La première et la chambre principale (1) sont situées au bout du couloir et disposent d'un lit king size avec un sommier à baldaquin, de plafonds voûtés, de deux grands placards, de deux tables de nuit avec lampes, d'un téléviseur haute définition à écran plat 37 pouces avec lecteur DVD. player et Comcast, ventilateur de plafond, grande commode de chambre et salle de bain privée. La salle de bain principale (2) a été entièrement rénovée et comprend un comptoir en granit extra-long avec un meuble-lavabo, une douche à l'italienne en verre surdimensionné, des installations en acier inoxydable et des toilettes.
La deuxième chambre à l'étage (2) est similaire dans sa conception et comporte un lit queen size avec un cadre de lit personnalisé et des draps confortables, deux (2) tables de nuit avec lampes, un ventilateur de plafond, une très grande commode et besoins de stockage et sa propre salle de bain. La salle de bains privative (3) est parfaitement accentuée par son plafond en angle et offre à ses clients une douche en verre avec carrelage en grès, un comptoir en granit avec évier Kohler, des finitions en bronze et des toilettes.
La chambre en mezzanine donne sur le salon familial et est idéale pour les grands groupes se rendant �� Park City, dans l'Utah! Le loft offre un lit queen-size escamotable, une chaise longue avec repose-pieds et une commode pour le rangement.
Rendez-vous au premier étage et c'est là que se trouvent les deux autres chambres, la quatrième salle de bains, l'accès au garage pour 2 voitures et le lave-linge et le sèche-linge HE. La troisième chambre (3) comprend un lit queen-size avec cadre de lit en bois, deux placards, une table de chevet avec lampe et une grande commode en bois. La quatrième chambre (4), également située au premier étage, comprend deux (2) lits jumeaux avec des sommiers en bois, une grande commode en bois, un placard et partage la quatrième et dernière salle de bains avec l���autre chambre du bas.
La quatrième salle de bains (4) a également été récemment rénovée, comme tout le reste, et dispose d’un comptoir en granit bleu avec évier Kohler, de carrelage en pierre, d’une baignoire, d��une douche et de toilettes. Unique à cette propriété est que le premier étage a neuf (9) pieds de plafonds, donc, comme le reste de la maison, il se sent ouvert et spacieux. Le premier étage a acc��s au garage pour deux voitures.

This was the perfect place for our family (6 adults). Lots of room to hang out. The house was clean and comfortable and the management co was was very responsive. I highly recommend. It was an easy 5 min walk downhill to the lifts at the base of PC.

The staff at iTrip was great. Very good at communication. They fixed the one issue we had during the trip right away. The home was in a perfect location close to the lifts and much bigger than the pictures showed. The stairs out front were a little tricky as we arrived after a fresh snowfall and some Uber drivers may be confused because the house is located off a side road, not Lowell. The Xplorer ski rental add-on was a nice addition.
Overall the iTrip team was great and the house was better than advertised!

The house is great. Located close enough to town to walk (if there isn't snow and ice everywhere) and close enough to the lofts to walk (the hill is steep and if there's snow and ice it is a bit treacherous). Wish it was truly ski in / ski out.

Property managers were very communicative through slight hiccups (out of their control - weather related power outages and road conditions) and we had a great stay, and are def considering coming back!

Only problem was the fireplace did not work. However, I call the number provided and the maintenance person arrived within minutes are put in new batteries. Gas fireplace worked great the rest of our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Clean and spacious for 8 of us. Attentive staff with daily check ins. Wished there were more cozy blankets in the living room area to use, but we were told by the staff about extra blankets in the upstairs bedrooms (found 1 large king size blanket). They also did charge $50 or 75 for early check in despite the unit being available and it was a snow storm….little things like coffee and tea would’ve been nice as well.

We loved our stay at 1197 Lowell. Flawless execution of gaining access. Extremely comfortable. And that was the biggest most comfortable couch I have ever spent time on. Hot tub was an added bonus. Had only one special request during the day, which was responded to, and met immediately.

This property was perfect for our family weekend getaway. We had 4 couples and 2 kids and everyone had enough space. Everything was clean and in great working order. The communication with the host was fantastic. So close to everything and we had fun shopping at the outlets, riding the Alpine coaster, and just hanging out together in the hot tub. We would highly recommend this beautiful property!

We absolutely loved the property, the location, and amenities! Our 2nd annual trip to park city was delightful!
Be sure to bring your own cleaning supplies (Clorox wipes, etc) andi be sure only 2 cars (we had 4 so we had to find extra parking off property). Other than that, The bedrooms were fantastic, super clean and welcoming! We can't wait to be back next year!

Great house for a group trip
I stayed here for a girls weekend with a group of 6 and this house was great for the occasion. Everyone got their own bed, and there were plenty of bathrooms (4). The place has a lodge, mountain feel which is great. It is at the top of a hill so it is a downhill walk to town and an uphill walk back. My only complaint is that the listing on VRBO advertised "stay 3 nights, get a 4th night free" and when I inquired about that, it was not in fact the case (only for trips in February) and felt like false advertising. But iTrip did allow us to check in an hour early which I appreciated. Overall recommend!

Great stay just needs a little cleaning!
This was a very nice property and great space for 9 of us! It is close to Main Street (but can feel like a trek with lots of stairs). I also will say that it did not seem the cleanest. Bugs can be normal but we saw a lot of dead bugs that seemed like they’d been dead for a while so hadn’t been vacuumed and there were lots of spider and cob webs. But the communication with owners was amazing they were very responsive and helpful!

Very nice condo and fantastic service
We had a group of 7 guys stay at 1197 Lowell through MLK weekend. It was a great condo for this size of group with enough beds for everyone to sleep comfortably. The condo is well maintained, well stocked, and the directions provided by iTrip prior to arrival were easy to follow.____We had a few hiccups after check-in and iTrip was very responsive via text and fixed them right away, so their service was really great.____The condo is in a great location - a couple blocks from the Resort Center/Payday lift and then a .5 mile walk to main street. It is on a hill, so if you walk to the slopes or to town, you do have quite a bit of a climb to get back to the condo. And the "ski-in" path was difficult to find, so make sure you ask iTrip where to look for it before you try to end your day!____I'd definitely stay here again and I'd definitely use iTrip for future bookings as well.

We enjoyed a week of skiing Park City from this lovely home next to the slopes and a short walk from downtown old town. Some construction noise FYI due to new buildings going up. Great home for families with a nice hot tub.

There is a massive construction project going on next to the property but noise was not an issue. We liked the layout and thought it was nice that firewood was supplied. We really only really only had a few small gripes with the place. 1) The entire cable system was in standard definition. Have you watched a basketball game in non-HD???? Me either... since 2001 :-) This is an easy fix. 2) We also couldn't get the streaming services (netflix/hulu) to work. 3) Most other places we've stayed over the years come with a welcome packet, complete with user instructions for hotub, TV, Sono's, heating system.... etc. We weren't able to find that at this property. We did receive prompt service from the itrip management company for the most part.... which was appreciated.

It is in prime location with easy walking access to ski lifts and Main St. The rooms were comfortable each having its own bathroom.
