This was a great place to stay. The location was perfect. We enjoyed the close walk to the beach, heated pools, sun decks, and cooking on the grills.

I want to give feedback on my customer experience. I want to tell you that while making my bed this morning, we found bed bugs. this is the first time that happens to me since I travel to the USA (20 years). despite this your location is great and the building outside is very well maintained

We really enjoyed our stay. It is really convenient that the beach condo is right beside the pool and grill. Loved how the condo thought about the little things. We loved walking barefoot to the beach everyday. So wonderful to be right on the ocean.

My wife & 2 adult children enjoyed our stay in Wildwood Crest this summer. We enjoyed 4 meals out & cooked in for 3. The 6 grills were a great feature along with ample space to lock our 4 bikes - & the walk to the beach was great - so close you could run back for lunch & be back sun-tanning in 30 minutes! Also appreciated was the assigned parking spot, making for convenient in & out.

Very happy with my stay. The place was very clean, the kitchen well equipped and the wifi worked well (important for teenagers). This property is very close to the pool, outdoor shower, barbecues and outdoor tables that we used every day. The beach is also very close. The whole family (2 adults, 4 childrens) enjoy his stay. The only things to improve : better describe the size of the beds ( for the sheets) and the conditionner was dusty and made us sneeze. It's a beautiful place.

We were very pleasantly surprised to find a set of twin bunk beds in the main bedroom. My 5 year old couldn't wait to sleep on that top bunk! My husband and I had more than enough room in the king size bed and the baby slept in a pack and play in the living room. We did not use the queen size fold out couch. We did utilized the pool and the grills. My husband couldn't believe how CLEAN everything is! Had a slight hiccup with the cable in the condo (living room), however Chris got that issue resolved within a very timely manner. All of the neighbors we encountered were very friendly and the condo has a very "close knit" feel to it. Had no worries hanging out bathing suits / towels on the balcony. Would definitely love to visit again!

The stay overall was okay, however the lack of minimal household essentials nearly led us to pursing a proper stay in a hotel instead.

The only 2 problems I had were that I'm very allergic to scents and there were a few fragrant containers out. I wrapped them up in a bag and put them in a drawer, so no huge deal (my bad, I forgot to put them back out). Also,the selection of TV channels wasn't very good. The condo was great! Clean and comfortable and so convenient. The bed is huge and comfortable.

Overall, the condo presented okay. A previous reviewer wrote about the plastic mattress pad on the bed which made the sheets keep slipping off during the night. It's true! Also, I was told that there was no maid service and that was apparent in the bathroom. Not sure when the tub and toilet were last cleaned.

We did enjoy our stay in this condo. It cozy and close to beach. I noticed it had some chairs and boards for kids( but we brought ours to use) I didn't give 5 stars for two reasons: there was no pillows on any beds so we had to do quick run to Walmart. Mattresses have protector that is made out of plastic ( it's great idea, coming from NYC I do get it) but our sheets kept on slipping and we would end up sleeping on plastic half night , which was bit annoying , maybe owner can change them to different material and problem will be fixed.

We had a fantastic week!! This condo was perfect for the 5 of us. We were able to grill, swim in the pools and walk out the door and go right down to the beach. Definitely a great place to stay!!

We had a great vacation. Neighbors were all friendly. Steps to the beach, as well as restaurants! The condo was well maintained and very clean. Nothing negative to say!! Great place to stay!

Everything was so great. We hadn't had a family vacation in NINE years....our son was six back then! We came to Summer Sands and were so pleased with the condo. Kitchen was clean and the whole set-up let us turn it into a mini home for a week. So convenient and the pools were clean too!! Nice short walk to the ocean and every person we met was so kind and friendly. Loved every minute of our stay.
