We rented the house for our annual family trip and it really worked well for us. There was plenty of space for our 2 grown children and their families (10 total). The house was very clean on arrival. It is well stocked and the furnishings were not old or worn. It was very warm during the week so it was a bit of a challenge keeping the inside at a comfortable temperature during the days but the nights cooled down wonderfully. We knew there was no air conditioning so we requested a couple of fans the week before we arrived. The house also had 2 fans. The location was great. Walking distance to the Village. We took full advantage of Sunriver, golfing, biking, floating the river, the SHARC, concert at the lodge and zip lining at Mt Bachelor.

We had a great time in Sunriver. Two other families also had houses in the same area, making it very easy for getting together with relatives. Large house, very well maintained, stocked and cleaned. The only thing that would have been an improvement is air conditioning as it was quite hot while we were there

The house has great bones and lots of room. No air conditioning. The master bedroom floors squeak badly everywhere. The master tv was missing a tv remote so to change the volume or turn it off and on you had to get up. The location was great and great living room and dining. The hit tub and barbeque worked well. There was a gas leak in the laundry room where the hot water heater is. It took 3 different men and 6 trips to get it fixed.

Updated older home with a great flow and all the right indoor/outdoor spaces. Garage and included bikes were great. Kitchen very well stocked and everything working perfectly. Beds very comfortable and all TVs in perfect working order. Location is exceptional, just off the beaten path but not too far from the Village. I would definitely stay again.

The house was in a great location to walk to the village, kitchen had ok supplies, bikes were fine and having the extra refrigerator was great. The house needs a good cleaning because dog hair is everywhere, even on the furniture and rolling along the baseboards. The only broom was full of dust and the small vaccuum only spewed dog hair. Garage door needs attention. Downstairs master sink doesn't drain.

Our family enjoyed this home. It was easy to walk around the house, eat at the table and enjoy a bicycle ride. The bowl-style dinner plates were hard to use and should be replaced with traditional dinner plates. The cookware was really nice. All of the bathrooms and the kitchen were well stocked with supplies. I would definitely stay here again.

The house is large with good bedroom options. There was a good supply of firewood, although it was not completely dry. It was a good thing we brought lots of newspaper and kindling. The kitchen was stocked well and even had spices and cooking oil. The dishes were not all clean especially the pans and silverware. Behind the back deck there was dog poop scattered around. There was a significant layer of dust and probably woodstove ash on the shelf of the home entertainment center. The tops of the side tables and night stands were not clean. The hot tub was very well maintained and clean. The washer and dryer worked well. The property management staff was very helpful and professional. The driveway provided quite a bit of parking space. The house is in a quiet area.

We played plenty of games and the hot tub was a big hit :) having 4 bathrooms is great with 7 teen/adults (1 in diapers) plenty of room. Kids saw all sorts of deer, a raccoon, squirrels 🐿️ and 🐸 frogs. Great place to make memories.

Great home for our family vacation with 6 adults & 3 children. Nice quiet location with close proximity to the Great Hall & Village. Loved the large Dining table that seats the whole family. Well stocked kitchen although some plastic plates & cups for the kids would be nice to have. Plenty of space for everyone

Nice location and house. Garage door kept coming off it's rollers and not opening / closing. needs more kitchen towels, paper towels. No dish washing soap little things you expect for the price

Very nice home. Quiet location with an easy walk to Village. SHARC passes were a great addition. Smaller back deck but had good grill and hot tub. Large dining table worked great for group meals. Large bedrooms. Would stay here again.

Our only complaint is that we wish we could check in earlier on our day of arrival so that we can enjoy it a bit longer. We have stayed at a lot of house in Sunriver over the years and this is by far our favorite. Can’t wait until next year!

Honesty the pictures don’t do it justice. It was a great stay and close to the village (easy walk). If you’re on the fence, I recommend to just jump in and book this place. You won’t regret it.
Only weird this was that one of the upstairs bedrooms had a light switch that didn’t turn on the table lamps (master switch) but the table lamps in the room worked manually. Small thing.

The house was incredible. Nice and open with plenty of space for a bunch of adults and a decent number of kids. I've stayed at a number of other properties on our yearly trips to Sunriver, but this was far and away the best.A minor gripe, but the balusters on the stairs and upper floor overlook were wide enough that small children could very easily fall through. This meant that we had to isolate our highly-mobile toddler on the main floor.

This was our second time staying at this house for our annual family trip to Sunriver. This is by far our favorite house that we’ve stayed in. Our only “complaint” is that we wish check in was earlier. Can’t wait for next year!

Perfect for a mid sized family. We had 5 in our group but it could easily accomidate 8-10 comfortably. 5 minute bike ride to the village.

Wonderful clean home in the heart of Sunriver. Easy access with walking distance to the village. Went on daily bike rides along the river. Beautiful sunsets. The kids enjoyed the sharc pool passes and the marina pass was great for a float on the river. One bedroom downstairs made it easy on the grandparents. Nicely appointed and very clean. Would stay again!

This house was great. Super clean and exactly as listed. We had a great stay and would rent this unit again. Only downside was that SHARQ had limited availability to swim so our kids were bummed. This is not the owners problem but wish we would have know before hand

Great for Families
This place was perfect for 2 families. There are 2 master bedrooms and plenty of beds for kids in the other 2 bedrooms. The kitchen and living space are also great for spending time with large groups. And, the location is perfect.

Great stay. The home was roomy for our good size family. There was plenty of space for gathering together as well as room to spread out. The kitchen was well equipped and the large dining room held us all for mealtimes together. We went skiing, sledding, and skating and topped off each day with a soak in the hot tub. Thanks!

Family Trip in November
The property was very nice, clean, was well stocked with everything we needed, had plenty of comfortable beds, and also very dog friendly. It is a short walk to village and is in a nice neighborhood, The only negative would be that there is quite a bit of space between rails on the stair railing where a small child could fit through. We had a wonderful stay and would consider this house again.

Amazing House!
Our family takes a trip to Sunriver every year and this is by far our favorite house that we've stayed at. This is the first house that we've rented that was actually nicer than it appeared in pictures. The homeowners were extremely helpful on the day of check in and also very quick to respond to e-mails. As soon as we walked in the door we could tell that the house was VERY clean, was a huge concern for us due to COVID. Long story short, we couldn't be happier and will for sure be booking this house again for future trips :)
