The house is amazing, the location was great, I would not think twice about booking again.

Lots of pretty pictures, great posted price, nice location with a lake view....however, when the price nearly doubles with a "cleaning fee" then you find the shower drain full of someone else's hair, black oven crap dripped on the drawer below the oven, and old food caked on the dishes in the cupboard, the billiards table felt is torn, 3 of 5 pool ques have no tip (unusable) so playing a game of pool can't be done due to the walls on 3 sides requiring a shorter que, 1 of the 3 broken, trepidation arrives. I called to list multiple concerns with the host, who expressed concern, but hasn't responded with any monetary conideration after my specific request over 24 hours ago. They will be refuding my 10 x the price damage deposit though. Use your money elsewhere would be my suggestion.

The owners are lovely people, they came and introduced themselves and left us a bottle of wine and Cuban pastries! They were very helpful and made us feel right at home. The house and grounds are beautiful without being over the top. Great place to relax and reconnect as a family and with friends. Our adult children loved the location, with restaurants and activities nearby for the little ones. And easy access to grocery stores and big box stores made it stress free to get anything you forgot to bring. Beach days are great, but the pool with its 2 slides made every day a swimming day for our family and we enjoyed it immensely! The Wild Fork meat and seafood store nearby, was a wonderful find and we used the outdoor grill to cook all kinds of treats including Aligator! We are definitely giving them a call again next time in Miami!

I rented this house for me and 7 friends for a bachelorette party- it was PERFECT! The backyard space, pool, slides (SO FUN!), view of the water, tiki hut etc. were beautiful additions to the home. I would highly recommend this rental property & can’t wait to go back!

Very clean and everything worked as it should! Caught a big bass off the dock. Wish we could have stayed longer!!

We had my bachelorette at Sharon’s place and it was the perfect place to stay since we didn’t intend on going out to bars with COVID going on. The home was spacious and had a beautiful backyard are eith pool, tiki bar, lounge chairs, water slides, and was completely private from neighboring houses. Not to mention the view over the water was incredible from the deck. Highly recommend this place if you’re entertaining a large group that likes spending g time outside.

We had a Larger group of family and friends, we stayed for a long weekend and went to the dolphins game ! The home was as advertised.. Location was great next to everything in town and easy access to highways, straight shot to the stadium. big bedrooms and plenty of space for everyone., Great for entertaining !! our kids fished , swam in the pool loved the pool slide , many decks with beautiful views . Pool table , outdoor grill and tiki hut....We enjoyed it all !! home is not brand new but makes up for it, in charm, amenities and space .. Lots of parking ... Ed and Sharon were great host ! answered all of our questions helped with local restaurants and activities , we had a problem with one tv and they brought us a brand new one in less than an Hour !!! Had a great time and would definitely stay again when headed back to South Florida !!

My family and I had an awesome stay at this property. The kids loved the pool and I loved sitting on the deck over the lake every morning drinking my coffee. The owners Sharon and Eddie are extremly nice and respond to any needs immediately. I would definitely rent this property again.

Booking with Sharon and her husband was a delight. Their property is amazing and so beautiful, it was the perfect stay for me and my family. Would definitely book with them again for whenever I plan to come back to Miami. They were so accommodating and helpful.

Our family group of ten stayed for one night on the way to the Keys. The house is great - could easily have slept twice as many! Of course the hit was the beautiful back yard: the water slide races, the tiki where we played cards even in the rain and the lake. My nephew even caught two fish. My thanks to Eddy and Sharon for their great hospitality and accommodating communication and to the hardworking housecleaners who we met coming and going we had a great night!

Quick and easy booking process. Good communications with the owners. Outside area beautiful. Shame we only had time to spend one night there. Great for large families / friends / groups

Our group consisted of two adults and 12 teenagers on a school trip, and this house fit the bill of exactly what we needed. The back patio and pool area were a particular highlight of this home for our group. We also very much appreciated the quick responsiveness of the owner when we needed questions answered. We were pleased with our stay.

We were a group of 12 moms from CT coming to celebrate my turning 40. The house was perfect sleeping arrangements and we had the best time. Thank you Eddy and Sharon for answering my questions ahead of time and for making it easy. The only thing I would change is having a fan for the for the bunk bed room. It got very warm in there at night and there just wasn’t any air circulation. The outside area was awesome and we had the best trip!

I hosted my 40th birthday party at this home. The owner answered all my questions timely. The house was as expected the backyard is even more beautiful in person. I was concerned about parking but there was plenty in the neighborhood and I had no troubles with the neighbors. The beds were comfy and we had plenty of linens, even towels for the pool. We had an awesome party and a great stay!

This property was truly amazing. Our family truly enjoyed the backyard and all that it had to offer. The bedrooms were very nice and everyone slept comfortably. It really had all the amenities that one looks for in a vacation rental: cable, WiFi, and a pool! I thought it was a very nice touch that they left shower gel and shampoo for the guests.

Appreciated the hosts quick response to any question we had. We very much enjoyed the double slide into the pool!

I just want to thank Mr. and Mrs. Torres for allowing me and my guests to stay here for my bachelor weekend in Miami! The pictures had us sold on where we wanted to stay while visiting, but actually getting there and witnessing this beautiful home blew us away! All of the rooms were spacious and with there being 15 of us, we all still slept comfortably. We were able to utilize the kitchen to prepare meals, but not without a special thanks to them again for supplying us with all the pots and pans you may need for any meal. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a vacation home to stay at while visiting the Miami area.
