Communication with Craig was excellent. He were always available and very helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. It’s clear he is truly care about the well-being of their guests.

This was our second trip to this great home and we really enjoyed it. Everything we needed was there and Craig was so helpful and accommodating. Spotlessly clean and great pool.. Very nice area and within reach of shops. We are hoping to visit again next year and wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else.

This is a huge home with three bedrooms and two full baths. There are two living rooms a dinning room and huge kitchen, with bar and table. Plenty of room for families to spread out r up to 3 couples. Large patio, pool, with plenty of shade and a grill. Lots of amenities were provided and Craig was available usually immediately whenever we had questions. Thank you Craig! Peg & Allen

This was perfect for our family of 5. This property was clean and comfortable. It's location was perfect for us. We were able to easily go to Tampa and Clearwater from the home's location. Craig was easy to communicate with and promply answered all of our questions and needs.

This house was everything and more we could of expected. Craig thought of Everything, more than everything! The house and the property was amazing and pristine! Craig was so attentive if I had a question or anything the response from him was withing a minute or 2. I couldn't of asked for a better experience or vacation! Very nice neighborhood with plenty of nearby stores and restaurants. We don’t cook a lot on vacation but the house was well equipped for cooking. Appreciated all the little things like dish soap, baggies, air fresheners to name a few. Loved the way the house is separated so that you could spread out and have space. Prior to and during visit, Craig was easy to contact and very responsive. Would definitely want to stay again if back in the area!

We had a wonderful Time in this well stocked, heated Pool home. The House was centrally located to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Most of our time was spent on Honeymoon Island which was not far. We will definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you for everything Craig!

From Day 1 Craig made everything smooth. Check in was easy. The house was very clean. The location phenomenal- sooo many things to do! Comfortable rooms. Beautiful warm pool. Interesting art work on the walls. More than enough kitchen supplies. Quiet lovely neighborhood. My husband’s first extended stay in Florida in winter and he and our friends just loved everything (as did I)! Don’t forget to go to Sand Key and Steve’s Produce!

Family of 4 with teens found the property very comfortable with room to spread out. Heated pool was a big hit with the kids. Loved eating on the screened patio. Kitchen was well equipped. Neighborhood was ideal for morning walks and there was a nice loop around the nearby community center. Neighborhood was quiet. Location was great for visiting family in the area and day trips. Multiple Publix grocery stores close by. Overall a very nice property!

This property is in a great location, close to many restaurants, golf, parks, and other attractions. The host, Craig, provided good information about what was around. We took advantage of his guidance and had a really nice time.
Craig was available and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed but otherwise left us alone.
The house is clean and had everything we needed, including a washer and dryer. We were very comfortable.
The neighborhood and surrounding area has sidewalks and is easy to walk around, and there is a park very close with walking paths.
One of our highlights was going to the Parrotdise Sunset Dolphin Cruise, an attraction recommended by Craig. It was a great way to end our trip.

We stayed over spring break and had a very comfortable stay. Upon entering the home there was jazz music playing on the tv and the place was very clean. Pool floats and air pump provided. Keurig and regular coffee maker provided. Books, games, iron, hairdryer, towels, beach chairs, coolers. Night light in kids room. My kids loved the daily visit from Oscar the great egret. We loved the outdoor area near the pool and had plenty of room for our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids). We ate most of our meals out there. All kitchen utensils you could need were provided. We flew in so it was great to have everything there. Close to grocery stores and easy drive to Clearwater beach. The owner was easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

The home is a relaxing home away from home. Craig was attentive and check in was easy. The purpose of our visit was to spend time with our family so we spent most of our time hanging out by the pool. The home has everything you need for your stay. I do wish I had brought my own pillow but I would definitely recommend staying at this home!

The 1st day entering the house, i walked in, I smelled CLEAN, it hit me right in the face! That is most important for me with house rentals. The house was clean and fresh smelling. Location is great, nice quiet neighborhood. Craig is very tentative, and Quick responding to all of my needs. The Laundry room was heaven, perfect separate private space, good quality wash & Dryer. All the beds are SUPER comfy, good quality sheets are used. I would recommend this house especially for Families to stay. It is spaces, and the 2 living spaces are a plus, The couches are like sitting on clouds. My introvert daughter had her own personal space to hangout in during the night, instead of staying in her room. she loved it. I would absolutely stay in this house again. Jo

This is the second time we have stay at this property. Its in a great location and the pool was great but felt the property needed to be updated and better maintained. All the plates and glasses in the kitchen are either cracked or chipped. Most of the kitchen unit handles were also loose. The lights above the kitchen unit were not working apart from one light bulb. When we arrived the pool was not clean and moss had built up over time around the waterfall - the area around the waterfall does need cleaning - (the pool guy came a week later only to sort the pool out). There was four of us but only three sun loungers - one which was broken. When we went to the beach there were no folding chairs (apart from the rust and mouldy ones on the patio area), nor a sun umbrella. I reached out to Craig but he said the previous one was broken - why not go out and replace it was my thought - so I went and bought one which Craig said he would refund me. Unfortunately, there was no comeback on the chairs. In the bathroom next to the twin bedded room the toilet flush does not work properly and on occasions would not shut of so I manually had to sort out. In fact both bathrooms could do with a refurbish as well as the kitchen. It would also be useful if Craig provided updated information on the area (not just what he send out) and instructions on how the door locking system worked - especially as we had never seen that type of lock before. However, do not let you put this off as its a great property in a great location but needs to be better maintained.

From start to finish, everything was perfect! Craig was very helpful in not only making himself available if needed at anytime, but also by providing a list of places to eat and must see beaches and parks to visit in the area. We all enjoyed ourselves and plan to visit again!

The home was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and just a short drive from shopping, golf courses, parks and beaches. The list of restaurants and attractions sent to us by the homeowner was very helpful since this was our first visit to the area . We visited many of the suggested areas/locations and weren’t disappointed in any of them.

Wonderful property
It is our 2nd time staying at this house. It is perfect for families with kids. Pool was heated well despite the cooler weather. House was well equipped and properly owner was always available if we had questions. The location is perfect as well very close to Honeymoon Island. We will definitely stay here again in the future.
